Don t waste your time at any auto parts store. O Reilly s is knowledgeable/helpful. Other stores would assist when we struggled to put in low light bulbs in. O Reilly s young men helped us out with no questions.

Great staff, friendly & they try hard but they need to get there car audio knowledge & section ugraded, hooked me up with everything else I needed though even matching spray paint but I had to go back & forth multiple times because not alot was on stock, go see Vinny, he's the man

Exceptional customer service.Called ahead for a part that they placed on hold for me. I know absolutely less than nothing about cars but they were very honest and helpful. They even doubled checked my vehicle to make sure the part I reserved was the correct one as well as checking to make sure the part wouldn t need any extra dealership installation. The manager Matthew and his team are the reason why I d recommend doing business here and I ll certainly be going back in the future!! :)

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. They will tell you the best option if you have any question about what you are doing. By far the most thought experience I have had at an auto parts store

The asst. manager Vincent was extremely helpful. He didn t hesitate to help me with my car battery problems. 100% would definitely recommend this O Reily Auto Parts store.

The manager, I believe his name was Matthew, approached me right away, looked up my car for wipers, went and got them and offered assistance putting them on. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I like that they are in the same building as VIP. Makes things easier!

Worst service ever.I stood at the counter and felt invisible.After several minutes I left the product I attempted to purchase at the counter and walked out.

Best parts store to go to !! very helpful staff and the store manager definitely knows about the field and some witch makes it so much easier to get parts hands down recommended them to any1 I legit past 3 parts stores to get to this one !!!!

Rob and Matthew helped me get what I needed. They are the ones to see. We went to the back to make sure a terminal connector would fit. They are both very helpful

The guy that helped me on 2-23 saved me $20 and put my wipers on for me plus he smiled the whole time and was friendly. Thanks doll I appreciate the customer service..

I walked in with my broken wiper blade. Within 5 minutes a manage was outside in the cold helping me put my wiper that he fixed back on my car. I'll be glad to go back and buy new wipers there when I need them. Thank you.

Had parts needed in stock, carried out and loaded in my car.. Amazon "drops" your purchase on your doorstep, No Hello, No Greeting or Social Contact...I am on a "Buy Local Keep Your Nieghbors & Friends Employeed" trip!

(7-2020) Mgr Vinnie sold me a muffler.It is Factory DEFECTIVE!! He Agreed!Took my phone # and HASN T done a damned thing to help!! DM has also IGNORED helping!! (9-2019 They SELL Brake Fluid but - Refuse to accept Used Brake Fluid back!Leaves customers with some poor choices;Store it for town hazardous waste day and HOPE they accept it, put in Trash (Stupid & Illegal) or Pour Down Drain!! Outrageous!!
