Sold my used car to Rob W, what an easy and positive experience! He met us (with almost no notice) in the parking lot so we didn t have to unload two toddlers. The whole transaction from start to finish was about an hour and he was honest and straightforward. We walked away feeling respected and like we got a great price for our car. I would 100% recommend Northampton VW and Rob in particular to anyone looking you sell or buy a new car.

Hal Kuzu, salesman at Volkswagen has not only earned five stars he deserves it. Five stars in every way. Easy to talk to, I felt heard and respected and he went above and beyond to make me feel important and special during the purchase of my vehicle. I would recommend Hal any day to anyone. Also quickly,Michael Silva five stars for him as well. He reached out a few times and with swarms of kids I couldn t get things together when he would call and he never made me feel pressured or like I needed to be on his schedule. Michael got things done and got them done quick. I loved dealing with him. I fully recommend him for all of your internet needs. The painful After a horrible experience at Nissan dealing with people who couldn t orchestrate how to get a Jeep 10 minutes down the road with a showroom full of people not doing anything, my son and I decided to go there on our own to see if this was even worth it. This was after the salesman James whom I had been matched up with told me to stay home because two of the three cars I wanted to see were sold that weekend. Yes, he told me to just stay home?!?!My son and I hopped back into my car and I got in and called Michael Silva and I told him I was at the Hadley branch but I want to try the Jeep and that they couldn t figure out how to drive it over. He asked how long before I got there and I said 10 minutes. We drove over and the Jeep was running and ready to go out front with no warning. I got matched up with the fabulous Hal Kuzu who was standing outside waiting for us. I m left thinking if these two dealerships were actually all run by Country because it s night and day. Hopped in the Jeep took it got a test drive and went in an hour after leaving the Hadley dealership with my full cash offer and bought a car. The one that I had wanted to see from the beginning. While waiting, Michael came over and introduced himself to us which was great. I was able to let him know what a difference he made in who I dealt with because he kept trying but not in any uncomfortable way. It was night so I put money down and signed a few things and left the Jeep there as I needed a bank check anyways. I also needed to get the vehicle on my insurance. It took a little longer than I had hoped to get through the process but this was started a week before thanksgiving with Hadley and ended on Black Friday. So I can t complain about that.I was sitting waiting to see if everything was going to get done and Hal asked me if I saw my car and I said no. He pointed over to the bay where my beautiful red Jeep was sitting with a huge bow on the hood. I turned into a 13 year old girl and screamed then ran out to my car and got my husband and sick kids out of the car to see it.I have never felt so special spending money as I did at Volkswagen. Hal and whoever he had there went the extra distance in a way I can t explain. He loaded me up with some extras they had like new car smell pouches and even Volkswagen hats to which I will be happy to wear and make everyone else wear for winters to come. I truly felt special and I would recommend Hal and the Volkswagen branch to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. The thought of looking for and buying a new car is daunting to me. However, after my experience in Northampton, I would go back in a flash.Thank you to the whole team that pulled it off and thank you Hal for making this purchase easy and enjoyable.

Hal and the whole team a Northampton VW are excellent! The exact car I wanted wasn't in stock, but they had the precise car I wanted the very next day. If you're in the market for any car you can't go wrong at Northampton VW

Adam was incredibly helpful and easy to work when deciding to buy our new ID4. Super low pressure vibe at the dealership which put everyone at ease. He walked us through each step of the with good humor and patience and provided so much insight on the ins and outs of EV ownership

Service was outstanding! Sales department on the other hand was awful Maddy was completely unprofessional, and I felt harassed by her texts. I reached out multiple times to management and forwarded texts she had send me, was given the runaround. Disappointed in the way this was handled, left unresolved.

Rob Winslow was outstanding to deal with. He made the experience quick and easy and I left the dealership feeling like I got the deal I wanted. I recommend asking for Rob when looking to buy, sell or trade a vehicle. Thank you Rob!

This place just doesn't learn. I moved on from this dealership years ago, had a bad experiance as seen in a previous review. Not interested in doing business with them again. Now, they won't stop calling me. First of all I'm registered on the do not call list the government maintains. Second, I asked to be removed from the list. Maybe bad reviews will stop them from calling.Do not call me in regards to this review, I don't want to talk to you, I don't wish to modify my review. Retrain your people. Though going this long with this type of behavior it's gotta be an ownership issue, how many GM's have you been through now?

The team at Northampton Volkswagen was great. I appreciated how seamless our transaction was. Jason, Spencer, Rob and Mike were a great help in completing my transaction out of state. They were honest and gave the best price. I will definitely recommend this dealer to a friend and plan on being back in 39 months!

