Kearns has outstanding service. They did all the paperwork for a rental car, communicated throughout the repair, did outstanding repair work and cleaned the car inside and out! All I had to do was drop off and pick-up.I highly recommend them!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Kearns Collision Repair is GREAT! Brought my truck in to get repaired and they did awesome work! Great staff, very friendly receptionists and all around a pleasure to work with. If you have any vehicle damage I highly recommend you go to Kearns

I recommend Kearns Collision in Northbridge for any of your needs. Not only collision repair but for all mechanical services.My truck January 11th when it was hit until today when I picked it up. We had our vehicle towed there after it went missing. They did great body work. You can't tell that the vehicle was in an accident. They fixed the tires and did an alignment. The vehicle was incredibly clean when it was picked up. We did wait for parts. It took close to 3 weeks for the vehicle to be finished. The work went through an insurance claim. It was expensive and we still ended up paying out of pocket expenses. The people who run the garage are super nice and took the time to explain how everything was going to work.

Amazing customer service - thank you Tara! They repaired my automobile in a swift and efficient manner. The prices were very reasonable and were elucidated and explained to me throroulgy and with thoughtful attention to detail. All-in-all I give 5 stars for the incredible value and the wonderful customer skills. And they are a locally owned concern.

Absolutely great in every way! I have always taken my cars for auto body work, but never for mechanical services. Much better work than the dealer. Friendlier and never felt I was rushed.Highly recommend!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I'll keep it short. They did the repair on my front bumper. The repair was unsatisfactory. I got poor customer service and had to schedule a follow-up to fix the car again. It still wasn't corrected. I had no choice to but live with it since insurance won't pay to bring it somewhere else. I would have driven twice as far to get better service. This was in October 2017 and I still cringe a little when I notice the gap.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY ARE CRIMINALS! They claim to be a verified dealer for my car Insurance company but couldn t be farther from the truth. I needed an ESTIMATE & made it clear - CALL ME W/ AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO DOING ANY REPAIRS. Within 48 hours I call to follow-up to learn my car was disassembled and I was being charge $2,800!! The Owner (Tom) was very disrespectful on the phone and even laughed at me for asking for an estimate first. 9 days later I get my car back & this is the Final Bill (see photo). I wish I were kidding but sadly this how they treat customers. Nothing itemized, nothing explained, I have no idea what they did on my car. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR STAFF!!

I got hit in the passenger side fender, causing damage to both the front and rear of the wheel well. Four days later, I can't tell from any angle in any light. Absolutely fantastic work!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
