My experience has been a good one since I purchased my vehicle at the Dartmouth dealership. I think it is helpful to deal with one service representative that you over time build a rapport with as this provides consistency of service. I appreciate Jaime Gonsalves customer care. He is always kind, professional and helpful; striving to put the customer first and provide the best value for our hard earned money - since auto repairs are not always inexpensive and often unexpected.

I had a little emergency when one of my tires blew out on the highway. I was able to get to the dealership and they took me right away, determined that I needed two new tires, got it ordered, scheduled, and took me to my house all within about an hour. Very courteous and supportive. Great experience

My first time experience was enough for me to never go back here again. From pulling into the bay when I got there the valet person had no personality, no greeting, just came to my window I put it down, he wrote down the mileage on a post it note hands it to me Doesn t tell me why or what I m supposed to do with it and just says leave the keys in the ignition. I get out; I go in. I m not acknowledge by anyone. I walk up to the first person I see behind a computer. Mind you Another miserable looking person with no greeting or personality. I said hi I guess I m supposed to give you this note with my miles. He takes it says nothing. They ask if I bought my car there. I said no. He asks a couple questions and says the oil change should take about hour. He doesn t offer me the ride shuttle home that I was told when I made the appointment would be offered to me. I don t ask him about it because I just planned on waiting there for it. Anyway; he s typing away in his computer and says this car has never been serviced before there s nothing in my computer. I m like ok I m the 2nd owner & hello you don t know that. They could have had service somewhere else other than TOYOTA! !!That was basically all he says. He doesn t tell me where the waiting room is, I have to ask.I go in and sit down. Comfortable area with TVs couches., I m there for maybe 15 min then they call me and tell me to look at these pictures on the computer screen of my car under the hood where they observed the windshield washer is blue and here s the reservoir for your coolant and that s also blue . So, we think ( and very confidently he says) someone filled your radiator up with windshield washer fluid not coolant. And how Toyota OEM coolant is always pink! I said ok I m not a mechanic but I do know coolant can be blue green, pink. Etc. I said did you test it- ummm smell it??? I would like to know what s in my radiator.. mind you I ve only owned the car for about a month it only has 15k miles on it & I have driven it about 1k miles without problems thus far. etc warning lights. Etc. He s like we don t know that. We just speculate it s windshield washer fluid. That s all he says. I m like in tears now asking do they know if have I done any damage because I m freaking out. He s like I don t now. It may be too soon to know that. So I agreed to the 237.00 coolant flush which added another hour to do. I sat there 2/1/2 hours for the flush and oil change before it was done and was just handed the paperwork no going over anything with me regarding the rest of the inspection. I pay and leave and then leave feeling confused and ripped off and not knowing if my car is going to be ok. Not acceptable. No compassion nothing. Just rude uncaring, inconsiderate employees. ( except for the girl that scheduled my appointment she was so pleasant). But the in- person experience was awful. I ll take my business to any other Toyota dealership than Dartmouth. Zero stars!

Service advisor went the extra mile to look up the past maintenance history on my new-to-me 2018 RAV4. He found that many of the requested fluid changes I wanted to perform were just done about 15K miles ago, and saved me anxiety and extra $$. Service was fast, although their shuttle service was overburdened. The shuttle driver was very professional, but it took about 45 mins to return and start another round of shuttling customers. By the time I was half-way home, my car was done with it's service and ready to be picked up. Overall, good service and will return again.

Great service! I have always appreciated the qualityof the work done and the thoroughness of the inspection of tires, filters, exhaust system, etc In addition I have the highest regard for the integrity of the service department in that they will not call for work to be done that is not absolutely necessary. The discount coupons are much appreciated!

I purchased my Lexus from Toyota of Dartmouth 6 years ago and I couldn t be happier with the service I ve received. They are always upfront, courteous and professional. I ve never felt pressured by their staff. They always give you their suggestions and let you make an informed decision.

Always accommodating and flexible with dropoff/pickup needs. Good quality work for reasonable prices. Sales and finance staff are the best, speaking from both a new and used perspective. I will continue to choose this specific dealership above the many choices in my local area. A+

Had a bumpy tire on our Rav4, shop foreman diagnosed and fixed it like the pro he is!! Always have great service and support from Dartmouth Toyota. Will be coming back for more great service. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

So yeah I will bring some photos up for Toyota, My review is 5 stars , the place is comfortable even when you are on the wait for your car ,I always find snacks ,coffee, juice water available for free and unlimited, the service agents are extremely patience with us and there to help, if you speak portuguese , look for Jayme , he is amazing, I always deal with him, there you will find Check coalition too. Price overall, it is Toyota, so it is not cheap, but you will find the quality ,professionalism, and structure that you hope for.

Nicholas in the service dept. was great. However , when scheduling the appointment, the girl I spoke with should have told me I could not have my engine light checked if I had a full tank of gas. I now have to bring it back.Not happy about that.

If I could give less than one star I would. Very rude. Condescending people work here. I had called because I have a recall on my Toyota and they told me I WOULD HAVE TO PAY for a car rental, on top of that they kept on repeatedly asking me if anything else was wrong with my vehicle. The people who work here only care about making sales and taking people's hard earned money when they know if a vehicle has a recall they are automatically entitled to a FREE CAR RENTAL UNTIL THE REPAIR IS COMPLETE. That right there you just lost my service. You guys play games over there. I called another Toyota dealership and they are going to fix my recall and I am going to get a free rental, I didn't even have to ask for a free rental! They automatically told me I would be getting a free car rental!! I could go on with this review but I won't. I'll just leave it at that.

