Amazing service with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They explained everything perfectly, so that a lay-person could understand. My car is pushing 14 years and they helped revive her. So pleased with everything! Very happy I found them through a mailer they sent.

Well, the online reviews are accurate. When I saw so many strong reviews, I decided to give them a try. They are super friendly and communicate out via text and phone. It s been a great experience. And they did the work quickly. I m impressed and will be coming back. (They even gave me a loaner for a few days at no charge.)

I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and friendly, professional people at Pleasant Car Care. The my provided me with transportation to work and a loaner car at no cost to make it very simple for me to get some needed car repairs done. I also love how they provided photos and videos of any issues they found so I could evaluate what work to have done. Thank you for a great second visit!

Pleasant Car Care provided excellent service: Eddie communicated clearly (first in a text) the problems he identified and sent photos to illustrate them. He then immediately followed up with a phone call to elaborate on the problems, answer questions, and give an estimate. Later, upon further inspection & per our request, he told us what he could also do beyond the necessary work to make the car run better. We agreed to that additional work & cost, too. The car was dropped off by AAA on a Sunday night & all fixed up by Thursday afternoon. In sum: Pleasant Car Care is efficient, thorough, meticulous, competent, trustworthy, and well pleasant!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Most of all they re beyond accommodating and honest with what s going on with your vehicle. I was taken care of by Johnny and Tim who prompt with updates and solutions. I can definitely say that I have found my new favorite auto shop. Highly recommend

I just had the rear brakes done on my 2016 Camry. Replacement of the rotors, calipers, pads and hose (only one so far as I can tell from the invoice, but maybe they changed both?).I'll give them three stars mainly because they were quick and sent over a video of the problem to get approval - Coming from Florida I'm not used to those things.The work itself was professional and quick - done in about 4 hours. I haven't had any problems with the brakes but it's only been a day: time will tell on quality of work and if anything pops up I'll update this review (I'm assuming good work). The shop was nice and clean as well so I'll give them that.Three stars mainly owing to cost.In total it was $1600 for the job. $990 in parts and ~$600 in labor. There's also a random $50 fee with no explanation thrown in (disposal costs maybe?).I understand markup on parts and time for labor but this seems unreasonable to me. If I knew exactly what parts went into the repair I might feel better about the situation but at the moment I don't so yeah.It's tough to feel good about a job, no matter how good it is, when you feel like you've paid twice the price.I was in a pinch so rolled with it and can recommend this place to those who can afford to pay the premium - I'm just not in that group personally.If not for the general feeling I've got about the price, I would totally recommend this place.

The team at pleasant car care was really wonderful. I usually don t take my car anywhere but the dealership because most local places don t have the type of oil and filter my car needs on hand. I had to drive out of town for a family emergency and they went out of their way to get everything my car needed from their warehouse before I got there. They didn t overcharge me or try to get to me buy anything I didn t need. AMAZING SERVICE

I love this place! I've been here several times. Yesterday, Eddie was great at expediting repairs they discovered when I brought my car in for an oil and filter. I hadn't done regular maintenance that I should have and my tires were worn and cracked. I was leaving the next day for a 7-hour trip and Eddie told me it wasn't safe to go on the highway with those tires. He got them ordered and installed that day so I could make my trip safely. I don't go anywhere else now for my car repair.

Friendly, great service and accommodating! My car had supposedly been getting routine maintenance from the dealer but Pleasant found a bunch of items that they missed over the last two years. Definitely saved me a dead car or a future big expense down the road!

Leaps and bounds the best customer experience I have ever had at an independent auto repair shop. Hands down. Ken in the front as the face of the business is surgical. You have to try this place. I literally can't say one negative thing about my experience. I was wowww 'ed enough to write this review and I'm not easily impressed. Absolute first class service from nut to bolt. I found my new place.

A friend had recommended Pleasant Car Care and since I'm relatively new to the area, I trusted her recommendation and I am so glad I did. The staff here is incredibly kind and caring. When I first scheduled my appointment, I had booked it for a few days out. After reviewing my appointment request, I got a call from them saying they could squeeze me in that day since what I had suspected was wrong with my car was something they thought I should get checked ASAP. From then, I had a feeling their customer service would be on another level. Aaron texted and called me each time there was an update on my car and showed pictures/videos of what they were seeing which allowed me to trust their work.I had work done on my car at an out of state Napa affiliated shop and that part I had gotten replaced needed replacing again and I knew it was still under warranty. After confirming that Pleasant Car Care was also Napa affiliated, Aaron did the heavy lifting of communicating with my previous shop and Napa to ensure my warranty was honored.They also called me an Uber to take me back home after I had dropped off the car which was something an auto shop has never done for me before. The car was also done quite quickly for the repairs I needed done. Highly recommend this auto shop!

