Central did a great job with repairs on my vehicle. The desk was communicative. My rental was picked off and dropped off at the shop for my convenience. I would recommend this shop.

Great center and great people!They fixed my Jeep Wrangler several times and the work always has been excellent! I had a rear bumper that faded after a couple years and they worked with me and replaced it with a new bumper from the supplier (as it was defective). I am grateful that they really cared and put in time to deliver a quality and just service. I am very happy! Best, Dave

Vehicle brought in a year ago a ram 2500 with a scratch on the front bumper.. went through insurance.. when I went to go pick up my truck the bumper was sitting 3in lower and off center.. when I brought it up to the representative behind the desk. He states that s the way it s supposed to be. Wasn t really Interested In Repairing it. He called out a technician and technician was like ya that s not right will have to realign it. Asked me to come back tomorrow and I did. It was a lot better then When I first seen it the first time but at this point I just took the truck.. now a year later the paint on the pumper is chipping away.. it s a metal bumper looks like they barley painted it. Looked ok when I picked it up but the job they did didn t last..Service: Painting

This business is all about getting you and your vehicle back on the road safely and with assurance that your mode of transportation is working properly as well as looking even better than when it was initially brought to the shop. The staff handles any issues, or queries in a professionally efficient manner, making one feel less stressed or frustrated which also reduces possible anxiety in such business environments or situations.

Stay far away from this collision center... Poorly run and managed shop, the collision techs obviously do not take any pride in there work. I brought my Acura ILX in to have some body work done. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle there was red overspray all over the front and back bumper of my black ilx.How this happens is beyond me, I m still waiting on an explanation. What a disappointment an inconvenience.

Bad customer Service and poor detailing. Excessive clear coat runs. Nothing but excuses, I DONT RECOMMEND!!!
