Had a couple of issues with a used car I bought. Had some questions about minor issues and I have to say the crew there went above and beyond to help and recommend products that might solve the issues. Props to everyone there.

Probably the best store in regards to the customer service, cleanliness, inventory. The manager Dan is knowledgeable and nice! So happy that we are located close to them!

Just wanted to leave a very positive review for this location.. i had a very very poor experience in the Salem NH location but somehow Billerica got in the middle as it s my most shopped store. I had my situation fixed promptly even tho it was the Salem NH stores fault. I appreciate all the staff DM and anyone else involved with this issue. They definitely stepped up and went above and beyond.

I was in a pinch today, needed to replace my headlights before a busy week and wasn t sure I could do it myself today. Robert S., I believe one of the sales managers, helped me greatly today, replaced my headlights on the spot!! Great service here. Highly recommend!!

Review date 7-23-2023;Incident was approximately a few weeks ago. Bought rebuilt caliper for 2003 Camry passenger/front.Spent Hours in driveway fighting with it. Called MGR. he basically didn t care and I explained I had no other vehicle. Still inDifferent. I WALKED to a competitor!! Went back to AutoZone for a full refund. Found out it was the Correct Box with the Wrong caliper!! Guy that sold this to me at AutoZone, commented, This Happens a LOT!!

Came in today with a maybe dead battery I'd purchased a few years ago. Orion D helped me. I asked if they could test a battery or tell me if mine was under warranty. He offered to do both. We checked my history and couldn't find it, so we tested mine. Turns out it was 7+ yrs old! (Manufacture date sticker was still on it) Since I'm on a budget he was able to find me a battery that worked on the lower $$ and install. Throughout our exchange he was extremely pleasant and personable. I work as a retail Manager and this is exactly the kind of service I love to see my staff give. Outstanding! I am so appreciative. Thank you!

I usually don't write reviews but I have to say this whole month out of all stores i have been to AutoZone in billerica is one of a kind they take care of their customers and help them out to the best of their knowledge and I would highly recommend this AutoZone if you have any car needs shoutout to Arron and Luke for their excellent customer service!

Not much to say. I bought some motor oil and it was fine. Giving less than 5 stars isn't meant as a ding, it was just an unremarkable experience.** Just realized I'd confused this with another auto parts store I went to the week before. I got crush washers for the oil drain plug on this visit. I asked the counter guy to get me the right washer and he steered me to a variety pack of crush washers, which was helpful.

I returned a battery to get the core , albeit a couple of years since the purchase. They said they already paid out on the core whilst it was sitting right in front of them. I have to wonder what they do with uncollected core charges or who puts it in their pocket?

Very fortunate to have this storein town.They had everything I needed to do the rear brakes on my wife's SUV and the employees were very knowledgeable as to what I needed to get the job done right the first time.

Third time I ve purchased parts from this autozone and received the incorrect part. Even after I gave the year make and model as well as trim level. I even brought the old part in with me while purchasing. Oh ya and they had a previous purchase on file of the correct part that they sold me and yet I was still given the completely incorrect part. Buy your car parts anywhere else.

I went to the autozone store in North Billerica to change my car s battery today.Orion D., the employee that attended me was very helpful and he changed the battery for me without extra cost. He did a very good job and I am glad that I went there to have this service done! I am definitely going back to that store when I need other parts for my cars.

Jim patiently helped me via a phone call, answered all my questions and not once made me feel rushed. I appreciate this since I know very little about cars and need a lot of hand holding. This phone call gave me a feeling of confidence that this Auto Zone is a good match for me.I came in as soon as I got my car jumped, but it was about 15 minutes to closing. It was determined by Orion, sales rep, by testing equipment AND a conversation that it is most likely a bad battery since it has not been swapped out since 2012. Even though he does not get any commission for the sales or overtime, he sold me a battery AND installed it even though it was past closing. I appreciated this so much because I had many people relying on me the following day.AutoZone N. Billerica Saved the Day!! Thank you so much!!

Boston rd billerica danny gomes helped me fix my car while the under engine flap was falling off and making so much noise he helped me zip tie it up for free what a great guy there is alot going on right now but it didn't stop him from being the good person that we all need to be in for that I thank you he is the manager at AutoZone and this is why I recommend AutoZone so much I got to stay in the car with my son while he helped me zip tied up so I could get home

AutoZone usually has everything you need to do basic auto repairs to your vehicle. Take advantage of their rewards program as it can save you on parts and your vehicles info when you need to buy replacement brake pads and other parts.

Went to get my car battery replaced & 2 days later my car was dead again. Had to get a tow to the mechanic who said whoever installed the battery did a poor job and they were confused of the vaseline or whatever stuff she put on it. It was a girl who installed it and this was last year, hopefully she s not working there anymore.

I stopped in to pick up some rear blinker bulbs and at checkout I was asked what vehicle I was going to be installing them on. He looked up my vehicle and saw that I had chosen the wrong bulbs. Good catch!

I entered this business with a friend and browsed the store while waiting. I was impressed with the organization of the store and the selection of items,not only for the consumer but the many shelves of parts that are supplied to repair establishments.

Best autozone ever. The manager danny is the man and tom is pretty okay too. They always help me find the best parts for my CLASSIC prelude.
