My car had a major issue (alternator pully detached serpentine belt shredded and wrapped up in engine) this dealership told me the issue was my battery and that I had to replace it for $500. Going with gut instinct knowing this wasn t a battery issue I immediately brought it to another shop where the real problem was diagnosed and fixed. Nissan was unwilling to refund their $145 charge for diagnosing my vehicle I brought from them even though they completely missed the issue I paid them to diagnose. This was a fee charged for no service rendered and the service managers excuse was I can t be over everyone s should watching what every tech does this place has no accountability, don t trust your car with them they might loose your key too (yes that really happened)

Went in to go look at a jeep grand Cherokee, Derek my salesman was unbelievable. Clearly did his research on the car and had the answers to all my questions. Was able to get the deal done and got me out of there in 3 hours. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and if you do go ask for Derek. Hardworking young man who cares about his clients!

I brought my 2007 Altima in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked the service advisor if it was possible to take a look at the air condition since it has been blowing out hot air. Paul was able to accommodate the A/C check which helped me diagnose the problem.My car is >15 years old and doesn't look brand new anymore. However, I felt a need to post a review because this was the first time I've ever sat in my car after a service appointment and felt like my car was actually CARED for during the visit. The interior was cleaned, many of the squeaks and rattles were gone, and I felt great driving it off the lot. I'm definitely a happy customer. The invoice says my tech was Richard, so thanks Richard!

I absolutely love this dealership. I always bring my Murano here for every service. Currently it is there now. The service manager Nelly she is the best!! especially after all the stuff she has to deal with day in day out. I ve worked in service before and I think she does amazing always putting the customer at ease and first and upfront and honest. I recently just just purchased my extended warranty through this dealership with Rithy Poth. He made the transaction so easy! Very flexible working around my schedule etc. I am so confident I bought the best extended warranty for my car due to his knowledge with the company and everything in my car. As i said i do all All of my service and business with Nissan of Merrimack valley only. As new as they are here they definitely put the customer first and want to make sure you re happy and informed. I can confidently say this because i even called the dealership i originally bought my suv from and wanted to get information on the extended warranty information as they are not the closest to me. The person at the other dealership lost a great sale he did not care at all he did not want to help me or give me the time of day. So they got their own google review I ll leave it at that . I absolutely see the difference here and i know i made the best decision staying with Nisan of Merrimack valley for all myBusiness. I appreciate all of you here and everything you do for me the customer. Especially now days it s so hard to find people who want to work or enjoy their jobs so i really appreciate giving positive feedback where it s due. Definitely a customer for life! Service open on Saturdays, which is really convenient ... 1st time I came here to service my Nissan Sentra (routine 5000K maintenance) ... efficient, and they provided complimentary wash / vacuum of my car ... definitely will go back to them next time I need service ... they were great
