We have a high end sports car and needed a place we could trust to do some major repairs after the car was stolen and severely damaged. Norwell collision was amazing. The communication and professional was great and the car was returned to us in pristine condition. They were also incredible dealing with the insurance company. Mohammed will do what it takes to get the job done. I would HIGHLY recommend Norwell Collision.

My car was hit by a woman driving with a dog in her lap and it sustained a lot of damage. Norwell Collision was recommended by a neighbor. Mohamed, from the day I brought the car in for a quote, until the day that he finished the work, I was frequently apprised of the progress.The car looks like new I can't say enough about this shop. Mohamed was fair and honest to deal with and my insurance appraiser had high regard for his work.

Eddie and his team were outstanding. Eddie worked with us in trying to find the best possible option to fix our old 2012 Volvo and the car ended up looking new again. His honesty on what he can do and how other items might be better handled by a mechanic spoke volumes to me and the end result was perfect. Highly recommend this shop without reservations!!! These folks are meticulous on the paint and body work. They took the time to go over the vehicle with me and explained what needs to be done for repairs. Price wise, very reasonable. The new owner tries to keep the price low without sacrificing high quality workmanship. I had my car towed to this shop to repair the front end after it was backed into. Edie and the rest of the team were so fantastic. They kept me in the loop while my car was being repaired and made it easy for me to pick it up when it was done. Eddie went through all the repairs they did and told me that if anything happened to give him a call and they fix it. The guys even cleaned the inside of my car and made it look like new!I can t say enough good things about this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my Charger (Plum Crazy Purple in pics) in to have the roof paint fixed. Went to pick up car and they had fully detailed it and the roof looked great. We then brought my wife's Mustang in to have a few panels fixed and by the time we spotted all of the imperfections we ended up painting the whole car. Turned out awesome. Also had them install some window scoops, side scoops and new spoiler (Grabber Blue Mustang in the video). Will be bringing my Blazer down next to have painted. Awesome service every time. The owner is excellent to talk to and work out the details as well as they just hired Eddie from Ira Norwell Collision which is a great addition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Eddy was great.I took my truck here after a minor accident. He gave me a quote, and I left my truck in the morning. They were done with it before the day ended. He gave me super detailed receipt and kept me updated on my phone throughout the day.%100 recommend

Mohamed and his team exceeded my expectations. Norwell Collision worked on my hard-to-get-parts for 2007 Saab, and were able to estimate the damage, fix it like new, and do it on-time and on-estimate. Car is good to go like nothing ever happened. Very friendly staff that answered all of my (copious and probably annoying) questions with courtesy and a smile.The repairs to my car (rear ended) appear flawless. I was without my car for longer than I expected, but the rental car situation was quick and easy (rental car rep drove the rental to me at Norwell Collision). Amy was always a joy to speak with on the phone and gave me status updates in great detail.The staff seemed to take my (relatively simple) repairs very seriously, and Amy kept me up to date with insurance negotiations as necessary.Overall an amazingly positive collision repair experience for my first ever accident.

Unfortunately I've been rear ended twice this year. Fortunately, the folks (Amy & Ed) at Norwell collision have always gone above and beyond to ensure that my car (german import) is restored to new condition. I had an accident and. My car had to be towed from scene my car was returned to a month later in perfect even though the insurance company said not give me the car as they weren't sure if thier insured was responsible but Mohammed Made the design to return my anyway icalled the insurance company and told them iwould hire an attorney I received a call about an hour late saying they would pay the claim so Thank You MohammedServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I can't rate the work here because I haven't yet had my car repaired, but I got three estimates. The other two were lower but only because neither of the other shops knew that the dent can't be repaired by a non-specialist shop. The fender has to be replaced because it's aluminum. The woman here who wrote the estimate on my car did know and explained the painting process better than the other shops, so I give the estimating process here 5 stars.
