Nick M was awesome. I went in for a tire replacement and he called to say the tires have more life in them. I appreciated the honesty. No charge and I saved a bunch of money. The valet driver Toby was prompt and had a good attitude. All around good experience.

My family has a history of buying trucks from this dealer, as well as always going back there for service. You know that dealerships will always be more expansive than your local mechanic, but most times you want factory Ford technicians working on your truck for peace of mind. Two weeks ago I spent almost a thousand dollars just to get a 4x4 fluid replacement, transmission flush, and oil change done at this place. Kind of steep pricing but I did it, that's on me. I have an extended warranty from a national provider, and have used it in the past successfully. I drop my truck off this morning, inform the service rep when she gets the estimate for the repair, please call the 800# for my extended warranty and they will pay for it over the phone with her. She informs me she can not do it, they do not work with extended warranty companies. I was surprised, but she said I could just pay for it up front, and the warranty company will reimburse me. So I agreed to leave the vehicle with them. When I got home, I decided to call the warranty company, and they told me they are not setup for re-imbursement to the customer, they pay for the repairs directly over the phone by providing the dealer with a credit card number to bill to. They have never done re-imbursements to users and could not reimburse me even if they wanted to. I called the dealer back, service rep didn't pick up, I left a message for her asking her to call me. When she did call, I asked her if it was too late to stop the repairs, and she said they had already done the diagnostic on my truck. If I didn't approve the repair, I would owe them a minimum of $210. The total repair was just a hair over $450, so I could either authorize it, or eat the $210 and go elsewhere. So I told her to go ahead and perform the repair. While they were doing this, I decided to call the service dept.'s of other local Ford dealerships. I asked them if they took 3rd party extended warranties and they both said they do. Then I gave them the name of the specific one I use, and they said yes, they deal with them, and have no problem calling the 3rd party warranty company. So, Jack Madden Ford, has instituted their own policy, that they refuse to deal with any 3rd party warranty company. As the service rep reminded me over the phone, the dealership has the right to refuse to do business with anyone, including 3rd party warranty companies. So a repair that should have only cost me my deductible ($100) wound up costing me $450.00 . They did not care whatsoever abut past purchase history of vehicles, past service history of multiple vehicles brought there over the years, in fact they really didn't care about anything other than what I owed them today. It would have been nice if she had said let me speak to my manager and see if we can make a one time exception, nothing at all. It was basically too bad for you, now you know you can't come here if you ever want to use your extended warranty. I will take some of the blame for not double checking with them before I took it in there, but most of the servicing I have had done at this dealership has always been preventative and maintenance type work, which is not covered by my extended warranties. And I have used it before in the past and it has always worked well, they just approve the repair and pay the dealer same day. Going forward, this dealership will no longer receive any of my business or my family's (3 out of 4 us all drive Ford vehicles). We will not buy from Jack Madden Ford any longer, and will definitely never get our vehicles serviced there any more either. All they are interested in is gouging their customers as much as possible with insanely high hourly labor rates and they mark up their parts too. The OEM part from Ford is $30 but they charged me $90. There are so many more words I'd like to use to describe this dealership, but I'm try to keep things clean and professional. Stay away from them, there are better dealerships out there that might care a little bit more about their customers than this dealership does.

Brought my Lincoln Mkx in for service on Saturday/Monday(service dept. is closed on Saturday). It was in for a brake booster repair,state inspection sticker, oil change and tire rotation. As of Thursday 4-4-24 still waiting for my vehicle after 4 days. What s the holdup? No one is available to drive the vehicle for 30+ miles to reset the onboard computer for the past 4 days. I m about to volunteer to do it myself just to get my vehicle back, that is unbelievably terrible customer service. I must go to the Lincoln dealership in the future! Jack Madden sold me the vehicle and several others, what a disappointment !!

Have been going to ford in norwood for years with my cars. Had always been happy with the service and the staff. However latley I find that the service from staff has been uncaring and rushed. Not communicating and unable to talk to about progress or lack there of regarding my vehicle.