I had a good experience while I was in the building for my service, but I have not had great experience since leaving. I had a 9am appointment and didn't leave until almost noon (which was okay). When I got home a couple of hours later I noticed that one of my rims was badly scratched during the service appointment. I called right away to make someone aware of the damage to the vehicle and was asked to take pictures and email them in. I was told that it was Friday afternoon (March 1st) and the email and pictures would not be reviewed until Monday morning and I was fine with that. I did not hear anything the following Monday or Tuesday, so I called and left a voicemail message and never heard back. I sent a 2nd email following up later that week. I did get an email back several days later stating that the person I emailed had been out of the office sick, but she would pass along my email and concerns to the supervisor. I didn't hear anything from the supervisor so I sent another email a week and a half later, but have not had a response. My appointment was on March 1st and I still have not heard anything. I am very unhappy and disappointed at the lack of follow-up regarding my concerns.

My Service Consultant, Aimee, was great. I scheduled my appointment primarily so I could take advantage of the buy three get one free tire sale that was happening in October. I was concerned the sale might not be honored, as I was having the work performed in November. Aimee went over the quote I was given and confirmed all of the details. When it came time to drop my car off I could tell the shop was just about ready to close, but Aimee greeted me professionally, broke away from what she was doing, and proceeded to do the paperwork for my car. I really appreciated this, as I prefer to drop my car off in person.

We had a great experience at this dealership! We went into this knowing we needed a car quickly, and the team here got everything done and made the car buying process simple and stress-free. They accommodated the requests that we had and even drove the car to our local mechanic to do a once over before we signed any papers. Doing this without hesitation truly eased our mind throughout the whole process. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Charlie, Rob, Bill and Angel. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned car, I highly recommend checking out this dealership. Everyone is kind, accommodating and helpful! Thank you VW of Noho!

terrible experience buying a used car here. while the car is in good shape for the most part, we made the deal contingent on 4 new tires since they were basically bald on the outer and inner sides. I m in CT an hour away and after setting it all up, they met me at the DMV. No surprise, car shows up with the old tires still on there. I took delivery and needed to drive back an hour today to get the tires installed. They take 2 and a half hours to mount and balance the tires, I drive it off and once I hit the freeway the car vibrates like no tomorrow. Obviously they weren t balanced or balanced poorly. Instead of driving back, I m now at town fair tire getting a proper balance on my own dime. And even if I was closer, I don t trust the people here to work on the car. While there s no need to completely avoid this place, I d avoid the service department and be mindful when dealing with the sales staff.

Really wasn't the best.Easy initial experience. We came in knowing what we wanted (ID.4) and Jason was very kind and showed us around. Signed the lease deal last Wednesday and was told that we could pick up the car Friday or at the latest, Saturday.Get a message in afternoon on Friday stating that they wouldn't be able to deliver the car until Tuesday without much explanation. We asked about pickup but didn't get a response. Weather got in the way.Eventually we learned that there was a lot of manager turnover - understandable. There were a few other snafus where we were told we could take it home earlier by one person, to be told by another person that it wasn't the case. Not a big deal. Were finally able to pick up the car the following Thursday, brought it home. When we get home -- there's no charger cable. I call up Jason and he tells me that the ID.4 doesn't come with a charger cable. Maybe I should have thought to ask, but to me, it's like finding out that a gas car doesn't have a gas tank -- not really something that I thought I needed to ask about (to my knowledge no other EV does things this way). Told that we would need to buy one separate from the dealer for $350.All in all, there were some things that were outside of our salesperson's control and he seemed to have a handle on what he could control. Managerial turnover caused a bunch of communication issues that we ultimately got through.Would have really, really appreciated a heads up about the charger cable.

I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am always greeted and the entire service staff appears there to serve me. However, my wonderful Beetle is approaching a large mileage number and I am outside my warranty and I can no longer afford to pay 400 dollars for an oil change or battery replacement. I will probably be seeking service care at a small local merchant. The 10, 020 I spent for an oil change, battery replacement and general "check up" is outside my budget. My last 6 or 7 vehicles have been vw's and I love them....but some of the small inconveniences have added up to my departure to "greener" pastures.

I m driving my car without registration, sticker and registration papers and EV plates. I was able to get the car with my own plates. They are soooo slow and making mistakes alll the time. They asked me to come to dealership for signature and told me they made a mistake. Then I went work and they called me after 3 hours and told me they actually need my signature. I told them to bring me the paperwork. I wish I would go to different VW. When you re at the dealer, you will see everybody chatting together including the manager and hardly doing anything. I am so sad for them and it is embarrassing very much shameful.

They were communicative about the status of the software update and did provide us a car through a rental company. The reason it's not five stars is because we didn't get a loaner but instead a rental.

