I m blown away with how quick Al had my Onan back up and running correctly!!! Very down to earth and super easy to deal with, he even took care of the warranty BS side of it also!! This is the first google review I have ever done but man this company deserves it!!!!

Communication is the biggest challenge with Boston Generator. Make sure they fully understand what you want ahead of time. Try to speak with the woman in the office as she is good with people. After reading how the company responds to customer feedback you get the idea...

I was on the road with the family, had a RV generator issue. Owner dropped what he was doing to help me. Was able to diagnose and remedy the problem. Not many shops out there that have heart, nice to know there are good guys and good mechanics out there. Highly recommend!
