This place has gone way down. I took my father in law s car in for an oil change and they said they couldn t do it b/c the last place stripped the oil pan screw. They wanted to charge me over $300 for a new oil pan. I declined to have the dealer look at it since they were the last one to do the oil change. Well, Firestone must have started the process of the oil change because they forgot to put the oil cap back on! Two days later the car had oil leaking everywhere with permanent damage to my driveway. Best part, I took it back to the dealer and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the oil pan screw and did the oil change with no problem at all. Total incompetence from Firestone.

I and members have been coming here for many years.... But after being insulted, made fun of and being gouged for labor charge, I (and others) will not b returning again.I called them on 23 Dec of this year to see if they could replace a break line and told yes if I could get there soon. Had car towed in so I could get it done. I asked if they could also replace the other rear line. When I got there one of the workers was high on something and was out of it. Manager was on vacation. Handed me a bill for $659.78. Thought I was going to have a heart attack!! Words were exchanged for sure Before going there I called several repair shops and quoted $200...255. but the could only do it the following week. Went back day after Christmas to tell them brake lines was rubbing on alternator.Also fender scratched and work area saturated with oil. I was called an old man and my bill crumpled up and thrown on floor (same guy who was high on previous visit.)

Ok, I've been with Firestone/Tiresplus for over 15 years. Great work when I bring my truck in. Leave it and go to IHOP for breakfast. Now, today, the same thing, but why do I have to ask if oil change placard is in place and reset the oil change on dash; both of which were not done. We have to get it together. Thank you

I have been to this location on 3 different occasions. First time, I was given tires that were leaking air. Second time, brought it back to have them replaced or repaired. Paid to have a new tire mounted. Tires still leaking. Brought it back the third time, tires still leaking. I cannot recommend this company anymore.Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys are one of the best places I've had my car worked on. The manager and technicians are professional and very willing to explain any issues or recommendations. They go out of their way to find deals or coupons. This garage made me feel like I was actually being taken care of and NOT taken advantage of because I'm not a genius about my car. Highly recommend. If I could give more stars I would!

I will try and keep this short even though my visit here was not. I made an appointment online for my car to be taken in for brakes the next day. I did not get a call to confirm the appointment so I called and spoke with someone at the location after about 25 minutes on the phone getting quotes, confirming what I needed etc I receive a message back confirming an appt the next day for an oil change. That was then followed by another message that said the appt was canceled. I called back and asked they said that it was all set they were leaving a note for the morning drop my car off at 8 am. I drop off at 8 again explain what was needed. Leave get a call 2 hours later quoting me a new price for added services doubling my repair and saying it would take a couple hours to complete. At this point needed to have this done as I have limited time. At 230 I still have not heard back so I decide to drive there. Upon arrival my car is up on a lift all tires off. I go inside to see what is going on as it's now been 6 and half hrs I was told they were waiting on a part and told to wait a minute. A few minutes go by as I'm watching them walk back and forth with a box a part holding it up to my car and then talking to other mechanics. They come back and explain that they were wrong the part is in and they would finish it up quick. I said ok how much longer it's already been 6 and half hours he said under and hour. 445pm I finally get a call saying it's ready. I get there agitated understandably he said it shouldn't have taken that long gave me 5% off. I understand things can happen but lack of communication with me, lack of communication with other mechanics is not good business. I went an entire day of having to get rides back and forth. Inconvienced myself and others and the cost differences seem outrageous. Disappointed to say the least.

Really great service. The store manager is a wonderful service person. He addressed my concerns and understood it. And resolved in the best way he can. If you had a bad experience in the past , I recommend you come back and hopefully you will change your thoughts cause he treat me with respect and emphatically. Thank you guys for your service.

Get our entire families tires here. Been a member of the lifetime alignment program for a long time. Staff is friendly and experienced. Usually done in the time proposed. Even with the limited staff they currently have. Reasonable pricing. Be back for my free alignment in 3 months.

I had to go over there two times within 2 weeks. The staff was phenomenal. I am so grateful they were able to get me in for both appointments as quickly as they did. They did great, complete, thorough work. They absolutely are always going to be my go-to.

Scheduled appointment for 8am on a Saturday morning and was told at that appointment that the tires I requested nearly a week earlier would not be available until after noon, so I rescheduled for 9am on the following day. Waited 10 minutes at a locked door. If they can't handle scheduling, how can I trust them with my car?

I am not only thoroughly satisfied with the new Firestone tires I just purchased, I am also very impressed with the customer service they provided. I worked with Bob and he was excellent! He was not only friendly, but he was very informative and knowledgeable. I felt as though he helped guide me in the right direction as far as chosing 4 new tires and other maintenance work that also needed to be done. Bob left no stone unturned as he even explained the documents/receipts I had questions on the day following my appointment. I would also like to make mention of the fact that they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner, even whilst being very busy and short staffed. I will definitely be going back to Firestone in the future!

