We recently moved to Sanfords for our automobile maintenance. Chris has gone above and beyond to provide us with great service and to help us when we had to search for a newer vehicle.He has been honest and straightforward and always found the most reasonable way to keep our older model vehicles on the road.Services: Tires, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If you're looking for the BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP EVER, look no further! I recommend Sanfords to anyone I know who is looking for a mechanic who is honest, trustworthy AND does great work. Honestly, Sanfords is the BEST!As a woman, I normally walk out of a shop assuming there's a good chance I've been ripped off, AFTER having the diagnosis dumbed down to toddler level or 'man-splained' to death! Sanfords is not that place. I leave knowing that only the work needed was done, was done well AND at a fair price! I m new to the area and a neighbor recommended them and they were amazing chris was honest and communicated very well, the prices for the repairs I needed were really good and reasonable. I had taken my car too three different shops before moving to Norton, MA to find the problem and they couldn t but these guys found the problem and fixed it. Will be going to them in the future and highly recommend. ( they also sell bbq sauce and different which is really good I got the teriyaki it s a bit spicy but really good)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Chris and his team always do a great job at a fair price. They work with you, talk about what s a priority and what can wait, provide alternate solutions sometimes, and always treat you great. I won t go anywhere else.

Sanford's is AWESOME. I don't know of any other place that provides reasonably priced and competent auto repair AND has hot sauce for sale! They have been consistently good to my family, highly recommend them!

When recommending Sanford's to anyone, I refer to them as my family's mechanic as we all bring our vehicles there for trusted service. Guys like Chris and his crew aren't easy to find out there. He's a straight shooter and his repair quotes not only match up with the bill at the end, but are consistently lower than what you'll pay at the dealership, and by a long shot. I strongly recommend making Sanford's your family's mechanic as well if you're looking for one in the area

Great job on my car. Chris is very honest and went over all he options for the work that needed to be done. He could have charged me a lot more money for the work I originally asked for, but gave me a better cheaper option. I'd definitely recommend Sanfords to anyone and everyone.

Very happy with my experience here. Called them in an emergency and they fit me in. They called me 2x to update me, treated me with respect and patience, explained everything very clearly and charged me a very reasonable rate. I like that they test drove my car after to make sure the issues were resolved. Definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend, More than reasonably priced but more importantly very honest owner and employees , Chris goes above and beyond any other mechanic I have used before, will be the only mechanic I will use and recommend to others going forward. Refreshing change in automotive repair. It was like finding a good old fashioned neighborhood mechanic who is capable of doing any job. They don't use scare tactics and tell you that your entire car is going to fall apart and it needs to be fixed immediately for the sake of all mankind. Great service at reasonable prices. Hard to find these days.

Had my first great experience with these guys! My brakes were grinding and I had heard sanford was a good shop with good prices. So I made an appointment. On the way to the appointment our cars brakes gave out. We were a quarter mile from the shop. These guys bent over backwards to help myself and my kids. They drove down the street and got my car for me. (it wouldn't start either weird) Most shops would've told me to call aaa. No these guys care. They then made sure I had a ride home (Uber to the rescue). They were super kind and helpful. They kept in touch throughout the day. And the price to fix the whole mess was amazing. We are now customers for life. Highly recommend.

Had my 2013 Expedition towed in due to a failed attempt to replace my brakes....I found a frozen caliper which was over my head. Chris and his guys fixed me right up and got be back on the road. New brakes work great.

Great business and employees. Had my tie rods replaced and an alignment for less than I had expected. Will definitely be going back. Don t forget to try the hot sauce!

The best and only place I go for auto service. Straight forward, honest, kind. Everything you want when having your car repaired. Prices are way better than anyone else around and they never try to pull anything over on you.

I had a problem with the coolant heat storage tank on my prius. they diagnosed the wrong part to replace. They said it needed a temperature sensor which they put in but this did not fix the problem. I asked them to refund the labor as i bought the part, and they have not.