This place is outstanding they're very courteous and allowing me to use one of their vehicles during the time that my car was being fixed I was very pleased with the service and and will be continuing moving forward if anything else goes wrong with my car I appreciate you guys you're awesome

Beware of aggressive upselling. I brought my vehicle to them for some new brakes which to be honest they did a good job with. They were pointing out all these other things that they said were very important to repair, but I felt like it was aggressive their recommendations and their review system never stops asking you for a review. So here's your review.

100% will be coming back! The hood of my car wasn t closing and the folks at Pleasant Car Care gave my car a total inspection, fixed the latch, and even offered to get me and Uber too and from work all for free. They gave me in invoice with estimates before doing any work on my car and were extremely informative. I didn t end up getting any additional work done as my car is a piece of junk on its last legs anyways, but I really appreciated their generosity!! Definitely come here!!

This is my local independent garage, used them for years. Recent experience was suboptimal when charged over 100% markup on parts leading to a bill >$1800 dollars more than other quotes.

Kenny and staff were very friendly and informative. Took car in for brakes and rotors and new tires. Car was ready the next day and everything is running smoothly. New to the area and thankful to find a shop close by that has great staff and does great work. Thanks to everyone at pleasant car car!

While "Pleasant Car Care" professionally presented, thier findings were presented in a disingenuous manner. They scared my daughter into needing an immediatevalve cover replacement, turning a simple request for an oil l change, into a $1200 job - presenting it to her catastrophic problem demanding immediate repair!And - to add insult to injury - they charged $245 an hour labor!The Chrysler dealership, who is known for high repair costs, "only" charges $189.95 an hour.Pleasant Car Care gave a face to the expression "highway robbery".Note that the car is 16 yrs old and oil seepage from gaskets is not uncommon - but certainly doesn't demand immediate repair. Had they just notified her of their observations, she could have reasonably declined the repair for the time being and sought comparative quotes. Or, even allow Pleasant Car Care to perform the repair when my daughter had the money in her budget for it.She just needed an oil change.

I ve been going to Pleasant Car Care for years and have been pleased with their service in the past. This time was not so good. They used remanufactured parts priced like new parts, there was a discrepancy in price and need for an engine wash and when the service was done and I had the car for a day, the check engine light came on and the temperature spiked. I took it back and found no coolant in the radiator. After some debate as to the reason, it was filled and I left. After a month the car is fine with no issues.Service: Oil change

Tim was super helpful today when I managed to get the seatbelt stuck. He did it in under 7 minutes and charged me nothing. (That s not to say it ll be free for everyone Charlie/Pleasant car care has been our official car guy/place for a decade now!) You won t regret choosing pleasant car care. I promise. This kind of service and competence is sadly too rare these days.

My car smelled of gas and for sake of safety, I asked your crew to checked. They checked the under the hood and also tested driving. All things were fine and it was free of charge. Really appreciate this service. Happy new year!

I've had my car worked on here on three occasions. The work is always explained clearly, the price is transparent and the work is done accurately. The staff is pleasant and professional, and they will coordinate rides or rentals if needed.

A few miles into a long road trip, my fianc� and I thought we were hearing some noises coming from our car. The team at Pleasant Car Care was able to get our car looked at in a moments notice, and have us out on the road again in no time. They were extremely accommodating for myself, my fianc� and our dog we had with us.I hope I can go here anytime I need work done on my car. The team was quick, helpful and understanding of our concerns.

My wife and I have been visiting the Newton location for almost 8 years now; the team there has always been prompt, professional, and helpful with our cars- from warrantee replacements on brakes and fixing issues with rodents chewing wires, down to the basics like oil changes.

This place serves with honesty and integrity. My A5 has been serviced here and I always pull out like I'm driving a new car. They go out of their way to keep me and my car in good condition and advising me on my future expenses. If you need any mechanical advice, Charlie and his team are the best in the area. I fully recommend.

Came in on a Saturday morning with what we thought might be a battery issue, turns out our starter was failing and finally kicked the bucket in their bay. They were able to find a new part and replace the whole thing same day, didn t have us wait more than 2 hours for the whole ordeal. Eddie was kind, professional and explained how everything worked. Grateful for these folks and their standup service.

Called in to ask about an alignment job. The rep was willing to take me the same day but I needed to make an appt for the next morning. They were very respectful and exhibited the pleasant care and customer service in their name. I also enjoyed their waiting area equipped with reliable wifi.
