I went to Jiffy Lube in Norwell this week and they were great. Super helpful. Josh took great care of my car. I was having an issue with my tire pressure and took to 5 other places before, no one help dnme. Josh fixed it in seconds. And they were super quick with the oil change too. 10/10. Thank you!!!

Robert, Nate, and the whole team at this location are super stars. They go above and beyond the required fix. They spent the time explaining to me exactly what issues they found, and recommended steps to take to make the issue less damaging. They topped off all the fluids I needed, and left my car cleaner then when I arrived. Everyone was so professional and helpful. Highly recommend

Jiffy Lube in Norwell is definitely our favorite so far! My boyfriend s car was worked on and service was great and fast! They fixed a lot of stuff and reasonably priced as well. Nate/Nathan at the front desk was super friendly and helped us so much! I appreciate the efficiency of this place.

Josh, Ed and Corey provided excellent service! I called for brake replacements and was given a same day appointment within an hour and a half from my call. The service I received was friendly, professional, high quality and at a great price. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Norwell, MA.

I take my husband's and my car here all the time, and I live 40 minutes away. Robert and Josh are amazing techs. They explained everything to me and never make me feel dumb. They go out of their way to listen to your needs and think outside the box. They provide white glove service (as much as they can considering you're there for preventative maintenance) as soon as you pull up. Very laid back, professional, approachable, nice demeanor, and lovely gentlemen. Kudos and keep up the great work!

Josh and his team is amazing. I was helped by Nate and Gina and Josh. From the phone calls to the prompt and professional service! His team was courteous and responsive, waiting area very comfortable. They even clean my windshield! Walk ins always welcomed. Very detailed.Highly recommended. Would definitely return!

Josh at the Norwell store. Was awesome he greeted me with a good morning and what can I do for you today. After inspecting my car and doing my oil change he commented on a couple of things that may be needed for my car. What i really liked is that it was in no way a pushy type of sales move it was recommending some things that will need to be addressed if not now sometime in the future. I would definitely recommend Josh and this Jiffy Lube in the future.

I was LUCKY enough to have met Josh last week. Along with Randal, whom I mostly deal with, they were beyond professional.Everytime that I deal with Randal, I walk away with more knowledge than before. He makes me feel safe. I trust him.How lucky you are to have Randal and Josh to represent your company.I highly recommend every woman out there to go to this company and you will be in good .

Vehicle was brought here for a full synthetic oil change end of February. Oil Change Needed light popped on a month later, vehicle was brought back to confirm there were no issues. Technician indicated it was just the reminder light that needed to be reset. Requested that they check oil level and color as a due dilligence courtesy. Received nothing but condescending remarks for this request. Will NOT be returning to service ANY vehicles at this location given the combative and condescending nature of the service person. Simple courtesy would have gone a long way!

Robert, Josh, and Ed completed my oil change and fluid replacement quickly and efficiently. Went on a weekday morning and got right in and was out within 40 minutes even with some extra services.

I always have my car serviced at Jiffy Lube. I needed brakes and spoke to Victoria R.at the Kingston store. She suggested going to their Norwell store since Kingston does not do brakes. My car arrived in Norwell after 12 and was finished quicker than I expected. Malcolm B. did a great job. He was focused and thorough. He advised both front and rear brakes be replaced. Malcom was knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and accommodating. I trusted his recommendations with my Toyota Tundra.Matthew at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. I came to this Jiffy Lube last week for a routine oil change. They told me that I urgently needed a new alternator and as someone who doesn t know cars very well, I usually hesitate to do things on the spot, but they were insistent. They then told me that they had to replace the battery as my battery voltage was too low and that was the perceived problem. They replaced both for over $1200 and I picked up the car and the issue wasn t fixed. While still there, they then told me I would have to bring it to the dealership to get it looked at, but I still paid and the problem wasn t solved. Seems like I didn t need the parts in the first place. Happy with the oil change services and the team is professional and kind, but feels like I didn t have to pay that kind of money for the problem not to be fixed.Service: Battery