This is the second time we have had this issue - it will be the LAST TIME they take advantage of us. Took my SUV into this location for an oil change today and got it back only to discover that they did not even change the oil filter. The old Toyota oil filter from the last service at Toyota was still in my car when I picked it up. When my husband called and questioned them they said oh we are busy . My husband brought the SUV back to show them and they tell him they can t do the oil change today so they just change the filter and give him another appointment for a complete oil change next week. The first time this happen they blamed a new employee so we have them the benefit of the doubt because the kid was new. This time - I am furious! No apology , nothing just we are busy! They changed me over $50 for an oil change they did not even complete. Buyer beware we won t be returning or recommending this location ever again!

This place is a complete and total joke. DO NOT COME HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could rate zero stars I would.I called the store on Sunday saying I needed a new alternator as that is what my tow truck driver said. Kristen on the phone questioned me and said I that may not be the case (she said this without even looking at my car first)My car was towed to Firestone at 9:00am on Monday morning. I was contacted to say that my car was there, but after that, radio silence all day long. When i called the store around 11, they said I needed a new battery and that my car would be able to be picked up at the end of the day. I didn t hear from them again so I called the store at 4:30pm. Bob picked up and said that they were currently putting the new battery in my car and he d be calling me back in about 30 minutes. I didn t hear from them again.I called the store again at 6:30pm since they close at 7:00pm, and was told by Kristen that she would personally be putting the battery in my car, because apparently Bob lied to me when I called at 4:30pm and he said he was putting the battery in the car. She then informs me that I need a new alternator (WHICH I KNEW AND TOLD HER WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT ON SUNDAY) and that my car wasn t drivable, when I was promised it would be.This place is a complete and utter joke. It should take no time at all to install a new battery. My car got there at 9am and you re telling me they couldn t install the battery until 6:30pm? What was my car doing, just sitting there all day long? I ve never been more infuriated with a business and the incompetent people that work there (Bob and Kristen specifically)

This location I can say overbooks for there capacity.. Not efficient what so ever and there is no consideration of the customers time. Don't bother bringing tires with you and expect any kind of service here. I bought tires from Simple tire and needed an install and alignment on two vehicles. I purchased oversized tires for my Ram and I understand they didn't want to be bothered test fitting one, but at the same time don't lie about trying one. My wife's car was just swap all four tires same size should be easy. The car was there for nine hours I had to call them just to have them say all 20 lug nuts are stuck....... Seriously your a tire shop you cant get lug nuts off?? Even if they were stuck(which they were not I checked when I got home, and I got three off with very little effort) Im not looking to bash this place but I am looking to tell the honest truth. Also when I informed them I was taking all 8 tires with me to go elsewhere it took them 15 minutes of looking for them to hand them over. They were all buried upstairs in a storage area. That does not sound to me like they intended to do anything at least at my appointment day(booked over one week in advance).

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there for 2 tires came out with broken brakes and having to get my car towed due to the mechanic named Kristen for not properly taking my brakes apart, instead pried them apart causing my brakes to be bent and broken, also not placing one of the pins that go into the wheel cylinder causing it to leak fluid. Was told from an employee oh yeah when I was sweeping I actually found that and a chunk of the brakes . Haha this place is a joke.

I would like to give them a positive review however. I paid for an oil change and they didn't even refill my washer fluid. (which I found out two days later on a road trip). I was also supposed to get a tire rotation and they didn't end up doing it because they felt that one of my tires or two of my tires wasn't good enough for a tire rotation, but never told me that they didn't rotate the tires. So I had to go back there to have the tires rotated for them to tell me that that's originally why they didn't do it. also I paid to have the air conditioning system checked because it wasn't working correctly. And apparently everything was fine with it. So they charged me to drain it then refill the system. When that wasn't even the issue, there was another issue something to do with electrical. So I paid $140 to have my AC system drained and refilled when that wasn't the problem, it was an electrical issue, which I personally believe they probably should have found when they did their AC system evaluation.

I would give it no stars but it's not an option. Made an 11am Saturday morning appointment for road force wheel balancing, tire rotation, and an alignment. Remind you, I had purchased a lifetime alignment for my vehicle for over $300. I drop my car off at 10:45am and tell the I am waiting for the vehicle. I walk around the mall, have lunch, and return 2 and 1/2 hours later and my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot where I left it. When I voice my disappointment and outrage that I made an appointment, I was told that's just so walk-ins don't get ahead of me. Then what's the purpose of an appointment? Then why not divulge when appointment is made? Why not call my cell to inform me things are backed up and give me the option to return at a later date? NOTHING!! Now I want a refund on my lifetime alignment so I can take my business elsewhere. Instead, I'm promised all service will be complete in one hour by twotechnicians. After 20 plus years of coming to this location, I'm done after today. I should have learned on my last visit when they left my air filter compartment unlatched and wide open. Too many personal bad experiences and also observed many others. The end of the road for this relationship.

