My experience with Ford of Northampton was amazing! Bill and Lynda made it easy for me to find the right car and I love my Edge. I also really appreciated all of the time Lynda spent with me to make sure I knew how everything in my car worked before i left the lot. I would definitely recommend and I would also buy another car from them.

Christina in service is excellent at documenting customer issues, clear communication and provides updates regarding service. I highly recommend Ford of Northampton for their outstanding work and customer service. I have also had excellent experiences with Jon in sales. Northampton really has a great team of people!

From start to finish such an amazing team! During the entire buying process, I felt I was in good hands. The Lynda & Chris were with me every step of the way to make sure I was getting the best deal. I never felt more confident in getting a car then I did with them along side of me. When it came to close the deal, Denise was amazing. Everything was done and organized and explained to make sure that I fully understood the details. The was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I highly suggest them for your new and used car needs

What a Great Dealership to deal with!I can't say enough Great Things about Chris in the Commercial Sales dept. I recently purchased a 2023 F550 dump truck. From the initial 1st phone call to the delivery of the vehicle 3 hours away!I was taken back when I called the dealer and Chris could not have been nicer and easier to deal with , there was Absolutely No pressure from Chris!Chris was able to hold the truck for me without a Deposit for a short period of time yet I don't know of ANY other dealer that will hold a vehicle for 5 minutes without a Deposit!That alone made me Feel like he was a man of His word and that is Priceless as far as I'm concerned especially in the Crazy car sales world!Financing on my end ended up taking a few days more then expected yet Chris Never once made me feel like the deal could fall apart because of something on My end!They delivered the truck 3 hours away and had all paperwork and documents needed to make a Great Smooth transaction!I really can't say enough good things about this Dealership and Chris!Thank you again for a Great Truck Buying Experience!

I just took delivery of a truck on July 18th that I ordered back in early May. My experience with sales Lynda and Bill was a great one.Lynda kept me informed every step of the way about where my truck was in the process of being built and shipped.I financed a portion of the vehicle and Denise the finance manager, took her time in explaining different options I had. I never once felt, rushed or pressured.I would highly recommend Ford of Northampton.

I've been taking my truck here for the past 5 or 6 years. Always great service. The folks here don't try to pull one over on you and they charge fair prices. (I've been to dealers and auto shops that charge you for work that doesn't need to be done or they do a bad job and charge an arm and a leg. Not so at Ford!) They even recommended I take my truck to another auto repair place for an expensive repair because they knew I could get the repair I needed done for less. I'll definitely keep coming to the dealer for my regular services for my truck. Also, I appreciate that the folks here are friendly and professional and I've felt like my business is welcome here as a visibly queer person.

Had an oil leak issue and they got me in within 2 days, had the issue diagnosed that day and the problem was fixed by the next. They even took care of a recall I had no idea about on my explorer.People at the counter were helpful and patient, answering any questions I asked.I'll be back for my next oil change or service.

With the pandemic, I've had so many less than ideal experiences at multiple dealerships. This was by far one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. Jon Hastings and his team got me into my mini cooper countryman with ease the same day I went to look at it. Hastings was professional, honest, never pressured me to buy, and worked with my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and crew, y'all are awesome!

I had a great experience buying my new Bronco Sport at Ford of Northampton! Jon Hastings was able to get the car I wanted with all the features I requested. Joe Martin walked me through all the paperwork and made the purchase very easy. Frank Robertson went through all the controls and features of the car and made sure didn't have any questions before I took it home. Excellent customer service all around!! Horrible experience. Trusted service department to remove top part of key that got stuck in my ignition. Told me my car would not get looked at that day so I called end of day on a Friday since I hadn't heard anything. Lied that they tried to contact me the day prior and said they got the key out but in pieces. Went entire weekend without vehicle and was told after having to make a trip back to them they didn't have codes to get me a new key but would need to rekey my car for close to $1000. Ended up being helped by a locksmith down the road who decoded my door lock to make a duplicate key. When I finally picked up my car later that evening I noticed the top part of my car on the floor of the drivers side. The same key they had said they got out in pieces. Will NEVER use them again or recommend anyone go there. They can not be trusted to do what is in the best interest of their customers.

VERY helpful, down-to-earth staff that care about the vehicles they sell and ensuring customers get what they expect out of a buy/sell process! Thankfully, NO ridiculous "add-on" charges added to final purchase price, unlike previous dealership experiences!!

Ford of Northampton is a World Class Car dealership! I called to set up an appointment for my father to see a 2016 Chevy Colorado LT that they had in their inventory. I spoke with Josh, and my father met with him the next day. Josh is the kind of guy that anyone who is looking to purchase a car would want to work with. Needless to say my dad loved the Colorado and it sold. Thanks Josh and Ford of Northampton we will definitely be back for the next one!

I had such a great experience with these guys. My ford broke down because of a broken shifter cable. Turned out there was a recall on the part so I got my car towed here. They had the part fixed in less than a day- so fast! So happy to have my car back and running again. Thanks so much!!

Brought my truck in for service and I cleaned it before bringing it in and someone walked around the inside back of my truck and left foot prints everywhere.. also I have grease marks on the inside drivers side door and two other spots on the drivers side door Why would anyone be standing inside my truck..? There s no point to be in that area at all.It seems very uptight there both times I walked in. While I was leaving 5 employees just starred at me weird.. don t they have a job to do besides watching a customer For what job they did I m very happy with the work they did perform.They did call me and fixed the problem. I appreciate this much!The only reason why isn t not a 5 is because there was an issue. But they did fix it. And noted that there was an issue. Thanks for calling me back and taking care of the issue. I appreciate it much

My dad died recently, and my my mom will inherit his car. I wanted to know what it was worth and learn more about how to sell a used car. I'd had nice interactions w/ folks at Northampton Ford previously (I've never bought there), so I stopped by. I told them that I could not sell them this car (my mom wants to sell the car close to where she lives), but they were happy to help. They told me how much the car was worth, and they took the time to explain the +s and -s of selling a used car to a dealer vs privately. (They even told me why my mom's particular car would get a lot more in a private sale.) Their advice will put thousands of additional dollars in my mom's pocket.Like many people, I've had less than pleasant interactions w/ car dealers, but this interaction was very different. We will buy from them in the future without hesitation.Edit: we bought a car from them. They are great. 10/10. No notes.

Took my F150 in for routine maintenance and was met with exemplary service from my service advisor Christina. Quite a change from the other dealerships in the area. Nick the technician went the extra mile to make sure my truck was performing as it should. Northampton may be out of the way for some but the excellent service is worth the trip.

Very disappointed in the lack of service. I m self employed and depend on my truck to pull my trailer. I needed some service work done on my F150 so I cleared my schedule for the day. I dropped my truck off the night before the scheduled service because the appointment was for 7:30 AM. They never even brought it in to look at. So I lost a days pay for nothing. Unbelievable!

Working with Lynda was amazing! She is so lovely and hustles like crazy. I totally appreciate how fun she made the entire process and I am loving my new truck. She deserves a raise for how wonderful she is!Also a thanks to Denise in finance for making the process absolutely painless.

The transmission failed but was still covered under warranty. The process took a long time but Ford of Northampton did give us a loaner once they had the car for a couple of weeks.Overall I'm happy with it

The staff were very professional. I was given an appointment that was convenient for me. My truck was returned earlier than promised. I was very satisfied with the maintenance done on my vehicle.
