Reasonable prices, knowledgeable team, very communicative and flexible scheduling. Had 2 separate issues that were addressed within 2 days and was updated every step of the way after turning in my car. Allen manages this place incredibly well and I would highly recommend anyone in the area give him a call whenever needed.

I've had both of my cars serviced at Norwood Auto Care for new brake pads and rotors. Each time, the work was done promptly and the price was very reasonable (certainly cheaper than going to the dealership). Allen is very courteous and it is obvious he cares about his customers. I'm happy to trust him with my cars.

Allen and his team are very professional and caring. Their prices are very reasonable and service exceptional. I've brought in my car for an inspection. (I knew it would need work) I brought my car back a few weeks later, and they repaired what needed fixing and let me know of an underlying issue. I brought my car back a month later for something else. Allen and his team took care of it. This is my mechanic for life. Thank you so much!!

Alan and his team offer all around awesome service! They let you know what s going on with your vehicle and go over all necessary pricing and will work on a good schedule for your busy life, very flexible and always keeps open communication with the customer!I will not take my car anywhere else!!

I have been taken my own car and my wife's car to Norwood Auto Care for repair and maintenance for the past two years. Allen and his team always provide excellent and reliable services. They explain the problems and provide solutions with very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I got my brakes replaced and after the dealership gave me a quote I was overwhelmed. Allen did an amazing job the day after I called him and for more than half the price of original quote. He also took time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Great service, great value, very friendly folks. Needed new brake pads and they did the job in 1 day, best price in the area by a long shot - official dealer wanted to charge 4x. Would highly recommend Allen and the rest of his team!

Allen and all the mechanics at Norwood Auto Care are great! We re always scheduled quickly and the prices are very fair. I never feel like I am being oversold and trust Allen s expertise. We ll continue going to Norwood Auto Care for all of our cars needs.

I have been patronizing Norwood Auto Care since I moved to Norwood a few years ago. Cars can be tricky sometimes but Allen is not only knowledgeable but very reasonable in pricing. He will also answer all your questions which I really appreciate! He also now does state inspections and detail service.

Very fair pricing and quick work. Dropped my car off at 8am on a Thursday after it had a random misfire and I could not fix it myself. Heard back by the end of the day around 4 and my car was already done. Started fine, drove home good and the problem seems to be gone. Would recommend to anyone. Friendly team and fast service. Thanks again :)

Allen and his team of techs are highly skilled, reliable, and always happy to work with me through routine maintenance or specific jobs I want them to handle. Never had any issue scheduling with them and Allen is always happy to accommodate my schedule with clear communication-- and the rate is more than reasonable given the quality of service. Friendly staff and quick service.Although they told me why my check engine light was on (a known engine recall I wasn't aware of, etc.) and didn't charge me, they also told me I would be fine for the next 1k miles until my oil change was due. I drove off the lot and almost immediately the check engine light came back on along with increased rattling under the hood. Two tows and 6 hours later, I need a new engine.I appreciate their service and willingness to give me an answer of "why," but I wish I would have gone to another repair center instead of being told it was "fine for now" and then ending up stranded on the highway.

I recently went from a German vehicle to a Japanese vehicle and have been looking for a new shop. I have a very hard time trusting shops as a car guy but this is where I will be bringing any car I own from now on. They are extremely professional, efficient, honest, and care about your vehicle and doing the best work. On top of everything I mentioned above, you simply cannot beat their pricing. It is very fair and I have no worries that I am being taken advantage of whether it be being over charged or being told a service needs to be done when it doesn t. I got all 4 pads and rotors done for a better price than the dealership. I called, left a voicemail, and received a callback with a quote in about an hour, at most. I appreciated the communication and professionalism.

Cannot recommend enough. Came for an oil change and inspection, the staff is so quick, so friendly, and was very open and honest so I felt like I was in the best position to make a decision which is often not the case. Will absolutely be back.

