Close friend of mines car was totaled recently and insurance would only pay for a short term lease. He call Lia and after a short conversation with the manager in a matter of a couple of days procured a fantastic car at a reasonable price! I am now waiting for a settlement for my car which was totaled within the same week as my friends. The manage after I leaving a message called me and has offered his personal service to get me a new vehicle as he did my friend. Lia, no pressure, great personal service I have ever experienced. Looking for a y type of Toyota Lia should be on the top of your list to consider doing business with!

I started at the Toyota website and built my ideal truck. A few days later Lia Toyota contacted me to let me know a similar new truck would be arriving soon. When I came in for a test Drive I met with Grant Goodwin who is the sales representative for the Tundra. We talked in depth about the specific details of this model truck Grant was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After the test drive I decided to purchase the truck and the process moved forward efficiently.

Dwayne, in sales, was a great listener and super helpful! Showed me exactly what I wanted and did everything so quickly and around my schedule. Jason, in finance, went above and beyond to support me with this big purchase and provide clear options every step of the way. 5/5 stars - would recommend!The last car I purchased from here I had for almost 10 years, a used 2004 Toyota Corolla - happy to say I'm still a part of the Toyota family.

I've waited to write this to let my anger settle down and realize I'm not going to get a lawyer and just move on with my life. But I wanted to warn people of this dealership and our experience there. I did contact a few lawyers but decided to move on.My son had a GX470 with a starting/charging problem and after over $1375 in repairs with Lia and sending to another shop to remove the alarm system which Lia said was the problem the issue still wasn't resolved. They replaced the battery twice and alternator.Then they dealer quoted us $17,539.63 to fix. (See estimate). We did not feel this estimate was in good faith and we declined this service and had the car towed to another shop. They wanted 800 dollars for us to get the car and we declined saying it didn't make sense to pay for labor that didn't result in anything being fixed. They agreed and waived the 800 labor fee and we had the car towedHowever, Lia Toyota had completely taken the car apart - front seats removed and loose, interior dash panels removed, electrical components removed. All parts were scattered in the car and screws and bolts all over the place. They took a running Toyota/Lexus with starting/charging issues and created a literal basket case of parts. It would have been hours of labor to just put back together and start to troubleshoot again.We ended up sending to a junkyard - Lia took a running car and was unable to solve the problem. They took their frustration out on my 21 year old son and created such a mess that it was just easier for us to cut our losses and junk the car. It's sad because a competent dealership or shop should have been able to troubleshoot the issue the first time.So yes - we paid $1375 in repairs to only have the issue not be fixed, then declined $17,539.63 and they seem to retaliate and not put the car back together and now the car has been crushed in a junkyard.Please, don't trust them for even an oil change, don't let them then touch your car under any circumstance.

Dores is amazing at her job and sold me on going here for all my services. I didn t even purchase my new 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro at this location but they fixed and rectified my problems I had with it and fixed a recall as well. They replaced my fender flares that started peeling while other dealers told me this was normal. I ll be going here moving forward for all my oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend Dores in service department as well to friends and family.

I took my wifes car in to get one of the calipers fixed. We had the break job done there so i took it back there. I was told nothing was wrong. Lia of wilbraham said yes the caliper keeps sticking but take it to north Hampton since its where it was done. And north Hampton is so Lazy!!! I told them let it sit and go to drive it before you close and youll hear it. They did opposite and drove it while it was still hott from me driving it. It releases after about 100 yards and sticks again when cold. I will attach a video of me leaving dealership this morning its so loud, i begged a service tech to come out and listen to me leaving and they wouldnt! Absolutely disgrace! Also no communication through the whole thing just an email, Come pick your car . Listen to attached video and you can hear it grinding its so loud because its stuck.

