Recommend by a dealership, the crew is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After 14 years of owning European cars, and dealing with maintenance and repairs, this is hands down the only place I plan on taking any of my now or future purchases.

Can t say enough about this place. Took me in last minute when they had a lot of other work to fix my computer in my Beetle and when they fixed it my car had a leak I didn t know about and leaked on their floor and they didn t mind. They fixed the leak for me, fixed my computer problem, and made a new key for me cause they felt bad cause my old one was in rough shape. Super friendly people who went above and beyond for a low price and they really know their stuff. I had originally went to a Volkswagen dealership nearby I called ahead and this dealership claimed they could fix my issue and then they sent me a bill for what it would cost to fix and they wanted 10k to change all my computer systems because my car was slightly older then their computers they work with and that dealership charged me half of what I paid this workshop just to look at my car. They said they would have to contact this European workshop anyways to have them finish the job for them, highly recommend this shop if you have any slightly older German car they really know their stuff.Service: Electrical repair

Where do I start. The ONLY garage around chelmsford, billerica, acton, concord maynard sudbury and lowell that make working on my land rover discovery HSE look like child's play. Fair, knowledgeable people. I called over 10 reputable shops in the area, including a famous dealership who sold luxurious European cars with no luck. Land Rover intimidate way too many mechanics.( they're too finicky and labor extensive)HOWEVER, Workshop- European auto service told me to bring her in and gave me peace of mind. They always fix it RIGHT, the first TIME.

These mechanics make me believe in god. These guys are angels! With cool tattoos. They completely saved my road trip across the country when I pulled in with an over heated engine and a Canadian license plate. They did the impossible and I was on the road again by end of day. They truly went above and beyond. I am in debt to them forever.

Managed to make it a few mins before they close. They were very helpful in diagnosing the issue. Can definitely say they don t consider work as work but rather as a passion. Dana is amazing! He was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my s6 and when parts weren't readily available, was even able to fabricate just what my car needed and saved me thousands over what the stealerships would have charged me! Always going there from now on for anything for my audi!

Highly highly recommend! Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced on European cars. I have been bringing my BMW 335 to Dana and he has been awesome. He does great work and is extremely knowledgeable of the E90 N54/N55 platform. He is very friendly and honest and works fast at a very reasonable price.

Not sure why anyone would give below a 4 star for the work Dana and his team does. Extremely fast service, I usually drop my car off the night before the agreed service day and within less than 24 hours the car is done. The only thing that has taken longer than 24 hours is an engine swap which is totally reasonable. I've brought my Mk6 GTI there, a Mk4 VR6 Jetta, and recently my Mk6 Golf R. Reasonable prices, cars have always came back with no other mystery damage like other shops. The cars don't also come back from Dana and need some other work done a week later, reliable trustworthy fast mechanic. Dana's parking lot always looks like a Euro car meet and that's when you know he does good work. Anything from rare 90's to early 2000's audi's to brand new BMWs Dana is always working on something euro. Highly Highly recommend anyone with a euro car to bring it to Dana. Definitely has gone above and beyond what other mechanic would do. I will always come back to Dana

Dana is a master of his craft and a walking encyclopedia of euro auto knowledge (still works on any brand though). He can do simple maintenance all the way up to totally rebuilding your motor, custom fabrication, wiring, and writing custom software for some audi/VW ECUs. He s particularly well known for his audi 2.7t know-how... and if you can master that motor/platform, most others probably seem easy. He s very honest, won t nickel and dime you (his labor rate is also super reasonable), and works quickly. Highly recommend his shop

Bottom Line - Dana Knows his stuff when it comes to European Vehicles. As a fellow Automotive professional, I can say this without reservation i would trust him to fix it right and find great alternative repair methods on some of the most difficult and expensive vehicles on the road to repair. I took my Audi here and the service was fast and efficient and the fee was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend this place, the guy who runs it is awesome and he is very honest. Definitely my go-to place now.
