I was was going to bid for car advertised at this joint, but suspiciously, it all looked too good to be true. Then based on the forewarning reviews here, I was able to back out before getting scammed. Thank you. I appreciate every effort to expose scammers. I feel sorry for you if you have fallen their victim, but don't give up your rights. Seek legal remedies and keep warning potential victims.

I bought a 2010 model Mercedes. They wrote run and drive on the ad. The vehicle was never working when it arrived. I asked for a refund and they didn't. They talked very annoyingly on the phone and even shouted at me. Then, when I went to their office, they did not refund the money and closed my account because I told them that I would complain as if they were right. NEVER GO AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. A COMPLETE SCAMMER!!!! ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS A PERSON CALLED PATRICK, RUN BEFORE LOOKING BACK!

Fraud. I have bought a BMW e70 with Clean Title which was beautiful in pictures on their website - if you will focus, you can see the car has been washed just before taking pictures - which is not easy to notice at first sight. The car was not cheap, although the price was negotiated. Primary damage - dent and scratches, secondary - mechanical damage. The car was sold as Run & Drive. Transporter went to pick it up, and it turned out that the rear bumper and element under the tailgate are damaged. The Carfax report had no entries about any accidents. Also the hood and left fender have no glaze (this is why the car was wet in pictures - to hide this damage) and they require a repaint. Finally, it was the last time when this car moved on its own. After receiving the container, the car did not run - no compression on the 1st cylinder. After sending them my complaints they located the person who damaged the bumper, but they did literally nothing with it. I have not received any refund. See pictures from an auction vs. from the time when it has been picked up. Also, the paperwork after the auction took them ridiculously long time.

Straight scumbags. Had to go to their Hudson yard when they don't tell you it's there until you drive out to Billerica first. Then I get there and they refused to let me into my car even when insurance and their Manager in Billerica said I could. Then when I finally get into my car the majority of things are thrown into the trunk to the point I can't open the trunk and they threw uncooked bacon on top of all my belongings. To top it all of all my power tools were stolen from my vehicle and they almost refused to let me leave without signing papers. Terrible people, terrible place.

Avoid at all costs. They underreport vehicle conditions. Got a few cars for a friend of mine here who is starting a business and they came up flooded where the CR stated mechanical damage. Absurd.

Just bought a 2017 Silverado from auction here. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here, especially from people who clearly didn't check the vehicle out in person before bidding and are upset the vehicle they won has issues. From viewing the vehicle pre-auction, calling (multiple times) with questions (that were clearly answered), the purchase and leaving with the truck, I have had a great experience and all the employees were very friendly. Will definitely continue business at this location.

Today I was a Copart the beginning was I purchased a 2019 Ford F450 it was listed as a run and drive I paid a lot of money for it. I took a flight from Dallas to Boston. I was planning to pick it up and drive it back to Dallas. I arrive today in the morning the truck started but has pretty bad mechanical issues. The truck will not go over 20 mph, and then I was shocked. I didn t know what to do about it and here is the man coming in Mr. Patrick you are the best ever he take care of the issue on the same moments big shout out to you and all your teamwork. thank you so much again I just made it back to Dallas

If I had the option to give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service here is inadequate and clueless. They would much rather gossip about getting off earlier instead of helping. There s no reason why I should do everything accurately on my end only to be bamboozled by these clueless women. I drive to the back lot with my partner and wait patiently for our pickup vehicle to be loaded. A gentlemen on a forklift pulled along us and asked what vehicle we were waiting for, after sitting there for 35 minutes - and after relaying what vehicle he kindly informed us the vehicle we were picking up isn t actually in this lot but at another approx. 39 minutes away. He also stated you re the 5th person I had to tell that to today . So in a nutshell had this gentlemen not inquire what we were waiting for we would ve never found out our vehicle wasn t there and probably would ve still been sitting there. I mean where is the disconnect where they re having trouble distinguishing what car is where?!? We pull back to the front to let them know only for them to tell us I m sorry it s at the sub lot, you can go that way but I dk if you re going to make it . This is not the first time I run into the same issue being serviced by Stephanie Morta. Please do better, considering coming from CT and running to a problem EVERY TIME, just doesn t make any logical sense. I never run into these issues at the copart in Hartford, CT or the location in New Jersey. This is a constant inconvenience and highly inconsiderate. Please enhance the training expertise when it comes to giving accurate, effective, and informative, customer service. Pitiful is and understatement.

This is the second time I've had to do business with Copart and I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Every time I got someone on the phone the first time. They've always been very pleasant and nothing but helpful. I've always felt like they've given me a more than fair deal. I appreciate the customer service. The care and consideration after a traumatic experience like an accident and having your car totaled is what I got from Copart.

My car was in a front end collision and had to be quoted here. Car was quoted as total loss. Decided to keep my car and Geico told me it was ready for pick up, but Copart was closed that day so my brother went the next day due to me being out of town. Front desk was rude and said Geico did not send any paper work. Had to call Geico to find that they emailed Copart the day before about the pick up. Then Copart tells me oh they didn't check their emails. This was around 430 PM. Then they tell my brother hes not getting the car because we needed an appt which lead them to going back and forth. When car was ready they move the car without telling him where it is and he had to find it himself. I get back into town and find cement in my exhaust and damages to my rear bumper which Geico says they will not pay for. A BUNCH OF CROOKS

While losing my vehicle to an automobile accident and dealing with insurance that was less than stellar in terms of customer service, my experience with Copart was a wonderful one. Eli was the agent that assisted me when I brought in my title. Not only was he very pleasant, but such a great personality, full of pep in his step. Every customer service experience should be this way. He was fast, efficient and truly made this a wonderful day. Thank you, Eli for bringing such warmth, kindness and just overall joy to what has been a most trying situation.

