I used to be a big fan (5+ years ago) but all the work done I've had done in the past few years has been troublesome. Failed parts on multiple occasions; unable to properly diagnose rattling suspension (throwing parts at it); not following through on explicit requests like putting old parts in trunk of car for me and then acting annoyed when I come back inside to ask for them; needing my car for multiple days for work that should have been completed same day, on multiple occasions; having to come back to have something that was fixed, fixed again. I used to drive about 30 mins to get to them, but it's no longer worth it, so I'm officially done here after using them since 2010.

Wife went there, and we weren t hit with a huge bill for holidays. Thought power steering pump needed to be replaced but it turns out something simple was wrong, and they fixed it. If my wife went somewhere else I know it would of been extremely expensive. Was kinda nervous about finding a mechanic to do work because I got screwed in the past, and I am pleased with them.

Car was making a terrifying clunking sound but luckily it was just loose lug nuts. They were super friendly and tightened them for us at no charge. Very kind and super quick

Really great place to bring your car. Fair pricing and excellent work. My whole family has their cars serviced here. Very friendly staff. Will alerts you to upcoming maintenance you should be aware of. And he always looks at your whole car when you bring it in, not just the issue you brought it in for. I just bought 2009 Honda Accord with higher mileage and Will and the team did an exceptional job fixing it up - to prepare it for another 200k miles. Jobs performed include: diagnosing a *tricky* check engine light & misfire, cleaned and adjusted valves, changed fouled plugs, replaced coils on cylinders 1-3, replaced rear brakes, and changed transmission fluid.

Update: just changed my car's brake pedals and rotors here. I appreciate their maintenance service as I really needed new brakes for driving on slippery winter roads. My husband gets our old Acura serviced here. He recently became very busy with work so I help him with running errands like car maintenance /repair etc. I came in without knowing how much I have to pay for the oil change service (my husband's didn't give me an estimate) so I thought the price was slightly expensive when I looked at the list of services and prices. Well I was looking at a wrong one that is not for my car and the oil change was actually reasonably priced. People who work here are friendly. I had a good talk with the lady who works in the office. Now I see why my husband keeps coming here for his car maintenance. I checked other reviews posted here and yes those reviews are speaking the truth.

Before I bought my 2010 acura MDX off of Will he replaced everything I ask for , and more. He spent over 2K on gettingthe car ready for sale. I was so impressed with the level of service I received. I trust Will unconditionally and you will, too. His expertise in our cars has been proven over and over again, and so has his honesty.If you don't want your mother getting ripped off, go to Forreign Repair.If you want it done correctly, the first time, go to Foreign Repair.If you want someone who knows Hondas inside and out and everything in between, go to Foreign Repair.I have been a customer for years and will be, for years to come. If I could put 10 stars, I would! Will & Co. were so helpful, fair, honest. Our daughter's car was held by another service outlet - a chain [told she couldn't drive it & given a $3200 repair quote]. We had it towed to Foreign Repair Center after we talked to Will who looked at the estimate & explained in an email what might be needed & what might not be [FRC & Will were highly recommended by a local family member - we live 800 mi away & he was very thorough & responsive via email]. When he looked at it he emailed a detailed explanation & estimate that was much less. As he suspected, one expensive repair was not needed & another was part of the brake work & he wouldn't charge additional for it. In the end, the repair was just over 50% of what the other outlet was going to charge & Will said he didn't see a reason she couldn't have driven the car to another repair outlet for a second opinion.THANK YOU Will & Foreign Repair Center - you are a blessing & such a breath of fresh air - integrity will always result in customer loyalty & we wouldn't go any where else now.

