My husband and I have been a loyal customer to Landrover in Norwood, MA. We have always come back to see Zhubin Shobeiri who provides exceptional customer service, loyalty and has helped us select our cars which we are extremely happy with!To anyone who is looking to purchase a Landrover or Jaguar please come see Z. He will never disappoint!

I am on my 3rd vehicle from Jake Kaplans Land Rover Norwood and couldn't be happier. The inventory speaks for itself. They have an awesome selection of vehicles, a great showroom and well priced vehicles. I found a car that perhaps I could have found somewhere else, maybe even paid less somewhere else, but ended up buying here rather than anywhere else because of the people. When you purchase a Range Rover at Jake Kaplans you feel like family. Everyone is kind, honest and friendly. The General Manager Chris Cunnion is caring and knowledgeable and always has an open door. My sales person Dan Averbukh assisted me with making my third vehicle purchase with him. He is a sales guide and guru full of answers, and goes above and beyond to make the sales experience smooth and enjoyable. The finance paperwork was quick and there was never any pressure when doing paperwork with Mike Knutson. The service people David Meunier, and George Knipfing have always been helpful whenever I needed to make an appointment, and are very accommodating to schedule service. I just want to add that this is a place where everyone wears many hats and people step up to assist you, and if there is a question they find the answer and actually get back to you. It's not a place where people say I can't help you with that or where as soon as you drive off they forget you and that says a lot. Just saying. Special thanks to Mike Fleming and Barry Baptiste for help with random car things and helpful information. This is absolutely the best place around!

I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep Wrangler with Zhubin at Norwood Land Rover. Zhubin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. The process went smoothly and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me as a buyer. He gave me his honest opinion and made the car buying process painless.

George in the service department is the best! If you re considering a purchase at Jake Kaplan s Norwood and value the service aspect of owning a Landrover or Jaguar you can t go wrong! The sales manager truly values his customers and offers service above and beyond expectations. During these bleak months of parts shortages, this team took over a simple repair gone wrong at a collision center I brought my Jaguar FPace to after a scrape on my bumper. George was diligent in locating a part that was not available; with no ETA. He communicated with my insurance company and me weekly with updates. Once the part was found he had me back on the road in just a couple of days. I owned a Range Rover, purchased here, and George kept it running in tip top shape for 11 years I am a raving fan!

After contacting Land Rover dealerships across the United States to find the perfect Range Rover Sport, I landed at this dealership! From my initial impressions from my conversations with James from Internet sales, to my interactions with Miki, Sonny, and the Owner and her two dogs, it has been nothing but a first class experience!! Their reconditioning on their certified vehicles is hands down the best I have seen from Land Rover! The three day drive all the way back to Texas was well worth the experience I had! I look forward to doing more deals with these guys all the way from Texas! Keep up the outstanding work!!

This Land Rover of Norwood dealership was a great experience. We came in to look at Range Rovers and was very happy that Sonny Singh was available to assist us. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in explaining in detail to us how Range Rover operates. He listened to what I was looking for and made great effort in locating the vehicle. I was most comfortable with him. He gave me suggestions and good advice, and made the process absolutely smooth, which made to purchase the Range Rover. I have told my friends and recommended Sonny Singh to them , and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy Range Rover at Land Rover Norwood

I had a great experience at Jaguar Land Rover Norwood. In shopping for a new car I visited multiple dealers and test drove multiple brands. Truth be told, I had my heart set on a Range Rover Sport, but I did not have a great sales experience at a different Land Rover dealer. Since I didn't want to let a bad sales experience keep me from getting the car I really wanted, I did a Google search for dealers in my state and came upon the Norwood dealership.I could not be happier with my experience here, particularly with my sales guide Renee Acciardo. She was terrific and really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. She answered all of my questions and then went on to suggest I consider a special edition vehicle that I had not known about. I've been driving my new Range Rover Sport for a month now and I LOVE IT!I am so glad that I found Jaguar Land Rover Norwood, and Renee. I highly recommend both if you are looking for a car.

The best auto buying experience we've ever had! Doug Ostroff did an amazing job before, during and after the sale of our new 2015 LR4. The auto buying transaction finalizes in the business office where you usually can't get out of there quick enough. Working with Mike was a pleasure. He has a fabulous personality which is a bonus when completing the sales transaction. This was our first purchase from Land Rover Norwood. We will definitely return when it is time to trade.

I loved working with Doug at Land Rover Norwood. He was extremely easy to work with and made the process of buying a new car a far more enjoyable one then it has been in the past with other dealerships. He was very helpful when explaining all of our options and made sure that we made an informative decision. I would recommend working with Doug at Land Rover Norwood!