I've picked up vehicles at multiple Copart locations and other auctions as well. Why does this location always take 1-2 hours to pick up a singlevehicle? Most other locations are in/ out in 20 minutes or less.Your people are polite, but the service has been this way for at least a year or two.I just sent the manager an email. My first time sending an email and probably my last purchase here. The service is horrible.I've been waiting almost 2 hours.

Took 1.5 hours to get my car and there were about 10 truckers and other customers waiting after me. Feel bad for those guys. Only one vehicle delivery person to do everything doesn't help the customers. He was great, but clearly underwater. Worst-run Copart in my opinion, been in and out in 20 minutes at other locations, but giving 3 stars because the car was in good shape as shown in the good photos they took. Too bad the logistical side is a mess.

I paid $120 to inspect a vehicle at this location and after the inspection I decided to buy the car before the auction date except they decided not to sale the vehicle to me anymore after I already paid.Update: I was able to finally buy the vehicle but on March 26th I had a auto transport company go out and retrieve the vehicle at 4:00P.M a whole hour before they closed and they wouldn't let him in and now they expect me to pay the storage fees over the weekend? I tried to take the vehicle off the lot. I truly don't understand.

Staff was friendly and helpful handled any immediate problems at hand. But they are understaffed, no where else in the automotive world does it take 2 to 4 hours to pick up paperwork and get the vehicle loaded. I requested insurance papers after the date of purchase. It has been 5 weeks since the request still do not have the paperwork. A first in the industry for me but I have only been doing this since 1984.

Front desk staff is always friendly and efficient. The loaders usually seem to be fast and efficient but sometimes it still takes up to 4 hours to get loaded. They do have two loading areas one in front of the office and second one all the way in the back but sometimes there s a queue of trucks alongside driveway all the way to the street, just waiting to get their paperwork. I do pick up cars here 2-4 times a month.

Very unprofessional. This copart out of all coparts is the worst. The office workers work very slowly and relaxed. They don t care about the car carriers that bring them the business. There is about 6 people in the office and no one really knows what they are supposed to do. The approximate time of waiting in the office is about 1-1.5 hours , while other coparts waiting time is about 20 minutes. Almost every time they screw up. When the dispatchers call them to make sure the cars are available, they say yes. When the driver comes to pick up those cars, the cars are not available. After you get your loading passes, you have to wait for the forklift drivers to take them from you. That can also take 10-15 minutes. After waiting in the office for an hour, you have to wait in the truck parking until you get called into the loading area. This can also take about an hour. With this being said you end up waiting for approximately two hours just to start loading. The forklift operators are very rude. They give you an attitude for no reason and they work very slow compared to other coparts in the same region. I think that the management needs to do an better job to make customers satisfied.

Been trying for two weeks to get through on their phone, email, etc for answers. Sent us a title without notary AND it still had a lien on it! Our return Fedex arrived there and was signed for on 11/10/2021. A month later, they cannot find it and offered no solution for obtaining the title. "We cannot find it..." I am literally begging for the title now...on hold again at 47:53...

Horrible management, as far as a transporter picking up vehicles. It will take more than 2 hours to get a vehicle when there are only a handful of transporters and an equal amount of fork lift loaders. The issue needs to be narrowed down. Who s not doing their job correctly. We visit approximately 6-7 different Copart s in the north east region and not one has this problem. It s not because of quantity of transporters as all other Copart s have similar if not more traffic. Are the cars not being found? Are the loaders not working to their full potential? It s ridiculous. I really hope to see change as the district manager also has some good reviews at other locations.

Just a HORRIBLE experience, all the way around! I sold my car to these people and was ASSURED that the car would be picked-up on a certain day and that the driver would have my check with him. Long story short, the car was FINALLY picked-up on the 6th ASSURED date that the company originally promised me. AND.. to add insult to injury the driver just took the vehicle WITHOUT my knowledge and WITHOUT the check. I wound up having to drive to the facility to get the check and sign off on my title. What a royal pain in the a$$.

I bought a car where it stay emits run and driving. When I received the car, it came up with a bad engine. This is not the first time. I am really disappointed it will be much more fair and honest to tell the buyers what going on with the car. From there the buyer can make his or her own decisions.

This place sucks. They took my plate holder off of my car, it was towed there after my accident. They claim that they don't know what happened to it. It must have magically unscrewed and came off?? It was there when the car was towed on a flat bed truck. Pretty sad that they have to steal things from other people. Maybe if they paid their employees better they wouldn't need to steal. Never go here. I am telling everyone. It was not expensive, thats not the point. It was mine and meant something to me. Thanks loser, who ever you are.

35 days No answer !!! I Wait one Titel and Not answer !!!.... After 62 Days....Very careless !!! Throughout the process of making the documents, they were unfriendly, did not respond to emails, then after telephone conversations they sent the title to the wrong address. This process cost $ 880 parking fees.
