Took My 2024 911 in for ceramic tint, Intercooler, exhaust, filters and M Engineering tune. Scott did an amazing job with everything. He took the time to help me Pick out everything and I am really happy with the performance and sound. Can t wait to bring it by for the next round of upgrades!

Brought my vehicle there so he could re-badge my vehicle with black emblems. Very professional and knowledgeable. Takes pride in the work and does not try and pull a fast one on you. Would recommend bringing your vehicle there!

I have what might be the nicest car I'll ever justify buying so I brought here to get PPF because I was told this is the guy.He was his kind and patient with me as you possibly could have been and I asked a very unreasonable amount of questions.The price for PPF seems extremely high until you look into what it costs to get it done well in this place seems right on target.The amount of detail with which he explained to me tiny little dings in my car's paint that they found while detailing the vehicle was impressive.The amount of time and energy he took to explain to me exactly how important it is to take care of the PPF over time and how he gave me a jumping off point to start my research (P&S bead maker) was fantastic.I have since watched about 100 hours of pan, the organizer on YouTube and have learned incredible amounts about detailing my own car.It's super annoying to me that spending tons of money to protect my car works for about 7 or 8 years but in all the research I've done since not one thing that I was told at MTS is even a little off the mark for the best advice I've vetted otherwise.The experience I had with MTS change the way that I see, engage with and treat my car and I'm pretty happy about it.

Their customer service is second to none. My remote starter stopped working properly after being installed four years ago.I scheduled a visit, and they swapped out the remote starter free of charge.Their commitment to product quality is unwavering.

Highly recommend MTS. Fantastic service, incredible product and they are top notch professionals who are knowledgeable and interested in doing what's right for the customer.The car I had Jim work on is very sentimental as it belonged to my Mom who recently passed. It's an '06 Bug and I wanted to really enjoy driving it so we tricked it out with an insane system. Jim knew exactly how I felt about the car and we had so much fun picking out all the right stuff. Next up is he's doing my Q5. CANNOT WAIT! Thanks for being awesome, Jim.

Laconia Bike Week 2022. I had a blown speaker on my stock Harley system and had no tunes to cruise with. These guys took excellent care of me. For less than than the cost of the Harley/Rockford's stage 2 upgrade parts only I got a much better quality amp and speakers, installed and with a warranty! Awesome service and very good pricing. Because of the location they could have easily overcharged but they didn't. I highly recommend MTS Customs.

Great communication and fast work. I had put a deposit down on a Eurostart remote starter, and with all the disruptions to the supply chain, it took longer than we originally expected to arrive. The guys at MTS kept me updated every step of the way. When we finally got it in, the install was quicker than they expected and had me up and running in no time. Definitely recommend using MTS for anything you need.

I wish I could give more stars. Scott and Jim from first phone call to finished product were absolutely amazing. Scott and Jim s work is second to none. Neat and clean wiring, just everything done like it should be. Highly impressed with the professionalism of The shop. I honestly did not know what high end or custom was until I went to this shop. The end result on my truck was a sound that I could only call magic . If you want to experience customer service, knowledgeable installers, no shortcuts taken, just call MTS Customs.

They provide great customer service! I had a problem with my remote startered that was installed 4 years ago.I made an appointment and they replaced the remote starter under warranty.They really stand behind their products.

On an absolute whim called this morning to see if they had any availability to install a remote start today or tomorrow, and by sheer luck Scott informed me they had a cancelation and they had a spot open on the day. I graciously hopped on the opportunity and told him I'd drop my truck off shortly. Scott was very nice and professional on the phone. When I arrived I met Jim who was super friendly and echoed Scott's professionalism compounding my first impression creating a lasting one. Within a few hours I was informed the job was done and my truck was all set. When I arrived to pick up I was pleasant greeted my Jim again. We settled the bill, which was priced extremely fair and very competitively, and Jim took the time to explain the workings of the starter to me as a person and with incredible respect, it was not explained condescendingly as I have unfortunately experienced at other local shops of similar focus. Install was phenomenal, super fast, and super clean. Not a chance you could tell anyone had been working on my truck. These guys are absolute Rockstars and created another very happy and loyal customer here. I will be going back for all my needs that fall under their scope. Absolute 10/10 experience. Thank you Scott and Jim, it was definitely a pleasure and you guys will certainly see the Silverado again. Keep up the phenomenal work!!

I've been to MTS with both my car and motorcycle for electrical work. The car was at the shop for HID and fog light install, everything went perfect and the professional guidance from the shop was great. They have been in for a little over a year with one problem so far which was a faulty piece of the fog lights which MTS fixed for me right away even though it wasn't their fault. My bike was in the shop for a diagnosis of break and blinker issues which I could have easily been told it took hours and hours to find the issue. But MTS was very honest and it was only an hour of labor. Overall I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone that works at this locally owned shop and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member.

I've used other installers in the area, one in Lowell and one in Nashua, and both did fine jobs. I have to tip my hat to MTS as my favorite of all three. Even though I arrived late, messing up their schedule, they got my job done quickly, professionally and at a great price. All employees were polite, courteous, and respectful, and they have a nice seating area if you choose to wait while the work is performed.

I ve had a variety of different work done here (remote starters, window tint, dashcam, car stereo stuff, HID/LED headlights and foglights, etc) and its always top notch work. Jim and Scott always take care of their customers.

They did a great job on the installation of my stereo and speakers. No stray cables, no strange rattles. I'll go back if I need anything else done.

I don t know if they didn t want the job or if they just couldn t do it. I got a $600.00 estimate just to tint the windows of my 3G eclipse nothing else. Their excuse was that my car is old and very, very hard to work with while laughing.Disappointed.

Sorry, it's not my thing..its mod Harley motorcycles,etc.. they ,seem like the best. But, it's not my nitch, but , the guys there seem very nice, and I can see, they know what there doing..with, Custom Motorcycles.thats all I can say.sorry.
