Took my car here 3 weeks ago to set up appointment cause Anthony was very busy, was happy to wait and when I called the day before it was scheduled to go in I talked to Anthony and he told me he never looked for the parts or had the time, I don t know why he didn t call me and tell me he couldn t do it or set a different day. I wouldn t recommend setting a schedule day to bring your vehicle in.

I always go here for my yearly inspection. Anthony is very kind always does a great job is very knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony the owner took me right in. Staff was able to look at other concerns for state inspection purposes and handled those issues with my 2007 vehicle right at the time. The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to get my rim repaired or replaced. They showed me the excessive damage to the rim, and recommended a nearby place (Rimpro in Tyngsboro) that specializes in that sort of repair; instead of having to pay for a brand new rim. There was no cost for any of this diagnosis or advice. They were honest, friendly, and extremely helpful! A+++P.S. I found my new Auto Shop for all my familyAuto repair needs!!Anthony and his crew has to be the best around when it comes to cars and trucks. He is very honest and doesn't give you any kind of BS. And the prices are not outrageous like most auto shops and the job is always done right the first time. Highly recommend this auto shop to anyone that needs Auto Repair.

Called ahead to see if they had time to do an oil change for me and I spoke with Anthony. He was very friendly and greeted me in the parking lot to talk about oil change options. Took my car right in no problem.Place looks clean and legit so I will be coming back here for future work for sure!

Was able to meet my schedule to repair my car. Communicated the issue well, and met the quoted price. Still had a lingering issue when I arrived to pick it up, but the team jumped on it to get it fixed. Overall a positive experience.

Been going to Jerry Cowgill for more years than I can count. Great shop and down to earth people.Bought new tires there recently, got an alignment as well. I have to say, my van has never ridden as nice. Stays nice and straight on the highway too !

These guys were great. Explained everything to me in detail & gave me a quote. Called me with other issues going on (addtl quote) & I gave them the green light to do the work. Car was done in less time than expected & for less money than the 2nd quote! Anthony & his team have a new customer for life!

Stay away!!! You have been warned. This place will find any reason whatsoever to fix your car. If you have a new car, you will pass your inspection, but they will eventually get you too. If you drive a nice used car, you will fail your inspection and be required to fix something or multiple things. After failing one car inspection, I took my car to a trusted auto mechanic who quickly identified who I had taken my car to for an inspection based on why I had failed. Btw, I took my car to another inspection station and it passed first time. Some places want your money and this is one of them. Please find a place to have a vehicle inspection where they do not fix cars!!! This is an unethical practice that the state of Mass should correct. Safety inspection stations should only perform inspections and have no vested interest in fixing your vehicle. Should doctors receive their paychecks from pharmaceutical companies? No! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Brought my car in for check engine light at 7 am. Did not get update until 3:30 pm that it was a fuel pump - called to check if warranty would cover it and was told yes. When Cowgill called they tried to convince me it wouldnt be covered - they had checked. Glad I had checked with dealer. Felt like Cowgill tried to take advantage of me and assumed I would just go along with it. Charged $100 to check engine light. Wont be back. Brought to dealership and paid $0 my warranty covered everything.

I have been a customer at Cowgill for about a decade. There are garages closer to my house, but when you find mechanics that are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy you don't want to go anywhere else.