I have wanted to purchase an EV for several years now, and after watching hundreds of YouTube videos, listening to countless podcasts and conducting all manner of internet research, I had concluded that the iD4 Pro S might be the perfect vehicle for me.But I was terrified. In fact, I had nearly placed an order on-line more times than I can remember, but my questions and fears proved insurmountable and I could not pull the plug and make it happen. That is until that cold Saturday on January 14th, when I stepped into Northampton Volkswagen and was greeted by Eric and his sunny smile. Eric instantly made me feel at ease with his friendly disposition, taking the time to listen to my disorganized ramblings and seeking to really hear and understand my needs. He clearly was also exceptionally well-versed in the technology and particular features of the iD4, and provided answers to my many, many questions. Perhaps more importantly, Eric never made me feel pressured at any time throughout the experience. After test driving an iD4 and his stellar introduction to the product, Eric was attempting to assist me place an order for a 2023 iD4 when he received a message from VW that he had not seen before: no additional orders for the iD4 were being accepted. I was instantly filled with regret that I had missed my window of opportunity, but Eric assured me he would use every resource at his disposal to identify a vehicle meeting my specs, and promised to call me when he had.I had originally anticipated waiting many months for Eric to locate a vehicle, so imagine my great surprise when I received a phone call that very next Monday morning informing me that a vehicle meeting my criteria was available. The next day I came into the dealership and signed the requisite paperwork and loan documents, and had every expectation that I would be driving my new car before the end of the week. When Eric telephoned the following day I expected to hear that my vehicle was ready. Instead, regretfully informed me that the vehicle I had purchased the previous day was actually a rear wheel drive, and he had remembered that I had been very specific about wanting an all-wheel drive. He urged me not to worry that he thought there might be another delivery within the week that would be the trim I wanted.Even as Eric explained this to me that morning I remember feeling excessively grateful for this rare example of honesty and integrity. Since I had already signed the paperwork, and that car with that VIN had been insured in my name, I wondered how much easier might it have for been for someone less scrupulous to ignore this pesky detail? In reality, how long might it have taken me to discover the truth? Having never owned an EV, might I have simply taken ownership and thought only these EVs suck in the snow! ? By the time I discovered my car was in fact a rear wheel drive, Eric might have made any number of excuses (i.e., that he had told me the car was rear wheel drive when he hadn t, or that I had not been clear about this detail when I had).Simply put, Eric did the right thing, even when the right thing was hard to do and I was blown away! The conclusion to my rambling love letter is just this:1. I am now a proud EV owner and that is a really big deal to me;2. I have confidence in the quality of my new vehicle and am already thrilled with its performance (although the lack of essential infrastructure and reliable high speed charging is an entirely different story!); and, most importantly:3. I have what feels like solid trust in Northampton Volkswagen. And undeniably, I have Eric to thank for these transformative outcomes! The iD4 s performance and excellent reviews may have first captured my attention and brought me through the door that day, but it was Eric s patient approach, belief in the product and unimpeachable integrity that sealed the deal!Thank you Eric, for your outstanding skill and for your unique role in bringing my dreams to life!

Absolutely horrendous service, three months and 1200$ later being told they can t fix my car. Zero communication from the service department. They DO NOT want to work on your car, they d rather sell you a bunch of useless parts you don t need and charge you double the labor hours then what they quote you. I dare you to bring your car here. Whole place is a joke and a stain on VWs already terrible reputation.

AVOID this STEALership!Sales Manager: BULLYService Manager: WEAKService to Vehicle: HORRIBLEVehicle Detail Shop: NEGLECTFULI purchased a USED TDI. The issues of the vehicle were written down and given to the sale team PRIOR to completing the sale. I was informed they'd be taken care of in our "120 Point Certified Used Car Inspection."The vehicle was delivered one MONTH after purchase. The vehicle did NOT pass Emissions. I was TOLD I had to bring it to emissions. The vehicle had a DIAPER and toys STILL in it from previous owner. The vehicle was NOT CLEAN, see diaper and MORE!!!The vehicle was NOT detailed properly. The vehicle went for a REQUIRED service only to be returned with a significant rattle. They forgot to BOLT a IMPORT and very EXPENSIVE part back onto the exhaust (Emissions Control Diesel Particulate Filter).I could go on and on, but was TOLD never to come back because I voiced a complaint. No one deserves to be treated this way!I have the PARTS they claim were replaced under their inspection. LIARS!The vehicle is now going to the #1 VW Diesel Dealership in New England. When I informed the service team manager where it was purchased and my experience, they laughed stating: "This isn't the first time we've heard the HORRORS of NoHO VW."Formal complaints are being filed. Attorney has been contacted. AGO's office notified in writing. DMV notified in writing.
