Jeff, from Greg s Auto Repair is easy to speak with, prompt, and seems to be extremely trustworthy! He s worked on three of our vehicles- every time is thorough in his explanation, provides reasonable pricing upfront, and he even took an impromptu drive for a few minutes along with me to evaluate, & give his professional opinion about a concern- he alleviated my concern and I d feel totally comfortable returning if it persists as he s advised, without and fear of being judged or taken advantage of- on the contrary actually, he s made everyone in my family feel at ease and we will absolutely continue to do business with Greg s Auto Repair in the future!

These guys were a life saver. I completely recommend them. I bought a trailer hitch adapter for my Toyota Prius to use a bike rack on my car. The adapter didn't quite fit due to rust on my trailer hitch.These guys spent a hard hour grinding and fitting the adapter. They did an excellent job. Honest, hard worker. Completely recommend.Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Oil change

I love this place. It was recommended by Metrix when they closed, and I've been there several times. One time I came in with a broken tail light and they ended up charging me 5$ for a replacement bulb. So honest. And they looked at recommended service from the dealer and said 2/3 of it was unnecessary.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I've been going there for 5 years. Jeff is courteous, he's not afraid to tell you when you don't need a particular repair. Firestone gave me a quote of $1800.00. Jeff said not all of that work was needed. My bill was $400.00. He is as honest as they come. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I do not recommend it. I call and make an appointment in 2 weeks. I went and he didn't want to check my car to find out what I had. If it were someone else, I would at least check my car. His lack of interest in helping me made me leave the place.

Did an emergency stop at Greg's when part of my exhaust fell off while driving to work. Price was reasonable and they finished a day or two before they thought they would. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for the future.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Jeff is fantastic! I've had a few emergency situations with my car in the last year. Somehow he always manages to get my car back the next day. He is honest and goes above and beyond for his customers. I've had my car towed to the lot in question. Hate to think of what would've happened to it Saturday. As for everyone saying they've parked there for years, he hasn't been there for years!! Get a grip people.

EDIT: The owner saw my review and reached out to me, inviting me to bring it in for him to look at. Apparently he had the day off on the Friday I originally brought it in. We set a date, and he found brake pads not sitting right. He fixed it right up. I don't recommend driving with noisy brakes, but what a delight it was to drive out of Greg's lot with a quiet car with nice new brakes. I have changed my mind. I am impressed with Greg's and I'll go back - but maybe only on days the owner is on site. ;-)Meh. My regular mechanic closed, they recommended Greg's. They're gruff and didn't discuss options. I guess they gave me cheapo brake pads because it sounds awful. Squeaky and rattling. Also, guy ringing me out didn't wear a mask. Not impressed.

I unfortunately got stuck in really deep mud and got a tow to this shop. Recommenddd highly by the driver. I was checked up on the spot and was told what had needed to be done with no smoke and mirrors. They even spent some time to see if it was something else and gave me a good price. The job was done is less then a week and my car drives much better then it did before my transmission went. I'd highly recommend this shop. Good people, Amazing service

I plan to drive long distance alone and want to make sure my car fit to do that. I was at Greg's for oil change and checked up. I would not know if they change carbon filter and oil filter or not. There is earlier review of this place that scare me. But I would say that Jeff is nice and look professional and even called me for follow up. I reduce to 4 stars just because that review.

Jeff and Jen are incredibly hard working and would give you the shirts off their back if you needed it. Jeff goes above and beyond when working on my car and never price gouges me like other garages. Locally family owned and operated, they will definitely keep getting my business.

Epitomizing what it means to be a hyper-local small business that does what they say for a reasonable price. My experiences there have all been good. Automotive maintenance is rarely inexpensive but their prices are very fair. Work is done correctly, with no fuss, in a timely manner. Jeff, the individual, who manages the shop, has bent over backwards to help me out, at no additional cost. If you live in the area I would highly recommend this shop for your automotive repair.

My aunt went there after being told they would fix her transmission. Two weeks later I called for an update was told they were busy and would start as soon as possible. A week later I received a call stating they didnt want to deal with it after being told they would fix and the rough estimate The car had to be towed there then to a second repair shop who completed the work in two days. Waste of time, money and trying to find rides while they did nothing but make empty promises and cost her even more money. Two tows are expensive.Service: Transmission

These guys are awesome! Taking your car to the mechanic always is frustrating but Jeff has yet to let me down and when another (not to be named) garage gave me some strange prices and advice I went here and got honest straightforward answers. If you are in the area and need some work done on your car this is the place to go.

Jeff is a great guy. The service is great and the labor rate they charge is nominal. Jeff and his team fixed an exhaust leak and put new rear shocks on my car and finished it in a day!

Another great experience with Jeff. Total professional with great and honest advice. We performed a spacer lift and a coil swap for my 4Runner and the work was excellent. I recommend this shop to all my friends.

They always take great care of our car and are courteous and ordinal. And frankly, Jeff will probably know you and your car within a trip or two. You won't get that at Lia, Firestone, or Jiffy Lube!
