If said this before. I don't normally write reviews unless they are extremely bad or good. Carol's Auto Body was unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone. Just had my car fixed out of pocket cause I didn't want insurance to punish me more. They had a great price actually came in under the estimate and they finished a day before they said right before Christmas. The staff is awesome. They are just the best company I've dealt with in a long time. I hope I don't need any more body work done, but If I do I know I'm going to go to them.

Someone rear ended me and I was trying to call around to get into an auto shop. Carols auto body looked at the paperwork of what was wrong with my car and they were able to get me in right away. They did great work and Randy was very helpful and informative. I would recommend to anyone :)

I was rear ended, Carol's was on the recommended list from my insurance company. They were wonderful! Professional and they fixed my car while I was on vacation and kept it safe until I could pick it up. The work was impeccable and professional.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Wonderful to work with. Extremely professional and courteous. Fixed the dents on my bumper and back hatch and they look like new. I highly recommend Carol s auto body shop!

This review is for Carol s Paintless Dent Repair service. Billy did an outstanding work when removing three dents from the roof of my 2013 Tacoma (long story, don t ask please). I am super picky about my cars and could not have been happier with the results. You would never know it was ever damaged. He was able to fix it without tearing the interior apart. The cost was VERY reasonable and well below what I expected. Billy is also very professional, friendly and responsive. The whole experience was perfect.

Excellent work - the car's like new! You can tell right away that this is a long time family owned business. They take real pride in their work.I've recently visited this shop again (a recently licensed driver turned into me, scraping the entire side of my car) and once again they've gone above and beyond to make sure my car is like new. When I picked up my car, not only was the work well done, but they cleaned the car inside and out and even shined up the tires. Wow! Fantastic work!

My experience was the best one I've ever had with an auto body shop. They did amazing work quickly and professionally. It was also affordable and fair. Can't recommend this place highly enough. They're the best around.

Based on the assessment of damage from my insurance company and another collision center, the price I got from Carol's was very fair. That coupled with a flawless repair (as far as I can tell) makes me give 5 stars. Overall a very good experience.

Carol's Auto Body, Norwood, MA....incredible work!!Have to rate Carol's Auto Body extremely high. The team there is very professional and they provide expert repairs at what I consider very reasonable prices AND the work is done quickly...no nonsense here. It is always difficult to select a shop when you need to have auto body work....I get that. However, you will could be remiss if you do not visit the shop, meet Bill, the owner, and get a quote for the repair. Your pocket book might give you a 'Shout Out' for doing this and your vehicle will look GREAT!!

Billy from Carols Dent Repair is above the best in his trade. He took on a Few Bad large dents that mysteriously appeared after leaving my new truck parked in a parking lot. I had multiple estimates and found billy had one of the best estimates and Great reviews so I decided to go with him. Let me say this was a Great Decision on my part. Billy worked with me on times and days to do the repair. He actually did it on a Friday afternoon/ night and I picked it up at the shop on Saturday morning. If your looking to have some dent repairs done you can t go wrong with Billy and Carols Dent Repair.

Had a great experience with Billy and the paintless dent repair. Really quick, convenient service. Loved that I was able to text pictures and get a quote and that the work actually came in under the quoted amount.

Carol s did EXCELLENT work to fix my broken headlight, bumper and dented door after my car was hit. The car looks brand new. The staff was friendly and the repair was done extremely quickly. I HIGHLY recommend!

I had to repair a scratched fender - these guys were pros - car looks like new and they charged me half what other places quoted. Definitely stop by here for an estimate before going somewhere else.

Called for a quote to do some work. Very rude and questioning why I was asking. What does it matter, I am wanting to pay you to do it! Then tells me someone else to call because they don't want the work. Glad you are able to be that choosy with customers but not a way to keep them. Seriously... never will call again. Waste of time.Response: I appreciate reaching out but after a bad experience, its like complaining at a restaurant, I wouldn't trust them at that point to make my food. Hope you can resolve your issue with the ones that answer the phone...

Deals with women same as with men. So girls , don't be afraid of brigging your car to Carol's in Norwood.Will save you money for those new pair of SHOES..