Nick helped me at Ford to service my Bronco! He was super helpful explaining everything and had a lot of knowledge on the car and the service it would be getting. He also communicates to make sure you re informed about your vehicle from dropping it off, to pick up. If you have any trouble, go to Nick!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for a repair with my heating system that was making a loud noise, was charged a diagnostic for this even though they told me they could not find or hear the problem. Sat with the rep Nick in the car for all of 10 seconds to show him the noise after the diagnostic I paid for and he heard it. He then quoted me $450 to fix it if I brought it back in. I did, and then Nick attempted to bait and switch me and say he was wrong initially and its $1000 + to fix. Worked with a manager who brought the price down to $550 and agreed to do the work. They said they "fixed" the issue and within 2 minutes of driving the car after the fix the noise was back. Brought the car in a third time, they kept it without even calling me back that day even though I had an appointment. The manager told me the car was fixed this time but then went on to do yet another bait and switch saying if it made noise again it would be yet another fix now for $2-4000. Once the car was returned to me, it made the noise immediately again. Just a complete bunch of incompetent techs and uncaring and rude staff and horrible management. They refused refund for the complete lack of any work they did, and wanted me to bring it in a 4th time and pay them even more money to "fix" the car again. Absolute trash can of a business. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. If I could give negative stars I would.EDIT (After Response from business): Do not listen to their pathetic attempts to explain away their horrible business practices. They attempted to bait and switch me not once but twice. First after I had to show their tech the issue even thought hey charged me a diagnostic fee that didn't diagnose anything the rep told me it would cost $450 to repair, then called me telling me it would be over $1000 when I brought it back in and they had it sitting there for over a day. Second time after bringing the car in THREE times they then mentioned for the first time that it would require another repair if their supposed work didn't fix the issue. THREE TIMES before they even mention the possibility of a more expensive repair needed. Utter incompetence. No steps of the repair were completed. every time they supposedly "repaired" or "Fixed" anything it still sounded exactly the same, yet they claimed it was fixed and returned the vehicle to me. The issue was an extremely easy to hear loud noise in the dash that they kept claiming they could not hear. I have recorded a video of it and will post a link to it on youtube to make the point even more clear how incompetent you must be to not hear, and claim the issue is fixed.

This week was the first time that I had brought my car into Jack Madden Ford Service Center. I couldn t have asked for better service! They picked up my car, performed the maintenance service and then returned the car to my home. Along the way, they kept me informed regarding every step of the process. Have been going here for 8 years and I had been mostly happy, but had a recent negative experience. Last week I had my car in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I was told I needed new brakes, which I agreed to have. I returned home after the work was done but was called to come back in because they found a brake pad in the garage and needed to make sure it wasn't mine. I drove it back, they looked under the car, and said it wasn't mine. I was driving home (again) and the brakes began screeching. No clue what they were looking at when I went back that second time, because it was in fact missing. They were apologetic, but there was no offer to discount the service and when I inquired about the integrity of the rotor, I felt dismissed as their only recommendation was to have me come back in another time and get it on the lift so they could prove it was only minimally scratched. Not good!

As a regular customer with JMF (in Norwood Mass.) service, I thought I would write a review of my resent service done to my 2014 Ford Focus. my car was running poorly. So I brought it into the service department. I talked to a service person Nick Marotta who had my car checked out. When he came back with the bad news he told me what needed to be done. What a class act person. He was honest , he was informative, and personable. As a customer at any avenue, you want to be treated like a person not a number. I was treated like a person. They ruined my car.I had to bring my car in 4 times to get the sunroof fixed. On the third visit they flooded my car. Their guy put a hose in and tried to flush the drain clean by leaving the water to run. I picked up my car and everything in the trunk and back seat was soaked.I brought it back after talking to the manager bc he said he would make it right and I had already paid over $1600 to have them fix my roof the first time. I wish I had just gone to a lawyer instead of giving them the chance to make it right. They did nothing to clean my car like they said they would. The girl actually had the nerve to point out that they replaced the glass in the roof free of charge to which I had to remind her that it was my 4th visit to fox my roof, I had already been charged $1600, and they had flooded my car leaving me with a permanent mildew smell which makes me aggravated EVERY TIME I now get into my car. This service center is not very well organized. Went there like 4 times to get something simple fixed. At one point they took me inside the shop to look at someone else car thinking it was my car. (I m not joking). I called several times. Kept getting transferred. The services advisor was supposed to order a part which was apparently on back order. I called back 2 months later and had to start over. I was told the previous advisor no longer works there. Don t waste your money on the extended warranty either.