He was very knowledgeable about the different models of Toyota s and helped guide us to our purchase of a RAV 4 hybrid. I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 2023 from Lia Toyota of Northampton. As a first-time car buyer and a naturally conservative individual, I had numerous questions and concerns before making this significant purchase. I took the time to ensure that everything proceeded smoothly before composing this review.Jeremy was my salesperson, and I must commend him for being exceptionally nice and responsible. Given my propensity for asking a multitude of questions, Jeremy patiently and accurately addressed each one, making the initially daunting process smooth and desirable. I brought my RAV4 in to have the the cooling system serviced. My service advisor, Dores, was courteous and made sure I was taken care of. She was honest & transparent with issues found during the multipoint inspection, as well as keeping me up-to-date with the status of my requested service. The customer service I received from her was above & beyond. My technician, Ryan, was knowledgeable and he did an excellent job with servicing my vehicle.Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs!

We worked with Alex Garcia to purchase two new cars, one that included a trade-in. Alex was awesome - clear and transparent about everything and worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and on the timeline we needed. Communications were clear and helpful. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Picked up my car that was half clean. It wasn't inspected nor was it even registered.i paid for all this to be done and was refused a refund for the inspection they never did. They couldn't even get the registration right they put the wrong color on it so now i cant even get it inspected somewhere else. Since when is a new car not inspected before purchase? Go anywhere else but here. So I guess picking up a dirty, uninspired car is ok? And you're right it was registered but it was wrong and had to be re-register the right way. I guess its hard to tell white from grey

My salesperson, Francesca Ravina was lovely. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We spend some time digging into the various financial options depending on how long I might want to keep the car. She was also very patient when we were getting my iphone set up with the vehicle. My only complaint was the length of time it took the RMV to get the new plates to the dealership and the minor confusion about how long that might take.

I heard many poor things about car salesman throughout my life but I was blown away by my experience at Lia Toyota. I worked with Grant Goodwin to look through and choose the vehicle I wanted. Grant was very informative, polite and I highly recommend that you speak with him if you are looking for a Toyota.

Dissapointed in this dealership. I was interested in a pre owned Toyota venza and the customer service ultimately led me not to buy the vehicle. The salesman was more interestd in talking to my boyfriend about football then answering my questions about the when I went to see the car. When I made an appointment to go back and put a deposit down I reached out to confirm the appointment an hour before (since I hadn t heard from anyone ) and I was told it would be too stressful and inconvenient for me to see the Venza I wanted to buy. I had cleaned my car out, gotten out of work early and made arrangements for my parents to come see the car that night. I understand busy days are hard, but I was not given any notice, no apology or any kind of customer service a person should receive. I was also told I cannot put a deposit on the car until I finalized the deal to hold the car when I was told I couldn t come to see the car. It s upsetting to be treated this way when trying to make such a big purchase. A little sympathy or compassion instead of a pity party -in the words the salesman- would have went a long way.

I was treated like family here. I love all the staff who helped me through the process of such a big and expensive decision. Especially Sami, David and Dominic. There was never pressure or making me feel uncomfortable about the process, or like someone was trying to take advantage of me or my wife. These are terrific people. Sami will make you feel like you got nothing to worry about. Everyone is patient and friendly. This is where I shop for cars. No need to go anywhere else. Great people!

Arrive for 12pm service appointment for my car.12pm Provider: sorry your technician is on lunch break, so they won t start until he s back.2pm Provider: sorry I made you sit there so long, I took my lunch break at 1 and didn t see your paperwork was on my desk til I got backMy service was still not complete yet.2:30pm Provider: sorry your technician is on lunch break again, he will look at it when he returns at 3What s the point of having an appointment at 12 if the folks assigned to look at my vehicle are all away at lunch for the first 3 hours I m sitting there?

The service department is not there to serve you. I had to repeat myself a number of times while speaking with the associate while scheduling an appointment, and our issues still were not addressed after they had the car here ALL DAY.Tremendous waste of time, and money. Take your care elsewhere - Cichy's Garage (5 Main St, Williamsburg, MA 01096) will take great care of you.

Today I took my new Tacoma home. My salesman, Alex was outstanding! I had previously gone to a different dealer and was treated with disrespect probably because I am a women in my 60 s looking to buy a truck. I was disheartened by my experience. I m a dedicated Toyota owner!My experience with Alex at Lia was totally different. He was positive and really listened. He was so approachable and guided me to exactly what I wanted. I so enjoyed working with him. He always met me with a sweet smile. I m very pleased to write a positive review for him because he s an excellent salesman.
