We started using Orlando s for inspection stickers for my electrical business, but then we realized they have a tall garage with a lift that can work on our ford e350 cutaway with a 10 foot box. That plus the professionalism and we were sold. Recently we brought our truck in for an exhaust problem and they were quick and fair priced. Highly recommend

First time customer and will be back. Serviced my Onan generator in my motorhome which had been a problem nobody could fix. Great customer service, turn around time and result. Generator is running great. But what I loved most of all was the follow up from Orlando s, to make sure the generator was working after their service!

Had my wife s car diagnosed and running in a day. Replaced starter, front brakes, and even discovered a coolant leak that needed a fix. Replaced a broken ABS sensor and now everything is running in tip top shape. Couldn t be happier

Orlando s garage is where I always take my car because I receive outstanding service.My car is always throughly checked when serviced. I am told how long it will be until my tires or brakes will need to be serviced so that I can plan for it. They send reminders that I do appreciate. Their prices are fair.They have excellent mechanics that are also very nice people!

I thought the people there are very nice, bought my tractor from them, brought my tractor in for service. Don t use it that much ,sits in barn most of the time,found a leak coming off the bottom of my tractor after doing a job with it. ,plug was hand tight. They need to do a better job, had Oil all over my barn floor.No apology from them.

I've been taking my truck to Orlando's for a few years now. Every repair has been above and beyond my expectations. They are also great at catching future problems so that it will not cause a serious issue later. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone that wants their vehicle repaired correctly.

The folks that work here are always so great and extremely helpful! Always upfront with costs and update you upon any changes. They helped me when my battery would die and I was calling for a jump every morning. They found the problem was with the ignition switch. (I had taken my car to 3 other places that tried to push unnecessary work on me). I dropped my car off in the morning with them and just a few hours later I was ready to go. I will definitely go back and will happily recommend them!

First time here was for my leveling kit to be installed and they did an awesome job! I work in the service industry just with motorcycles not cars and this is what you expect from a service department and then some! Friendly staff, fair prices, as I said to the gentleman in the office when I picked up I will be back and I will refer friends and family. Thanks guys the truck looks great!

Easily the best mechanic I've been to. They are very friendly, explain everything, and prices are pretty good. I bent a tire rod and they got the part and had it fixed the same day. They also fix smaller engine items like snowblowers and lawnmowers. Very customer and service oriented.

I have used Orlando s garage for years. IMO. Best norfolk has. They are well organized. And there mechanics are knowledgeable. I totally recommend this garage for your vehicles.

I have been using Orlando's for ten plus years.... Kurt and TC always fit us in and service our cars and trucks so they don't break down.... 3 of our vehicles are well over 200k miles...No car payments for 3 plus years because Orlando's Garage reminds us in advance that our car is due for service! I feel great because I am supporting a small local shop! Behind every small business is a Family and the Orlando family keeps mine safe!

They don't open until 9am. But there is a TA in Greenwich, RI but you can park in the second entrance overnight. Nice people wouldn't mind delivery there again.

I hate to not give a positive review to a small business in this time, but I wanted to make sure no one is caught off guard as I was. We recently had a lawn mower repaired that was completely within the warranty. Therefore, we were not expecting any charge. However, when we received the call that it was ready, we were told we would be charged $105 due to water in the fuel tank and that not being something that is covered under warranty. I have no idea how water could even get in there as it stored in a secure location, so that was suspicious in itself. My other disappointment is not being notified prior to repairing of what the cost would be and given the opportunity to decide if we wanted to go through with the repair.

I answered an ad placed by Mike on Monday about a set of used tires. I explained I definitely wanted them and would pick them up on Saturday. Since I was 50 miles away from him and was working. It was agreed by him. At 1:07 on Friday I got a text from him sorry sold . After I already arraigned a truck and turned down Saturday overtime at work in order to pick up the tires. I think that was a pretty rotten thing to do and wouldn t trust him.

Honest. Fair prices. I guess they work on anything. Close to Normandy Farm which is awesome and convenient. Had them perform an oil change in my R.V. They went above and beyond while greasing the chassis. They fixed some minor things I did not realize were failing.

Was in the market for a tractor, loader, backhoe. A friend referred me to Orlando's. I couldn't be happier with my MF. It has all the strength and power I can want or need. The sales, knowledge, and total treatment could not have been any better. I wasn't sold anything. I was educated and guided to my final decision. The delivery walk thru was outstanding, so much so, that I wasn't unsure of anything my machine needs, does, or does not do. Five stars all day long. Thank you Dan, Kurt, and Tom.

Kurt and the staff at Orlando's Equipment are very personable and very knowledgeable. I bought a ferris z3 stander and had to get the mower set up on an expedited schedule due to my upcomming surgery. They made every effort to accommodate me, and they made the entire process painless and enjoyable. The mechanic went over the entire mower, top to bottom, inside and out. Very thorough, such a nice guy. Answered every question, showed me all grease and lube points. I would recommend Orlando's Equipment to everyone, so glad I met them. _JimMacDonnell

My husband brought his lawn mower in and told them he thought is was the transmission. They called said they fixed the issue. My husband goes to use the lawn mower and it didn't work. They never fixed the transmission they charged $ 250 to replace some filters. We sent it back and they quoted use a $1000 for the transmission. It's an older lawn mower so I'm not spending $1000 if they had told me this in the first place I never would have spent $250 on filters

Excellent service, no surprises when the bill arrives. They communicate with you every step of the way. Highly recommend Orlando's Garage!
