Amazing customer service. My starter went out at the Bradford rest area on the Pike, and Justin came out to get me and my wife and the truck, brought us to their location. They were slammed for auto maintenance, expecting to get to my truck in over a week. So they rented me a spectacularly priced one way rental car (on site) to drive 4 hours home. Dave called me a couple of days later saying the truck was done. It was the weekend, so Monday, I rented another one way car and was able to drop that car on site, pick up my truck, and finally head home. Karen stayed late to get my rental squared away, and Lee (Leigh?) was the master of the phones, dispatching a flatbed, and getting the ball rolling when I had no other options! Thanks to this incredible team for making the best outcome come from an unfortunate situation.

Dishonest people, make this your last resort. If you have to use them, make sure your valuables are with you.

Hampshire towing helped me out when AAA left me stranded 3 hours from home everyone was very professional from the operator taking the call to the driver Matt took excellent care of my vehicle during this long drive and took the extra steps and time to make sure everything was safe the entire time I would recommend hampshire towing to anyone needing a tow

Called for a truck to get a tow in the middle of the night, im stranded. And they tell me they cannot come and tow it because they have no one available a 24 hour towing business, had no one available?