Allen and his team do an excellent job. I trust him with routine and non-routine maintenance for both of my cars.He is responsive, thorough, and always ensures that quality parts are used for each job he completes. The pricing is very fair as well.The Norwood community is lucky to have a very reliable mechanic!

I have been a fairly new customer to Norwood Auto Care but I can always count on Allen to help me no matter what the situation and I knew this fact from the first time I took my car there. At the end of September, I hit a deer in the middle of the night and didn't realize how bad the damage was until I took a look at it the next day. I called numerous body shops that my insurance was affiliated with and after countless dead ends I requested to bring the car or at least reach out to Allen at Norwood Auto Care even though it wasn't on the list of auto shops approved by the insurance. I was able to get them to agree and I brought the car to Allen the very next day. Although the insurance took forever to come and assess my car, Allen knew my situation and how important this car is to me and was able to ensure that he could fix all the damage. It was very close to being totaled. He and his team got to working on it as soon as they could and within a week of the assessor coming to inspect it, he had the whole thing repaired and to no surprise even washed it, put all new fluid in, buffed out the drivers side headlight to match the new one, and much more. Allen is the ONLY mechanic I trust and I'll continue to refer people and spread the word about how dedicated and honest he is. Don't waste your time anywhere else, NORWOOD AUTO CARE IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING AUTO RELATED!!!!!

For several years, Allen has been taking care of my car needs, big and small. He is absolutely the best ! Besides being a great mechanic, he is very honest, trustworthy, accommodating and always stands behind his work. He is very respectful which I always notice when he is dealing with every customer anytime I happen to be at his garage. He is my mechanic for life. Highly recommend him.

Allin is the greatest, he always makes time for my car. He makes his customers a top priority. Was good as always. I went to have some work done on my car they took care of what they could this morning will fix the other thing on Friday. I have been a customer of Allen's for about 12yrs now I really don't trust any other repair shops. As always Allin takes care of my car repairs with the best care and right away he knows I need the car for work he's the best. Best place to get good work at a fair price. Took care of my car this morning no questions asked because he knows I had to pick up kids @ 2:30. Great place one of the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I live in Millis and I go to Norwood because Allin is honest and he knows how to fix cars and only hires people who know what they are doing

Got an oil change done it was very quick they gave me a sticker stating how many miles I need before the next one. I'm sad I didn't get the guys name but I'm never going to anyone else!

Just had my catalytic converter replaced by this shop, picked it up today. I was nervous to get the bill because most people I spoke to told me they get gouged on the price since these parts are in high theft demand or what ever, but the price was well under what I was hearing! My car drives even nicer then I thought it would as it has over 150k on it and has been vibrating for years under my gas petal, and now it s a smooth quiet ride. I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend, they were busy when my car went in but the work they did on it was worth the wait.

Norwood auto care had fantastic service. My car needed new brakes, an oil change, and was leaking anti freeze. I towed it to Norwood auto care and they were able to quickly address everything I needed and got my car back to me at a fair price. Allen is not only a great mechanic but he is an honest guy. I have had major work done to my beloved old BMW at Norwood Auto Care and my car rides like new. I have been back many times and the service is always excellent. I live in Boston but can take the train out to Norwood Central and walk 9 minutes to his shop (he even offered to pick me up)! Outstanding! Highly recommend Allen and Norwood Auto Care for any work needed-he does it all well!

My car blew a hose and cracked the radiator so I coasted to a stop in their parking lot at about 4:30 pm Monday. By 4:30 pm Tuesday they had it fixed and back to me for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Norwood Auto Care! Allen was professional and friendly. I needed a break job on my Nissan. Allen was honest with what my car needed and the service was done in a timely manner. I brought my car back to Allen for an oil change a little bit after my break job and again - Allen was amazing and reliable. It's also great being able to get service done on the weekend. I will definitely bring my car back to Norwood Auto Care in the future!