Brought me sons car in for an engine light issue. Was told that the car needed to have a complete tune up Scheduled an appointment and was told car would be ready at end of day. I informed the manager that I need the car back at end of day because my son needed the car for work and school. Received a phone call at 4 pm and was told they needed to keep the car for a few days because the parts hadn t been delivered. I told him I wanted to pick up the car and reschedule but he stated that the technician had already started the work and the car could not be picked up. Finally after a few days I received a call that the car was ready. A day after the car was picked up the engine light came back on. Come to find out they used the wrong spark plugs. $1200 later I had to pay the dealer to fix the issue and was informed that the problem was not due to the car needing a tune up but to a bad coil pack. In total a simple repair cost over $2000. Also had the front brake pads and one caliper replaced. The brake fluid that was lost during the the caliper install was never replaced. The car was returned with very low brake fluid making it necessary to press the brake pedal completely down before the car would stop almost causing an accident. Maybe management should stop overbooking and check the work after a job has been completed. This was very serious safety issue and luckily no one was hurt.

I am grateful that I was able to get a walk-in appointment. I was told I needed new tires but I am always skeptical of those recommendations when at a place that wants to sell you tires (it would have been nice to actually see the wear that they were talking about) but my car was acting janky and so I purchased two new tires. My car was performing great after the tire change so I guess they were right! I would give them 5 stars but they were understaffed in the front office and were paying more attention to folks calling in which added some wait time that I feel could/should have been avoided. I expect that the wait time will be okay next time and YES I will go back for service.

Had my headlight bulb changed, it took an hour to get done, and the light went out by the time I got home. Changed it in 5min with ones I had in my garage and drove around to make sure they worked. No problems

We were vacationing in Chatham Mass when we got a flat tire. It was a Saturday and we needed to leave the next day to get back home. We couldn t find any repair shops on the Cape that were open on Saturday or Sunday. The few tire places we could find didn t have the right size tire. We finally called Firestone in North Dartmouth and spoke to Bob. He was so understanding and kind. Not only were they open on Sunday but they found the right size tire. We went in on Sunday morning and were in and out in an hour. $154 and so worth it. Great service!! Highly recommend!

Bought 2 Pirelli tires from Tirerack and Tirerack suggested my local Firestone service center as the installer. I brought the tires and wheels to this location today but they were unable to install. The service advisor was very open about the reason and stated that they don't have the newer equipment required in order to mount low profile tires, and their equipment could scratch my wheels. I did then drove to the Firestone in Swanea as well and they stated that they also would not be able to install them.

Prices were great and very competitive compared to local tire shops. Would have been a 5 star rating but had a 5:00 appointment to change 4 tires and did not get out until 6:45. Understaffed with man power or skilled manpower. Should not take that long to change out four tires when an appointment is scheduled.

Highly recommend. Found this place out of necessity one day when I was in need of a tire. Bob and Vicky at the front of the shop are super friendly and professional and know alot about cars. All the mechanics, sorry can't recall a couple of names but are very thorough and have a clue aboutall kinds of cars. Got lots of good tips on cars and some cool stories. I like the fact you can see the mechanics work on cars as the bays are visible. They allow you into the bay so the mechanic can show you what is going on with your car. Prices very reasonable. When I was in the market for a used car, brought three cars there for them to do diagnostic. Ended up chosing one of the cars. Pleasure giving them my hard earned money. It is now my place for all my car stuff like oil changes etc.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my car in for a routine oil change they disassembled the bottom and couldn't put it back together again A day later the front was dragging and when I brought it in they said they weren't sure what to do and they were so sorry they couldn't figure out how to fix it because it was already broken. Well I was there talking to him another man came in and was saying that his car had been there all day and then it turned out that they put the tires that he ordered on the wrong car.Find literally anywhere else to go then here.

Just before the fall weather came in I suggested that my granddaughter bring her car to firestone regarding a noise. Ok, they found it was the exhaust. However, they had her car 2 weeks, with problems of "not getting parts." Any way this ends up being over $1400. Car still not right. She brings it to 2 other mechanics to lookat it. Both took pictures and firestone actually broke the bracket that holds the exhaust... no wonder it was of center. Then she was shown that the new exhaust was already burnt. What the hell is wrong with you at firestone. You need to have managers check your work like school children before returning a car. This is awful!!! Oh! and because of all this,her sensors were not working properly. You need to clear her bill or fix her car right. Staff person was Colin

Brought my 16 Ram in for rotors and brakes. The guys did a fabulous job! My truck feels new again! Always come to firestone for maintenance always do the job right and very well. The prices are reasonable no upselling and a professional job

If you want to drive safely on the road with your family don't get service here. Three days of returning to this place to try to fix the issue. It wasn't until my steering wheel was shaking so much and my front driver side wheel started over heating do to a bad break caliber. Instead of fixing the problem they caused more damage to my vehicle.

I made an appointment at 1:00 to replace four tires I bought online. At 3:45, they finally took my vehicle in to work on it, two hours and forty five minutes late. Forty five minutes later, they informed me the tires were too big to change (I told them the size of tires when I made the appointment). Forty five minutes after that, they told me they couldn't perform the alignment because the truck was too heavy for the lift (I told them the exact type and size of the truck on the phone and was told it was no problem). Bottom line, over four hours of my time wasted to get nothing done. It would have not been so bad if they took my truck on time. Took make matters worse, they didnt put the lug key back in my truck, so when I found somebody to do the service, it couldnt be done. Huge waste of mine and my family's time; don't ever go here. One good thing, it took so long to get nothing done, we got to eat at the IHOP nextdoor, which was great.
