Great service & total professionalism. Was having an issue with my '21 Durango GT Plus radio & Navigation. Took it in for maintenance inspection, which resulted in needing a new radio. Came back the following week & they changed it out in 3 hours. Dealership even provided me free Ubers to & from my home. Can't beat that!

I d like to say there was an improvement in customer service after getting a call from the manger. All of my concerns were addressed and my jeep received the care it deserved and also felt respected and heard. That being said I m all about second chances moving forward . Thanks Kevin !History This dealership seams to favor men clients. I took my jeep in for a recall and maintained issue. I was suspicious about the condition of my 2022 jeep compass. During the first maintained inspection I was told it had an oil leak that they could take care of easy peasy seal.Now this is the fourth maintained so I took it to a trusted mechanic he said look take pictures you have a pretty serious oil leak ! Hmm how did McGovern not notice this my last visit ?Today I asked they said it probably wasn t leaking. Really I said I seriously doubt that. May I have a loaner while you fix that manufacturing defect, ?I was told look we can t just give loaners to everybody We aren t capable and I doubt it. I wasn t spoken to to with any type of consideration so I told them I m writing a review and contacting my leading agent! He said he would speak to a manager.While I m waiting a man drives in. The man checked him I. And while I m waiting room with me a service employee comes over shakes his hand and says Mr I ll have you in a car soon thank you for coming in!So this executive looking guy gets respect and a car while I get listen lady No! So Disrespectful!!! I m furious

I had excellent experience purchasing my new Jeep with McGovern; from my initial phone call all the way through the final paperwork, they were friendly and responsive. Their vehicles are priced fairly and very competitively. I had a great experience working with Clayton, who ensured I found the exact car I was looking for and worked with me to get a great deal on the car and fair deal for my trade. He very professionally worked with me through the entire buying experience. Their finance department was also very helpful in making sure I walked away with all of the coverage I was looking for and info I needed.

I hate the whole car shopping process, but my salesman Erik made the whole process better. He did not pressure me in anyway, listened to what I was looking for in a car, and worked with me until we found the right vehicle. I will be referring anyone I know looking for a car to Erik in the future. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of a five stars was the finance process. I understand there are always more warranties you can purchase at this step. I had to say I was not interested multiple times to then be asked why I was saying no. After around the third time of me saying no, I wish the advisor just left it alone.

The best experience purchasing a vehicle ever. The manager, Frank, made it easy. Also had my first experience with the body shop and service departments which were both 5 star. We had a very positive experience at the McGovern location in Newton! The salesperson was NOT like the proverbial car salesman (Thank goodness!). And the price for the Jeep that we eventually purchased was incredibly competitive as well! I we found the color that we wanted, the clean Carfax that we needed, and the price that was perfect!

Typical dealership charlatanism. I took my car there for them to look at an unessential problem with the in-car entertainment system I was hoping they could diagnose and fix. While the car was there, I also asked them to do a state inspection.Well, they charged over $200 (I think $230) for the diagnosis, only to recommend that they replace the entire head unit (to the tune of over $1000), just to see if that would fix the problem (it wouldn't). Meanwhile, they identified 5 other "important" repairs that I needed to do, totaling well over $2000. To add insult to injury, when I asked them not to do any of the repairs over the phone, they told me the car was ready to pick up with the new inspection sticker, but when I got there, they said oh, no, we didn't do the inspection, because the car wouldn't have passed "because of the tires". I drove directly from there to my regular mechanic, where of course the car passed inspection without any problem.Avoid the service department here at all costs. Just pick a random mechanic on the map and you'll have a much better experience.

I recently leased a compass from McGovern Jeep. Wilson was our sales person, very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Once we decided on the car our paperwork took much too long- we had someone new on the job- who was having some challenges with the computer etc, so it took over 2 hours just to sign paperwork- I think some teammates should have jumped in after an hour but otherwise I am very pleased

I had a great experience with McGovern Jeep in Newton. My car is unique with some custom parts and they didn t have any trouble with it. I got the car back working perfectly within a week and a half or so. Also the people were really great and so easy to work with. I spoke with several staff, all super kind and explained everything in simple terms so I understood exactly what needed to be done. I couldn t have had a better experience. I 100% recommend McGovern jeep in Newton as they are fast, easy and reliable! I hope this helps.