Excellent value, work and communication. I went in with a steering issue I thought would cost thousands to repair and Will was able to resolve it with merely some lubrication of a rusty universal joint. Everyone I talked with was very professional and courteous. While they specialize in Honda and Acura Will was also very knowledgeable about my Nissan and other import brands.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

I cannot say enough good things about Will and the other employees at Foreign Repair Center. I brought my 2007 Acura TL in for an electrical issue that I could not figure out, and Will diagnosed the problem in one day. He ordered the part, got it shipped from the dealer, and installed it in my car within another day. Very quick, thorough work and Will kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everyone at Foreign Repair Center was very accommodating and friendly and I will be bringing my car here and only here in the future!

Short version: Great prices = working car AND puppyLong Version: I have been here for so many services and always get great pricing and service. Most recently, I was quoted 1100 for repairs from a repair chain - a cost that was going to use up most of my savings for a new puppy. As a shade tree mechanic, I can tell you that you can trust this place. Will, the owner, is a great guy and extremely honest. He is conservative but always errs on the side of safety. My whole family uses Foreign for car repairs.

With the exception of when I moved to NH for a few years I've always brought my cars here for service. Will is super nice and I never feel dumb asking questions. They've offered me rides before and their loaner vehicles are very inexpensive to rent.They've save me over $1000 before by fixing something that Harr Toyota said I needed a new steering column to fix!

These guys are great! I was broken down on 56 and Dex stopped to see if we were ok. He won me over with his knowledge and professionalism along with his willingness to help before i was even a customer!! No one is ever happy to work on my Nissan, except these guys!! We definitely found our mechanic - fair and honest!!!

My family has had over 8 Honda's serviced by Honda Repair Center in Oxford for close to 20 years. Always get great service, the best prices and excellent maintenance. I bought my 2005 Honda Pilot brand new and no-one else has serviced the car in 11 years. 450,000 miles later, it is still running strong. (Yes 450,000 miles). I recommend Honda Repair Center with great confidence.

Alright so I'm changing my review here. I was very impressed with Will the owner. He will stand behind what he says. He will go over and explain things and after dealing with him, customer service and happy customers is a top priority. I had an issue on my end with some stuff. I may have been wrong on my issue. Will gave me a call explained everything and took the time to reassure it wasn't what I thought. He might not be the cheapest person in town and he will even state that himself. Sometimes people forget, myself included that you pay more for quality and service. Better to have something fixed right the first time. Thanks Will for the customer service you offer!

Having a mechanic you can actually trust is a rare find now days. Will and the staff here, are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. I have been a patron for years and have never been disappointed with their service and expertise. They are completely capable of both routine maintenance and hard to diagnose problems alike. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to do business here.

I have been a customer of Foreign Repair for several years. I continue to return because their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They have always made cost-effective recommendations for maintaining my vehicles and their prices are reasonable and affordable, especially when compared to the dealerships.Recently, I bought a low mileage used Honda and then found out that the heat was not working, a common problem with Hondas. Foreign Repair told me that I should take it to the Honda dealership in town as it may still be under warranty. When I contacted the dealership, they could not tell me if the heating system fell under the warranty and wanted to charge $117 an hour to diagnose the problem. I returned to Foreign Repair and asked them to fix the heat. Following Honda's recommendations for this repair, Will fixed the heating system and charged me $277.Foreign Repair is a small, local business that cares about its customers and their safety. I have found them to be reliable, honest, and professional and I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else.

I'm very picky when it comes to repair shops, but Foreign repair center checks all the boxes of trusting, quality, and affordable.I just had my 08 Acura TL serviced for the timing belt, but quickly notified me that I had some hidden oil leaks and a bad motor mount. They fixed all the issues without breaking the bank and they have the best price for the Honda v6 timing belt maintenance. Totally recommend them always. Hard to find an honest auto repair shop, but this is one, Will goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer! If you have a Japanese or Korean foreign car be sure to check out Foreign Repair Center

As I was driving through MA with my Honda Pilot and my check engine light came on. Thankfully, I found this place. They immediately hooked up the computer to let me know what the issue was and that it didn t need to be attended right away. Didn t even charge me. They were very accommodating and patient with explaining the issue to me.