Service people are very nice. Was there for a sticker, and they brought the car in right away, said it was going to be about a 1/2 hour. Giving 4 stars because no one came to tell me the car was ready and ended up waiting over an hour.

Went to autotempest just to look at cars for fun. Somehow Toyota of Dartmouth got my email and phone number. Fortunately I could easily unsubscribe from their email. But now they have called once a day since then.Please catch the hint and move on.

Shuttle service is available. If you droo off your vehicle near closing time and the shuttle is unavailable, they will arrange and pay for Uber.They have monthly specials. Service clerks will apply all the coupons on an item-by-item basis.

I went to this dealership knowing what I wanted . Easy process Matt was great. The hardest part was waiting on Toyota to deliver my new 2024 Sienna. Finance was quick and easy and just waiting on leather seats to be completed...

I do love the car. Much of the process in buying it was somewhat vague. The descriptions of packages weren't really specific (ex - Driver Assist package - what does that mean?) which didn't help me understand what to ask for or what I was getting. I would have loved getting the birds eye view cameras but did not and was told 'its totally impossible' after I'd already had the car. I had wanted the high end audio system but I'm not even sure I got that. As a Toyota outsider, meaning I never owned one before, I didn't know what to ask and a little more of a breakdown and explanation of the options I could have asked for, would have been nice. When I called Toyota Support, my phone number had been put in incorrectly so they couldn't find my information. Then when I gave them my VIN number, they found me. I understand sales well, because it has been much of my career but I think some of this buying experience emphasized making the sale and not necessarily following through on the customer relationship or satisfaction. But see above, I do love the car.

Went into the service department today for a key to be programmed, for my son s 2023 Camry. My son had put metal valve stem covers on the car, a year ago. The covers corroded onto the valve stems, and were stuck and not able to be removed, so he couldn t put air in the tired. I asked the service writer for a quote to replace all 4 valve stems. He gave a a price of over $300 per valve stem. He told me that they needed to be programmed, due to the TPM sensors. I left without doing the work. I then drove to Dartmouth Tire, in New Bedford. I was out of there, in less than an hour, with four new valve stems. Total price ..$140.00, including tax and labor. Toyota of Dartmouth wanted to charge me, over $1200.00 to replace the same 4 valve stems. That service writer, there, is nothing but a THIEF!!!

I went and spoke to Nick Lourenco at Toyota of Dartmouth regarding a certified preowned RAV4. After two test drives in two different trims, I settled on a base model. I will say I was lowballed on the trade in. After getting the money together, I went to pay for the vehicle on Friday, December 22, 2023, I was told by Nick that due to the airbag seat sensor recall, the vehicle I intended on purchasing was part of the recall, Toyota had to de-certify the RAV4, which meant no warranty unless I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for thousands. I'm on a fixed income and retired so I could not afford it. I am concerned by the time the sensor issue is resolved , someone might purchase the RAV4 with an extended warranty and I'll have to start the car search all over on a tight budget.That being said Nick is an excellent salesman with extensive knowledge of the product he sells.On December 26th, 2023, I was called by Nick informing me that they had a 2021 RAV4 that was not part of the recall on the airbag seat sensor. I went and test drove it thoroughly and told Nick I was interested, left a deposit, came back the following day with a check to buy the car. After 7 days of ownership, the registration process was incomplete, so I had to return it on January 5th, 2024 and Toyota of Dartmouth rented me a RAV4 in the interim while I await the registration process to be completed. Not exactly thrilled with that as I'd rather have the car I purchased. I was told the registration process is being pushed through. We'll see. At this point, I have to take away two stars from my original assessment of 5 stars until I get my RAV4 back, fully registered. Further downgrades to the ratings forthcoming if I don't get my RAV4 back by the middle of next week.January 11, 2024. I still don't have my fully paid for in cash, 2021 Certified Pre Owned RAV4 registered yet. I took off another star and am in the process of typing a complaint to the Attorney General's OfficeAfter a detailed explanation from Nick regarding the incompetence of Rockland Trust in mishandling the Title issue, my faith has been totally restored in Toyota of Dartmouth and Nick Lourenco.Five Stars!

My service advisor, Brandon, was exemplary. He provided updates on my vehicle's status and Brandon also made sure that I had transportation back to the dealership to pick-up my car. Brandon helped to make a complicated repair situation less stressful.

I ve had bad experiences at other Toyota dealers but Toyota Dartmouth showed me they are different and actually care about their customers! I recently purchased this 21 Toyota Supra 3.0 premium and the whole process was very easy and painless! I did encounter a small issue with my vehicle and they figured out the problem and fixed it asap! These supras are not easy to work on as it s mainly a bmw vehicle but my car was treated with extreme care and I didn t worry about anything with the car! They provided me with a nice loaner and kept me updated the entire time the vehicle was in the shop! Great sales team great techs In service dept all around best Toyota dealer I ve personally worked with!! Will definitely keep doing business with them in the future as well as them maintaining my beautiful Supra!!
