My dude Dino and his team really did an over the top job with installing leather seats, heated seats, and tints all around on my brand new Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. Now I'm riding in style thanks to your amazing team from beginning to end.I will definitely be bringing my Toyota Corolla SE 2020 Sport for leather seats, heated seats, tints and 2 way remote starters.Dino is a professional installer and a natural people person. He is well organized, takes care of business and at affordable rates.The bottom line is, definitely talk to Dino and he'll go above and beyond!

I contacted Mobile Car Pro online to get a quote for an auto-start to be installed in my SUV. I worked with Justice remotely to setup the appointment and price out some options. They offered to come to my location for the install instead of having my car sit in the shop all day for an extra fee which was definitely worth it.I received a call from the install technician Mark about 20 minutes before he arrived and let me know he was on the way. It took about 45 minutes to get the product installed and I was all set.The customer service was great and I would definitely recommend the at home option for auto-starter install!

Went to have car remote starter installed ,after was done found out my driver side mirror was very loose,land it wobbles and shakes while driving ,it looked like someone banged it at their shop because it was fine before it went in.i contacted the management and they blamed it on the "wear and tear" in the car.They didn't bother to investigate what happened, or look on their shop video surveillance .Very not cool ,be aware of this type of unprofessional treatment .

Awesome!!! Best tinting I've ever had done or even seen on any vehicle. Great crew and staff, easy scheduling, and convenient location. There's a reason these guys do all the dealerships remote starters.We've used the Norwood location to have multiple vehicles tinted, remote starters installed, and camera/DVR/GPS systems put in.Real professionals, clean work. NORWOOD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I called to make an appointment to have an automatic car starter installed. They told me that a tech can come to my place of business to install it. I called the 800 number and they couldn't really tell me why they hadn't shown up. Went to the Norwood location and they fit me in and installed it that same day.

I walked in before Christmas to get a remote starter for my wife as a gift. They said they were booked thru The new year but if I came back tomorrow and could either wait or drop off the car they would try to squeeze me in. Mike was very accommodating and was able to get me out of there in a couple of hours. The owner happen to stop in and showed me around the place and told me about their history. I would definitely go back there again and I'm thinking about a leather seat upgrade.

Typically not one to post reviews but here I am. Initial experience was awesome. Had my seats reupholstered with Katzkin leather. Katzkin informed me this shop was the closest facility they use to do their installs. Heated leather seats were installed same day, guy I spoke to at the shop was super friendly. I actually was considering applying to work at this location initially the experience seemed so good.The seats themselves are great, heaters work, material is nice, all seemed good. I am a little neurotic when it comes to my vehicle and only lets others work on it when it s absolutely necessary, when I do, I always check their work.In this case I was less than impressed. Unloomed wiring running across a metal floor pan under the carpet, looked like messy, amateur work. That I could look past but this shop drilled the grounding strap for the heating elements into my floor pan using a self tapping screw. For the less mechanically inclined this is the absolute last option when grounding something. And you would never do it through a floor pan. There s a dozen preferable options under the dash. Ended up getting the money back for labor for the heating elements from Katzkin. And have forwarded them the bill from my body shop to seal and paint the two holes in my floor board. Rewired the seats myself with looms and ran the wiring safely.

They do not respond quickly to phone calls or emails to get a quote or set an appointment. I gave up and took my business elsewhere.
