The gentleman I dealt with was the assistant manager. I do not remember his name. I apologize, but he was amazing direct, honest clear I really appreciated his direct approach. I will be getting all of my oil changes for all of my vehicles done at this location going forward because of his outstanding customer service.

Joseph was awesome! Right when I pulled up he stopped working to tell me he'd be right with me as soon as a bay was free. He told me If someone else pulled to a bay door where the car left before the one I was in front of, I would still be next. The team at this jiffy lube always gets the job done super fast and the top off of fluids, air etc. are the best. My go to spot for oil change.

Broke my drain plug, ruined my engine and refusing to take any responsibility. I told them my engine started making knocking noises and they said it was my transmission. Brought it to a transmission specialist with over 30 years in the industry and he told me it was my engine and he was also confused as to why they did not fix the drain plug. It took them two weeks to even hear back from them. The District Manager told me to "come at him bro" when I was explaining my frustration with how this is being handled. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS JIFFY LUBE.

I have been going to Jiffy Libe for 25 years. Yesterday was my first experience at the Norwood location, and it was the best experience I have had at any location. The customer service was bar none. The oil change service was speedy and thorough. You do not see this level of service anywhere anymore. I will definitely be retuning, and telling others about my superb experience.

Took my wifes car in for an oil change and i have to say the service was great !!! the manager jamie broke everything down to me about what i needed to prioritize for services. Usually i would not purchase anything besides the oil change but i felt he was honest and genuine so i purchased some filters and a radiator flush. They even vacumed and washed the windows excellent service

My car needed an oil change. I used to do it at Muzi Ford (which closed recently), it cost less than $60 including tire rotation.I went to an auto mechanic in Roslindale, he said it would cost $75 (with synthetic oil). That sounded too high so I searched for other options. Found this Jiffy Lube, went online and got a $10 discount coupon, thought that would make sure the price is reasonable.When I got to JL, with the car already on the service ramp, I asked the guy and he said it would cost $99.99 (which is an insult to intelligence, just round it up to $100, that 1 cent is meaningless). I reluctantly agreed, and was not happy to see later that the real bottom line price including shenanigans was $115 (reduced to $105 with my coupon, still significantly higher than other mechanics).The advantage here is the speed, the team is professional and experienced, hard working guys who get the job done quickly. I appreciated that and gave them a tip.Yet I don't think I'll return to Jiffy Lube, the prices are too high and not disclosed honestly in advance (why not post a large sign outside, like in parking garages, so people know the real prices before they get in?..)

Jamie was awesome! He was well mannered, respectful and answered any questions I had. He also, checked everything and worked really well on my car. Plus, he was by himself doing it. I visited this Jiffy Lube arriving promptly at 8 am, their posted opening time. However, upon my arrival, I was faced with an unexpected situation. The location was shrouded in darkness, and the entrance was locked. In an attempt to resolve this, I made several calls to their direct line, seeking an explanation for this puzzling circumstance. Regrettably, each call was met with a single ring before disconnection.Despite waiting for an additional 20 minutes, there was no sign of any staff member. The establishment remained dark and inaccessible. It is disappointing to observe such a disorganized approach to business management. Such practices not only undermine the credibility of a business but also pave the way for its downfall.The investment of both time and fuel to reach the location was squandered. It is essential for a business to uphold its commitment to providing quality service, beginning with the simple act of opening on time. If Jiffy Lube struggles to open on time, it naturally prompts doubts about their competence in handling my vehicle's service needs.Regrettably, this instance fell short of meeting that basic expectation. I have decided not to return in the future.

Go here regularly for oil changes with my car of high mileage. Always get great service and friendly. Helpful with top offs and discounts. Good hours for me who works 7 days a week. Convenient off rt 1 northbound and min away from 128/95 and 95 south.

The first time I went there, it was very good. Everything went how it was supposed to go. And the guys were very friendly.The second time, there were nice new people but it was very disorganized. They didn't use my coupon. The guy asked me to leave the garage before paying. I had to remind him that I still needed to pay. And then he made me wait outside until somebody was free to charge my credit card. I waited and waited and then finally somebody showed up with my credit card and the receipt. I felt uneasy having my credit card where I couldn't see for that long.

Terrible dishonest location and company. I went there for an oil change and transmission flush. After 2 hours I hear my engine rapping when the guy revved the engine. Why was he revving the engine? I asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. So after my question they said it was done and had me pay. The finally gave me the car charging almost $300. They had played around with my display and when I checked the oil pressure it was almost at zero. When I got back and checked the oil, it showed nothing on the stick. I then had someone buy 3 quarts of oil and bring it to me, but that was not enough so we bought more and it took 4.5 quarts.They claim to have changed the transmission fluid but it was not the pink color it should have been.I reported this to Jiffy Lube and they sent someone to check it out. The oil filter was dirty and there was no sign that hit had been changed.Now my van has 3 engine codes on and can not get an inspection sticker. Jiffy lube offered to give back the cost of the service but now charged credit card again and will not admit their mistake.Service: Oil change

Work nearby and decided to stop and get an oil change. Pulled up and no one came to the car even though there were at least 4 techs standing around talking. They were not busy so it was not hard to notice the only car sitting there. Never had such poor customer service at a jiffy lube. Will never go back. I would give them 1/2 a star if I could.

Today I went in for an oil change and received excellent service at the Jiffy Lube. They did my oil change found out my sensor was unplugged from the last time. Overall great experience in a very long time. These guys, especially Gil (who greeted me and worked on the lower part of my car), was awesome. Amazing customer service at a good price, with speedy and efficient service as well. The store looked so clean, too clean for a work space that deals with oil on a daily basis. Their customer care is the best in the area, in my opinion, and their manager adds a few special touches to the place to make it feel more welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this location for an oil change.