Great staff. Sadly our 2019 Lincoln MKC needs a brand new rear end at 22,000 miles. Not dealers fault, hit hoping they do a great repair and it doesn't take too long. No loaner cars available which was not good. My wife and I down to one car and it has not been easy juggling our schedules to work around this issue.

I have been going to Jack Madden for roughly 20 years now and until the last few years would have highly recommended them. Ever since the new service center opened it seems like they just completely overbook and can't keep up with the work. I have had multiple oil change services that I waited and they took 3-4+ hours. They did twice not charge me for the service but that shouldn't happen. My real issue is the last 2 services I had done, one for a recall to replace the cam phasers and now this week a simple replacement of a pinion seal took a week to get done. I left my vehiche with them to look at on Thursday and they said they would look at it on Friday and call me. No call on friday so I call Saturday and they said it was just waiting for approval and would call first thing Monday. Of course no call on Monday so I call them. They say they need to check with the warranty company and would call me later. Of course no call so I call Tuesday and they say the part is on order and they are waiting for it. Why am I on day 5 and you just ordered the part. Finally get it back on Wednesday for a simple common repair that only takes an hour. Not sure how I could believe anything they said at that point, hard to believe that their giant parts department doesnt have a common seal for an f150 in stock when its their number one selling vehicle. Also during this whole thing I was stranded for a week without a vehicle, no loaner, nothing, when I dropped it off they wouldnt even give me a shuttle home the whole 8 miles, said they dont go there even though they have multiple times in the past.Service: Auto maintenance

Went in for an oil change tire rotation came out with an oil leak. Once I realized it was leaking oil I brought it back in and Ford service said they repaired the issue. Brought it home and it was still leaking had to bring it back a second time. Hopefully now the issue will be fixed.Thanks for responding ford but the "slight" spill as you mentioned was quite a bit more than slight (see pictures below). Shouldn't need 3 appointments to get an oil change correct. If you would like to make it right. Refund me what I paid for the initial service visit. I bought a Ford as a private sale. Stopped into Jack Madden Service without an appointment, as my rear middle seat buckle was stuck under the seat. The customer service representative, Isabelle came out to my car and tried to help herself. She then called Jason to assist. He was wonderful, but couldn't get it. Offered to keep car for 1 hour, as he'd need to remove a seat. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time. I will be back next week. They were so kind and professional, especially as I did not buy the automobile from them and am not a regular company. I still can't believe so much time and effort was given to a walk-in!

Do not go here. They charge 2-5x for parts, and when you complain about the mark up they drop the price. Still at 2x the price. tried to charge me $1800 to replace an AC Compressor that retails at 350-400. When I mentioned its criminal they dropped it too 1300. Terrible. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is insanity. I have brought various vehicles in 4x for scheduled service appointments and have been told that parts are not available and they have sent me away without fixing the problem. A couple of times I even waited in the waiting room for hours before being alerted of the miscommunication. I ve used more PTO and days off from my job than I would care to admit. Continuing to go to jack madden would be truly insane.

They were told by Ford Motor Company to repaint the entire car due to a defect. The manager chose to only paint the area that was peeling and I ve had to bring my car back 3 times to have other areas repainted . Now they are refusing to fix it even though they were told to repaint the entire vehicle the First Time !!!!

One star is to many. This is absolutely the worst example of a "Service Department" at a dealership that I've ever seen. Bring them a vehicle that they sell. A Ford and they can't figure it out. Worst of all they charge for trying to figure it out instead of a diagnosis in the 1st place. Absolutely a Joke. You've been warned.

Was my first time went because of a recall on my Mercury Gran Marque Service Writer Debbie was exceptional even allowed me in a little early because of my disability paraplegic using a Mobility Device young girl Allison was also.so nice taking my scooter from the trunk the fact that i was in the business working on the Automile was exceptional service all around would highly recommend this service Dept
