I saw the 5 star reviews and had a referral to this business. I thought that this would be a great place to get my transmission issue looked at, but I was wrong. I had a terrible encounter with the business owner Jim. He was extremely rude, curt and not customer friendly at all. After an unpleasant dialog over the phone , he told me that if I didn t get my car off his lot immediately that he would charge me storage fees. I walked to the business and waited around for him to return and collected my keys. He didn t even have the courtesy to apologize nor care. If I could rate my encounter a zero I would have. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before considering using this business purely from the customer service aspect alone.

I just saved 3k on repairs thanks to Jim, owner of Batco transmission shop. He checked my Ford E150 van and found a problem not related to transmission (engine misfire) that was the real issue. I was under impression that the transmission has to be replaced. Jim really cares for his customers and does an honest and thorough diagnostic before ordering repars. I highly recommend Batco for honest approach and quality repairs on your vehicle.

I got Batco recommended to me by my usual mechanic after my transmission went, and it's clear why. Jimmy was very knowledgeable, informative, and straight up with me. He diagnosed the problem almost right away. Could not recommend higher.

My experience at Batco was a good one, Jim, Was very helpful with all my problem's. unfortunately I had a transmission issue with my car. But I was covered under a warranty that I purchased from the dealership I bought the car from. When I called the warranty company it became a headache. So I called Jim, he had me drop my car to him, and not only did he rectify the problem but he dealt with the warranty company and all the paperwork, it made a stressful situation, for me, very easy, and I had my car back and running grate before I knew it. 5 star's all the way! Thanks Jim.

I just picked up my kids 1998 Subaru Outback Wagon which he drove like a rented mule for two years. I bought it used but ran well. He was having issues with the transmission shifting and had to leave it road side. I called Batco, Jim the owner was awesome. Not only did he say he would come over and look at it after work, on his time, but he would look it over and call before working on it. He even offered to drive it back and not have to pay towing cost if it was drive-able. He also said if it was going to be expensive to fix, or was not worth it to fix, he would let me know.In the end, he was 100% straight up with me from the first call. The car is not worth fixing, they did not try to work on it or change me for a vehicle that he knew was not worth putting that kind of money into and to me that is the sign of a great mechanic and business person. I give them huge thumbs up...

I am a car guy and I knew right off that Jim knew his s stuff. Proper tear down and assembly work station. His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a 3500 gmc box truck with a heavy duty transmissiknJim also put in a shift kitRuns great so far. He wants me to bring it it after 5k miles for a qc check like the good old days. I recommend him

I had a trans problem with one of my trucks that I used for landscaping . They we recommend buy a friend of mine. They took the truck in and gave me a couple of options . They did a fantastic job. I had an issue with the truck about a month latter. They took the truck in and repair it no questions ask. They also did a completed Trans overhaul on another Dump truck I had and did a fantastic job. Will not go any where else for transmission work.I would highly recomend them .Matt from MRD Landscaping

I will recommend this place to all my friends.I had transmission problems with a lemon car I bought. Jim was so helpful during the whole arduous process. He is knowledgeable ,honest and just a really nice guy.

Very helpful and honest. My car s transmission was unfortunately beyond repair, and replacing it would cost well more than the car was worth. They still did the diagnosis free of charge. Will absolutely go back next time I have transmission problems.

I just had my tranny rebuilt at Batco - Jimmy and the guys did a great job ! The Nana van is back on the road running smooth ! Seriously, spending money on auto repairs stink... but if you have to drop the money, at least go to a reputable shop like Batco - I would highly recommend them for any tranny work !

Jim's service was awesome. He really looked into the problem we were having with what we thought was transmission trouble. He left no stone un tunrned . Would highlynrecommend Batcoand thankfully the end result was not the transmission.Would highly recommend Jim at Batco transmissions!!

Extremely pleased with the service and time management of this place. I thought my transmission needed servicing and it turned out a sensor was unplugged. James was very honest and i would recommend them to anyone.

They seem honest and reliable. I went in for what I thought was a transmission error code. They brought it on a test drive, checked the code which was actually engine related & gave me some solid advice. All at no cost. I would certainly use them for any transmission issues in the future.

Batco stepped up and hit it out of the park. My sons car's transmission died, the Owner Jimmy, made it a stress less situation and rebuilt it... It runs excellently.
