I have had my Honda CRV serviced several times at Lia Honda. Recently, I had a large screw stuck in my tire causing it to lose air. I drove in to Lia without an appointment realizing that they might not be able to fit me in. But within an hour or so, it was all fixed and ready to go. What I appreciate most is how friendly and considerate everyone at Lia repair is. They take as much time as needed to explain everything to you. It is refreshing to go to a business where the customer feels important and valued!

I always work with Desiree when my car is serviced at Lia Honda Northampton. She is great at communicating what s going on with my car and is very responsive. I also think she has my best interest in mind when it comes to what I can reasonably afford for repairs. Thanks!

Joe Dubuc was a great help throughout my visit from start to finish. From assessing my needs, communicating clearly throughout the work day with status updates, and assisting with rideshare partners between Lia Honda and my work, he was personable and consistently available. Kameryn Latulippe is great, I was able to get a diagnostic, and part ordered for replacement same day, for an upcoming scheduled visit. The Honda service department is reliable, fast, efficient, and has the best technicians in today s auto services. You can count on Lia Honda!

We were traveling and our Honda broke down. We are not from the Northampton area. It was towed into Lia Honda on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. It was brought right in. The problem was diagnosed. And it was fixed on Saturday morning. We were back on our way by the end of the weekend. Thanks so much.

This is our second time getting our Honda CRV serviced at Lia Honda and once again, we could not be happier with our choice. Desiree Frank was a great service advisor and we appreciated her knowledge and advice. Her communication during the service was great and the service was done exactly as she recommended within the estimated time. We have other Honda service options closer to home, but the drive to Northampton is worth the outstanding customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

We had a great experience at Lia Honda Service and working with Jill Fuduric. We especially appreciated how well Jill communicated with us, both via email and by phone. She explained the issues that required immediate attention and followed up with written work orders, so there were no surprises when we picked up the car. The repairs were completed as promised and we are very satisfied customers!

My Honda CR-V was recently serviced. I was in constant contact with service advisor, Joe Dubuc. He informed me of what the issue was and how to proceed. Desiree Frank was great! She set me up with a rental for the week. They fixed the leak in the back of my van and replaced the carpet, padding, seat cushions and covers. I couldn't be happier.

My car needed more work than I had anticipated, and I had not arranged for a ride home, assuming that I would only have an hours wait. This was no one s fault, but after four hours the agent who had signed me in, Desiree Frank, informed me that the car would not be ready until the next morning. She called an Uber for me, reassuring me, that Leah Honda would pay for it, and also arranged for me to have a pick up the next day by Uber to come get my car when it was ready. I would like to commend her in particular, because she was responsive and courteous and helpful.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

Smooth experience start to finish. I came in for an oil change and state inspection and Joe Dubuc was both friendly and informative about the process. When the technician discovered that my front brake pads and rotors were at the end of their life, Joe helped me understand the situation, have Toyota parts ordered, and work out a very reasonable price for the service. Yes, even though I drive a Toyota, Lia Honda is my my go-to service center of choice.

Joe Dubuc was great to work with, he was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to advise me on several things that I had going on with my new-to-me car. He advised me of how long my services was expected to take and I was actually done about 20 minutes earlier then expected.

I have always had remarkable car care and service from Lia Honda. The service not mentioned is the 120-point care inspection that is done every time I bring my car in to Lia. I know my car is in tip-top shape after leaving their garage.My experience with Lia Honda has been fantastic. However, Joe Dubuc went above and beyond in taking care of my car (and me : -). In addition to being pleasant, polite and informative, he has a marvelous sense of humor (which is really important to me). Communication tricky because hard to get in touch with the service associate (much less the actual mechanic) directly - lots of leaving messages on voicemail and playing phone tag, their text messaging didn t work BUT it s not for lack of effort: Joe Dubuc in particular was very attentive and made an effort to contact me during the repairs. Took my HRV in for service and Desiree took great care of me and my vehicle. I went in for an oil change and scheduled service. When I picked up my HRV there was an odd noise as soon as I turned on my AC and Desiree immediately recognized it as something that must have fallen into my fan during service. In less than five minutes, they removed the acorn and I was ready to leave again. Thank you Desiree for listening and taking care of the problem so quickly.

The technicians at the service department are terrific. It's very convenient to schedule an appointment for a time I want with the technician of my choice. I bring my car in for oil changes, general car maintenance & inspections before trips. Desiree Frank is great at answering all my questions about what services my car may need & which ones aren't due yet. Lia for a dealership is great. Desiree Frank was who help me and she was really awesome. She clearly explained things and helped me understand what I needed done. She also listened when I asked them not to do something and explained what happened when the first fix didn t work. I went in for a not very common issue with my drivers door.

I've always have a positive experience at Lia Honda. The service Rep. keeps me informed on any unexpected things that might need to be fixed on my car. The wait isn't usually very long, and the waiting area is comfortable, and clean. All the employees I come in contact with, at the dealership are always very courteous, and nice. My car needed a bit more attention than I anticipated, Desiree Frank staff in service, ordered a car for me from Lyft. However, they were pretty busy that day, so she offered me her personal car to go to River Valley, and do my grocery shopping while I waited for my vehicle I was overjoyed with her kindness and appreciation for her understanding about my time being valuable.She goes above and beyond expectations of handling customers and keeping things running smoothly and service.Ty!!Service: Auto maintenance

Nantricia Sibley was extremely helpful. My car needed a lot of essential repairs that were hard for me to afford and she helped me split it up in order of the most necessary and also helped me find extra financing. Already my car is driving better though I still need to get more work done. Her attention to my schedule and preferences was total, and she was both knowledgeable and ready look into things she didn t know.