We had a terrific buying experience this weekend with the folks at Land Rover Norwood. We started here and after visiting two other dealers ended up buying our Evoque here due to their selection, pricing and professionalism.Dan Averbukh our Sales Consultant was knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful as we narrowed down our search. I just picked up new black Range Rover HSE Diesel and I am thrilled. My sales rep was Dan and he was brilliant from the moment I walked in. He wasn't pushy like a lot of car sales guys and gave me every single option available when choosing my car. He gave me plenty of time to think about my decision and when I was ready he took it from there. All in all I have had a great experience with Dan and the Kaplan Auto group. Where do I start? Knowledgeable and friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best car buying experience. Dan made everything so easy and stress free. Obviously when you choose Range Rover you are aware that these are luxurious vehicles - Land Rover of Norwood goes above and beyond to not only ensure their vehicles are top-notch but the entire experience of purchasing one is just as an incredible. Thank you Dan! And thank you to Mike! You made some dreams come true that day! If you are looking into buying Range Rover or Jaguar I wouldn't go anywhere else but Land Rover Norwood!

I make most major purchase decisions by reviews. My decision to purchase a used RR Sport GT Ltd Addition proved to be a great one! I dealt with Albina Sveda who was wonderful. She drove the RR to NH for me to test drive the vehicle, negotiated everything for me, had the vehicle delivered to us in NH and followed through on every part of the purchase.After the purchase I had to return a key for a new housing and it was sent to Albina, received and new housing put on and within 1 hr proof of return shipping to me was provided with the tracking number. My experience was very good and will plan to purchase my future vehicles from this dealership.

I recently purchased a Range Rover from Adam Check at Land Rover Norwood. The experience deserves 5 stars across the board! This is the third Range Rover I have owned, but the first from this dealership. After working with Adam in sales and Adrian in the business office, I can say that this is by far the BEST Land Rover dealership I have dealt with in the Boston region. It is not owned by a large dealership group that is distracted by a dozen (or more) other car lines. The attention to detail, and knowledge of the brand that these guys have, is second to none. They really know how to take care of the client.

Great experience with Barry who is truly care about his customers. However the finance manager Mike only wants to sell you products instead of taking care of the customers. In all, great car and great salesman Barry!! I will enjoy my Range Rover Sport and hope we could come up with a good deal in two years.

Ronny helped me with leasing a new Range Rover and I had a great experience throughout the process. The sales rep was very friendly and professional, and did not try to upsell me anything. He kept me updated through the phone, texts, and emails and made the process as painless as possible. I am very happy with my dealing with this car dealer and Ronny in particular and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a Range/Land Rover

Had a great experience at Land Rover Norwood. Just drove home our new Range Rover Evoque. Ron, our sales rep was wonderful. If not for him, we would not have found the perfect car, in the perfect color, at a fair price.

I had the wonderful opportunity to deal with Dan Averbukh, and boy let me tell you was it a warm welcome to the range rover family. He had exceptional customer service, and a vast knowledge of the brand itself. He made me feel like I was his only customer as we took the time and went through each and every trim option to make sure that I received my dream vehicle. I highly recommend this experience, just ask for Dan A!

Bought a brand new XE premium. So happy and the entire experience at Range/Jaguar Norwood was fantastic. No hard sells or pressure, no shenanigans, no regrets -- nothing but super helpful and friendly people who happily accommodated every request I had, from securing a car to test drive to working with me on best approaches to financing. Two thumbs way way way up. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Special shout outs to Pedro and Joshua for all their help.

Can't say enough good thing about the car buying experience I had at Jaguar Land Rover of Norwood. I had the pleasure of working with Zhubin and would highly recommend working with him. Not only was he knowledgeable but never made me feel pressured to buy which I appreciated. If you looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover you won't find a better salesmen or a better dealership experience.

Jaguar Land Rover of Norwood is always a pleasurable experience. From the owner Sherry to the car wash guy are all top notch people. I highly recommend you to see Doug Ostroff for your next vehicle purchase. Chris the GM is the best down to earth guy who is always smiling and aims to please every customer. "Larry" the finance guy was short and sweet with all the paperwork. No hassle, no pressure my kind of place.

Best experience today at Land Rover, Norwood with Z. Amazing, so friendly and professional yet, personable. He was very knowledgeable and didn t play games, cut right to the chase.The establishment is so clean, cars are so easy to view and see all the features right inside. Incredibly easy to get to as well.Highly recommend! Definitely ask for Z.

I love it. Not just my rover, the whole process including that man Sonny Singh changed my perspective of buying a car at a dealership. He is super savvy about knowing what people wants. His instant recommendation of custom order to get what I really like is absolutely the best advise I ever got when buying a car. We had a wonderful leasing experience new at the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and professional. Our sales person Dan was exptremely knowledgable and was not hesitant in going over all the things again and again. I'll definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying Land Rover or Jaguar. 5 stars from my end. :)

Zhubin Shobeiri was fantastic very friendly and knowledgeable about all the Land Rover vehicles. He made the process of trading my car in for a new one painless and easy. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you go to Land Rover of Norwood for a new car!

We had a wonderful experience leasing a new car from Doug Ostroff; he was honest and upfront about the pricing and options even before we walked in the door! There are two other Land Rover dealerships closer to us, but Norwood treated us the best; I highly recommend this dealership!
