Kevin is a pompous clown. I ve stopped in his shop twice in the last 3yrs and both times he says he s too busy to take on any work. Kevin, you re one man show, if you re so busy hire help. I think this clown gets off on saying that to people, because really guy you re that busy? I live close by and the only traffic near your store is from the flooring company. Kevin, I had the white Ranger, that way you know exactly who this is and what I have to say about you.

Came here because the dealership was booking a month out and was very pleased with the work done. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable about my specific bike, thorough with his work, and fair with his prices. Will be back.

Brought my 1998 WideGlide into Kevin for the first time this year after bad experiences with the dealer and other local service shops. Gotta say, it was an awesome experience. Kevin knew what was wrong before I even mentioned it and they did a ton of work to get my bike up and running at 100% again. I was really happy with the work they did and my bike immediately felt like it was new again.

I have tried to give them my business twice now and have been told to go elsewhere. The first time, last fall I wanted a gps hard wired and installed and he said no, just use the cigarette lighter. The second, more recent I wanted a new exhaust and went on his website to see he dealt in s&s, I wanted a vance and Hines and ordered direct. I called Cycle works to install and he said no because I didn't order from him. He said to come in and drop some money on the little guy and he will do service for me. I was looking to pay for service, isn't that what he is selling as well?? Hell, I also am a small business and work with over 300 small business and wanted to support him. What kind of attitude is that to have? I have tried twice now and realize he might be a good mechanic, but obviously not a good business person.

Kevin has been established here and working on Harley's for a long time. Just talking to him you can tell he really knows his stuff. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my bike than the guys at Cycle Works.

The most important thing that I've brought on my many cross-country rides is the confidence that I will definitely enjoy the ultimate Harley-Davidson experience. I've been bringing my precious bikes ('90 Heritage, '02 Fatboy, '10 FLHX Street Glide) to Kevin and Ray for 20+ years and couldn't imagine trusting them to anyone else. Whether it be major performance enhancements, distinctive customization, or an all important regularly scheduled maintenance, I can ALWAYS rely on a perfect plan of action, expert work, the highest quality parts, at the most reasonable price !

All the right stuff at the right time. Local independent honest what more could I ask for. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of product. If you are looking for cheap poor quality parts look elsewhere this place only sells the good stuff. Definitely will visit again.

Very unprofessional. Apparently you aren't allowed to return anything because buying the wrong part is your own fault. Had one good experience before this, but now we will take our money elsewhere. Don't go here unless you want to be told off and treated like an idiot. Would give zero stars if I could.

Brought my 1985 Wide glide to Kevin to get pulleys and a new belt installed ,not only did he do a great job installing those parts but he also installed a new rear brake disk and new brake shoes .He knows old school bikes and new bikes very well .I want to have him do more work for me soon.I would highly reccomend Kevin and his shop.

Went to cycle works a few years back. after waiting weeks for them to take my bike I was screamed at like a 3 year old for doing work to my bike myself and not paying them . Never been back and never will .

1st timer.. goin to cycle works.. 1st bike i,ve ever owned.. 2k fat boy... just had some minor maintenance done... oil... sticker... plugs.. and i must say.. for myself.. that you don,t really know what,s right and what,s wrong... until you get your bike back from the right shop.. and it,s a whole new different feel of ur bike.. the way it should be..I am very appriciative of the work that was done.. and the freeing up of my throttle.. now when i move the throttle so moves.. the bike..
