We purchased a RAM 3500 truck from this location. However, their service department is disappointing. They promised to call back but never did. Our truck has been with them for over two weeks. Be cautious if you decide to use their services.

Tony was great to work with- responsive and transparent. He was able to negotiate to my exact price without a lot of back and forth. He also followed up after I got the car to make sure things were as expected. Ask for him!

If you need a car go to jonathan mercado he is great! Polite speaks both english and spanish. My sister and i had a great experience when we got her jeep. He was quick and efficient. Very helpful with everything.

Great Service! No drama or upsell. Met Bill on service. He got me in and out in 1 hour. I've heard of dealerships screwing up by putting in wrong oil in diesel engines, but this team did it right the first time. My go-to dealer from now on!

I'm very upset with Central Buick I purchase a brand new car last year they told me that I get a free oil change when it came time for that oil change they didn't have an appointment so I had to go elsewhere to pay for an oil change so when I needed my second oil change I went over there now they're telling me that it expired I think this is bologna and I will never do business again with Central Buick you lost a customer

The five star review is for Johnathan and Johnathan only! He was wonderful today with myself and my husband , we took the dodge Durango for a test drive. Like I said Johnathan deserves five stars across the board he was professional, courteous, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I am disappointed I was not able to make a deal with Johnathan today as the finance manager came over with a flat rate . It was an outrageously unmanageable monthly price for a 2018 model and it was disappointing there was no negotiation . I m sorry for Johnathan as he deserved this sale today . The finance office manager needs to get it together. $700 a month for a 2018!!? Why would you ever come over and shake my hand with that ? It s 4 years old . Unfortunately I was forced to go to a different dealership which I leased a brand new 2022 vehicle for a better monthly payment.. disappointing as their customer service didn t even compare to how great Johnathan was ..also the lady at the snack bar attitude was foul but she redeemed herself after I matched her energy . She had her hands full with two glass coffee pots so I took the top of the plastic push one so she could easily pour the coffees, I ve been a restaurant general manager for multiple years and understand these difficult times, I was just trying to help her , She gave me and my husband a dirty look, and said move out of the way so I walked right out of the dealership and took a couple deep breath s came back in and she apologized ,,,,, If she had been my first interaction and not Johnathan I would ve walked out right then and there ,,,, thank you Stephanie

My daughter and I ran into a snag while installing her new soft top on her Jeep Wrangler last Saturday. We called the service dept at Central for advice. Johanna answered the phone and leaped into action. Her total focus was doing whatever she could to help us out. We ended up dropping by the dealership and the issue was quickly resolved. Johanna s positive attitude and passion for helping her customers was clear to see. She works with service advisor William Devine who was equally terrific. Thank you Johanna and William. If we could give you more than five stars it wouldn t be enough!

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to come back two times to get a recall done because they misinformed me. I will find a new place to take care of my Jeep to ensure I never have to deal with these people again.

That was a terrible experience. We went to GMC expecting the best service, they don t have all the tools or the parts. They even told us to go somewhere else as they are too expensive. They had stoke issues and simply did not fix the problem and it seems like they just cause more... have to take the car somewhere else now.. they wouldn t apply the warranty either...

Most of the time I'm very satisfied with service at Central. This time however I had a diagnostic done on my Sirius XM radio, they disconnected the antenna and tried different ones with no success. If that wasn't bad enough, the tech left the antenna disconnected and the ceiling pulled down and I didn't notice until I got home. Another trip to the dealership for a 2 minute fix wasted about an hour of my day. Again, service is usually 5 stars, guess the tech was having a bad day.

Best car buying experience to date. Walked in and Chris helped Me out. Told him what new Yukon Denali I wanted (did some research) and he brought it around. Drove it and walked away on a Saturday. Came back with an offer on a Monday. Agreed to a price. Gave some Info over the phone. Came I. On a Wednesday and finalized and drove off within about two hours. I Will buy all my future cars from them if they sell the model I am looking for. 10 stars if I could!!?

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke, they tell you one thing and then do another but aren't there to back it up. My family has bought many cars from Central but after this were they refused to fix something that was covered under warranty but still charged me my deductible to release the car. I'm done with central. I'll be happy to change dealers and find a new place to buy cars.

I ve never had an issue with this place I bring my car here all the time when it needs to be done you guys expect to be treated like kings and expect to be treated nicely if you treat everyone that works there like trash then they are going to treat you like trash and it s not their fault when you break something

Had a tire rotation as part of my service, and got Jeep back with the tires having 3 different pressures, and NONE of them were the correct 33psi

This is definitely a flagship dealership.... The overall staffing are very nice and there waiting area along with the cafeteria staff are pretty cool along with the on-site goodies to shop for.
