Jake and the whole Town Tire Fair crew is amazing! I got a screw in my tire and they took care of it as a walk in on an extremely busy Saturday! My tire is fixed, and they balanced them. Life savers!!! Can t thank them enough!

Jake is super knowledgeable, well spoken, and so considerate! What s more is his eagerness to help!! Usually these visits to any shop can be a drag, but Jake s positive attitude & willingness to take the initiative to make your visit a pleasant one, truly made my visit a relief more than anything. The only place you need to take your car to in Newton and surrounding areas if you have wheel/tire/car issues. They take care of everything and make sure you don t leave with anything unsafe. They re looking out for you and not looking to gouge you. Cory is the guy you want to talk to and he ll make sure you re completely taken care of! He is extremely thorough and you will want to bring your car back anytime something comes up! Thanks to everyone at Town Fair Tire in Newton!

Jake was AMAZING! He answered any and all questions we had and was able to get my tire fixed quickly and without any hiccups. Highly recommend him for any job you need done with your tires! I will definitely be going to him again in the future!

Lifesaver s! Heroes! Pete and Jake were awesome! I arrived at Town Fair Tire in Newton during their last hour of business for the day with a nail in my tire. They were able to fix the issue and get me back on the road without me having to leave my car for the night. Excellent customer service!! I d recommend them to anyone!

I decided to try out a different location since the last location was disastrous. I walked in, was greeted by an employee named Cory, who ended up being the assistant manager, and he absolutely wowed me. I told him what I needed, he made some recommendations that I decided to go with and got me on my way. The Service Manager was equally awesome. Explained a small issue, made some suggestions and told me to come back and they would finish the work since the issue involved a dealer-specific tool. The experience was awesome and I have decided to make this location in Newton, my new Town Fair Tire home.

Impeccable Customer Service!!Corey & his crew were awesome. Very attentive, nice and helpful. This type of place and environment makes you want to continue having your car serviced here. I live far from this location, but when Corey came through with a last minute tire replacement for me I had to jump on it. These guys saved me a lot of headache and I am so grateful to have been referred to you guys from Steven at the Walpole location, they were very helpful as well. Clutch service rendered I ll use Town Fair Tire from now on just from this great experience alone. Bye Firestone! Purchased Pirelli 205/55 R17 Run Flat tire

I ve had nothing but good experiences here! I had to go in just an hour before close, but Carter was very helpful, personable, and welcoming. Jose was friendly and polite too. I had a short wait, then was impressed by the price! I didn t catch his name but the gentleman with the red hair who helped me last time was very nice too. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Jake at TFT in Newton was so helpful. I went in for a tire change due to a nail in my tire but didn t have an appointment. He was able to get me in the same day right after the other appointments he had booked. He was kind, courteous, professional and went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable in a very stressful situation.

Walked in, pre-poned an appointment and was seen right away. Worked with Peter Kramer, Regional Sales Manager. Peter was very helpful, professional, precise and explained things very well to me. He also answered my questions with competence and clarity. He made the financing paperwork process go very smoothly. I got a favorable decision within minutes. The pricing was clearly broken down and explained to me. He also pointed out the possibility of me perhaps needing to replace the tire pressure sensors after they were first checked out, but he was very customer friendly in not trying to make a hard sell. I deeply value sales reps who don't push for a hard sell and are completely honest about the urgency level of any additional items. It was a very good experience for me. I would highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Newton, MA.

Their work is great and fair at the Needham street. Whoever took my phone call at the shop was extremely rude. I called to check the status of the repair. And I asked what kind of work had to be done. He said I have no idea. We called you which they didn t . I can prove it. So bossy and treating me to brushing off. It s very unfortunate most of people working there are pretty nice. The owner of the business should check the wolf between the nice sheep.

Peter took the time to ask us questions about how often I use my car, miles drove per month, ex. Very friendly, gave us options with explanations and cracked jokes. We couldn t have had a better experience. We will be returning!

My girlfriend and I both collectively agreed that we d rather drive with damaged or flat tires than go anywhere else other than town fair tire. Great customer service from Jake at the front desk and overall really a good experience

Finally posting after these guys saved us! Driving the sister-in-law's SUV while in from out of town, they were able to squeeze us in their already busy schedule on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Told up front that because their shop was full, it could be a while. Wait wasn't bad at all! They were able to repair her tire, and get us back on the road so we could drive safely through CT. Highly recommend the service and work done here!!

Jake provided exceptional customer care and service at Town Fair Tire in Newton. I had a flat tire and walked in 5 minutes before closing Friday night. Jake was welcoming , calming and provided assurances he would fix the tire first thing in the morning.Jake had the tire ready and installed for breakfast. Plus offered great advice on tire repairs and new tires.

Jake was absolutely amazing! I had to check my in laws car for low tire pressure and was short on time. He went out of his way to check the car for leaks on the spot and got it completely taken care of for me. I would absolutely recommend taking your car here for your tire needs and highly would recommend talking to Jake!

Staff at this store were very friendly and parking was easy. Sean Carter was very knowledgeable with great suggestions on options for tires that would suit my car and my budget. It was easy to make an appointment, the waiting area was clean and the service was quick.

I showed up with a flat tire without an appointment. Unfortunately my car had an odd sized tire they didn t stock. Jake was working behind the counter heard I was on my way to a work assignment and put my spare on himself and I was on my way. Best tire store experience I have ever had.
