Lance Ward was excellent - we looked at and bought a Jeep Wrangler and the whole experience was easy and smooth. Good guy, good person. We would get another car from him and Coastal.

Very helpful and kind staff. I had just had a nightmare experience dealing with buying from hertz that spanned over 3 months before I had to return the vehicle (long story- do not buy from hertz) so I was not looking forward going through the car buying process again.This dealership was not naggy and was very efficient and responsive. The manager Stever even paid for the lyft rides to the dealership each time I needed to go since I had no one to drive me.The car is beautiful and drives like a dream. They registered it very quickly and had it ready with full detailing done the same day I provided bank check for my deposit.I was able to get my car pretty quickly and thankful for that because I had to take my girlfriend to the ER immediately after I bought the car.Jake was really nice and went over the features of the vehicle and how to bring the car back for service since the dealership has a large garage. Probably the most pleasant car experience I have had thus far, thank you!

Coastal Nissan Associates very helpful and professional. From Customer service, Service Dept scheduling to meeting the ground crew! Mechanics informed me of additional of an additional service update I was not aware of and quickly addressed them on same service appointment saving me time from returning. Thanks Coastal Nissan for being so accommodating and understanding my busy travel schedule

Great service from the dealership. They went above and beyond the what I expected when it came to repairing my older car. Some of the parts had been discontinued, but George was able to obtain the parts through used car part sources. I was very impressed by his communication and commitment.

First time customer. All went well, but I would prefer a scheduled appointment, rather than a scheduled time to get in line for service. The online scheduling, does not reflect how this works. Overall a good experience.

The dealership has been very helpful in keeping me in a vehicle. The leaf i bought maybe has some issues, but that's going to happen with all new tech. I do expect Nissan to take care of me on this, that car was expensive. I was able to select an appointment that was convenient for me and the receptionist was pleasant and professional. Upon arriving the technician was tentative, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. What a wonderful experience! I was there for an interior detailing and some external damage fixes. Everyone I was able to speak to (David, George and Ed) took great care of me. I just leased my third Nissan Rogue and I love it!! I continue to have great experiences and this time was no different. Tommy helped me get the perfect car with and more that I was looking for! My 7mo old was with me and he was so accommodating to our family and got us out of there quickly in a brand new car! Definitely recommend Nissan And Tommy!

Coastal is without question the best place the buy a car. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful and my client advisor Billy was just as excited for me about my new car as I was for myself! I never felt pressured throughout the process as I have at other dealerships and got the best possible value for my trade. I highly recommend Coastal and will definitely be back for my next car purchase.
