I highly recommend! We arrived to look at utility trailers and Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and even more when we came back to purchase. He is also experienced in the service side of the business to be sure our trucks connection is ready to go as well as mounting a spare tire to it so we're ready for spring.It's awesome having one person who can help with all aspects of this process.Thank you for all your help!

Ordered a trailer from Ryan at Whitehorse. It arrived in 3 weeks instead of 3 months. Great purchasing experience. He answered ALL my questions patiently and thoroughly. Not your typical salesman. Ryan knows his stuff. Trailers are fairly priced. I have already recommended him my friends. I brought my previous trailer to Ryan for a full service before sale. He did an awesome job with that as well.

Whitehorse has been by savior on more occasions than I can count. Ryan is the most honest, hardworking, and skilled technician in the business. His knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched by all other providers in the New England area. Ryan never tries to upsell his customer for his own gain. He truly stands behind his work and puts the safety of horse and driver as his top priority every time. I will never buy or service a trailer with anyone else!

I just bought a Durabull 7x16 Contractor Trailer from Ryan. The whole process was very simple and Ryan was very helpful. He went above and beyond to work with me and earn my business. If i get another trailer it will be from whitehorse! I would highly recommend doing business with these folks. I would also recommend Durabull trailers, they are built well and have better options than a lot of other trailer brands....

Ryan is absolutely the only person I would trust for any of my trailer needs. Ive bought two trailers through whitehorse, and each one has been perfect. Ryan has helped sell trailers for me as well, and its been an incredibly easy experience for me! Ryan also does all of the servicing on my trailers (at the farm!) and I trust him completely to keep my horses safe!

Bought a 7X12 Contractor Durabull trailer 7/19/23. First trip to Whitehorse. Easy process, was in and out in less than an hour towing my trailer home. Ryan is a straight shooter no BS owner. Highly recommended.

Best customer service ever!! Brought my older trailer in for some work and exterior wash and wax. Looks brand new again!! Plus Ryan pointed out a safety issue and took care of it right away. Highly recommend this company and will be getting my trailer road ready by them in the spring!!! Thanks Ryan and crew!!

I just traveled 1,000 miles to buy my second horse trailer from Ryan and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for either trailer purchase or service. He is knowledgeable, experienced and absolutely goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need to travel safely. I first met Ryan 6 years ago when he serviced the trailer I had at the time and was impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. I recommended him then to all my friends and when I was looking for another trailer a couple of years later I went to Ryan and purchased a fully vetted and serviced used 4 Star that I have been very happy with. I bought a new Kingston from him last week and am glad to see that although his business has grown tremendously since our first meeting in 2017 (quality products and treating people right will do that!) he is still providing the same personal service he is known for. Continued success, Whitehorse!

Very POOR Customer service at Whitehorse, they do not return calls and high prices! The owner could care less about customers and new business, it's all about the money for this guy. Reached out several times... Make sure you shop around and don't fall for these crazy COVID prices these dealers are still screwing you over on.Update to response: Delusional... my feelings are not hurt... Yes, his response was "can't do"... That's the amount of effort that went into his response to me. Not once did he ever pick up the phone to return my call after 6 attempts to buy a USED demo trailer he was asking $16500, I offered $16k, way off!?!?.Seller is greedy and just doesn't care about your business...Feedback is well deserved. a learning opportunity for the owner, do better on how you treat customers, otherwise you lose them over a few hundred bucks...Buyers, if this is how he treat sales, imagine when there is a problem...

Very happy to recommend Ryan for all trailer needs. He repaired my trailer as good as new after I was sideswiped and for a very reasonable price. He's always been super generous with his time and information whenever I had any questions.

I first learned about WT&TS through a workshop he gave at the New England Equestrian Center of Athol. I knew nothing about how to choose the best horse trailer for my needs. The information he presented was invaluable, so of course I bought a trailer from him. I can't imagine dealing with a more knowledgeable person in the horse trailer industry. But it doesn't end there - he is also a SUPERB communicator, and for me that's the absolute bottom line. He backs up his word with actions. Ryan is the best - end of story!

I'm so thrilled to find a service person that sticks to their promise. Whitehorse has been there to take care of my trailer & service needs. Between my yearly service and wash (treat yourself!) and emergency (2 flat tires) Whitehorse has always come through. Love that they come to me when needed and return my trailer when done with it. Also a very easy drop off location.

I have known Ryan for years. He is not only dependable but he is knowledgeable. I recommend everyone I know to him. I wouldn t go anywhere else. The icing on the cake is that he will come to you to service your trailer. He is hands down the best!

Ryan and Harley are so helpful. Took my old trailer and set up my new trailer, went to Registry for me and set up a new hitch for my tow vehicle. They made the process very easy for me and I love my new Kingston Newport. Highly recommend Whitehorse!

Ryan was awesome in helping me find a trailer that would best suit my horses and truck. His knowledge was far superior to the numerous other dealers in the area that I visited. His prices are beyond fair and he s not going to pull the wool over your eyes. This is my first trailer from Ryan but the 5th I've owned on my life. Every time I buy a new trailer I get more particular about what I want, don't want, and things to look for in the build of the trailer, to the point where I thought for sure, buying this new trailer wasn't going to be easy. So, one day I decided to start the process. I came upon the Durabull product line online and Whitehorse as a dealer. I was completely caught off guard at how easy and quick the process was.-Durabull seems to make one of the best aluminum trailers around.-Ryan is a great guy to deal with.-Durabull had what I wanted in stock in NH.-It was delivered 2 days later.4 days from "let's start the process" to trailer in hand. I couldn't be happier.