Our vehicle was towed to the dealer's auto shop to check on a flat tire and a couple of filters. The invoice that we received was for $600+. When my husband called the clerk on it, stating that there are things on the invoice that we did not ask for, nor were completed, the clerk removed the charges almost right away. We left feeling that if we didn't check (as so many people don't do a thorough job checking their invoices), they would have charged us $400 over what the job actually cost. The actual cost was $195. We have no problem with the actual work that was done, it was fine. It's the customer service component that we were not satisfied with.

I had the absolute pleasure to have met Carlos!! It was towards the end of day, and I needed to go to a Chrysler service place. I called 3 closer to where I live and all of them were packed until mid-May! It was urgent and even though it was near closing, Carlos had waited for me to bring the car in at end of day so it can be taken care of first thing next day. As promised he checked me in, was miticulous on the process and then got the car checked the very next day. He walked me through the entire thing, didn't pressure me to make any purchase to services I don't want and got my problem worked out ASAP! Thank you Carlos & team!

First to arrive. Last to leave. Really disappointed in communication (supposedly my truck wasn t even seen by a mechanic for three hours) and setting expectations and wait times (a few hours). I waited 5+ hrs for a simple headlight change and oil change (took mechanic over two hours to fix). Their excuses included an incompetent mechanic who didn't know how to change out the headlight. Then blaming the lack of a headlight that works. (Only had one new bulb that did not work so they needed to ask a nearby dealership to deliver one) It also doesn't make sense to me to prioritize others who arrive after me especially since it's a simple oil change and headlight change out. I'll be going to another dealership from now on. Don't feel respected or treated fairly in comparison to other customers with a different skin color from me. Also the service person who serviced me seemingly was prioritizing me but in reality I was last in line in priority

Josh on the sales team was excellent no pressure to buy , he took his time with us made us feel very comfortable during the whole sales process.The purchase manager that was handling our paperwork was also excellent he also took his time to explain everything in detail.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A REPAIR SHOP. When I arrived at the dealership, they asked me what I was coming in for. I told them to have my airbag replaced, which they already knew as it was listed in the check in email. After a minute, their desk person came out and said "yea, I don't think we have any in." My response of course was to question why they didn't have the part already, knowing that's what I was coming in for. I had made the appointment weeks prior, already arranged for transportation both ways, and arrived early. The desk person responded "yea, sorry, I'm not the one who made the appointment," completely failing to take responsibility and acting as if this fact absolved them of any inconvenience that they caused. They said they would order the part and call me back to schedule a new appointment in a couple of weeks, as if they were doing me a favor. It's been weeks and they still haven't called me. I've never experienced the level of disrespect that I did with McGovern.

Best service visit I have had in years. My Wrangler was having several major issues they were able to fix everything in a week. Pretty sure my former dealer would have had it at least a month.

This is by far the best dealership , dropped the car without an appointment, it was in the shop before the estimated time, it was properly disgnosed and fixed right the first time, and the charge was less than I anticipated. Those guys are honest and go above and beyond advisor Dan and service manager Kevin are legit the best I can t wait for Matt McGovern to blow by old and overrated creep called Herb chambers

The service today at McGovern was exceptional. The staff was efficient and took me right in. The waiting room supplied coffee and seating and was clean. The wait for the oil change was not long and I was walked to my car by a staff member.

I had my Wrangler services last month which included having the front brakes pads and lines replaced.After the service, my ABS indicator light turned on randomly. I brought it up to my Service Advisor, Juan. He and his team had me come in right away, and the fixed the light problem with no additional charge.I appreciate the professionalism, and amazing customer service. I would recommend Juan if you have your vehicle serviced here.

was an ok experience but could have been improved. They made a number of recommendations, like 9 of them, which was fine,but sent it in a text notification and did not call me over to review it or discuss it with me. Need to have a1:1 discussion in person, not in a text or email especially when I was in the next room

Excellent service from vehicle purchase in 2022 to today where I had a routine maintenance appointment. All staff members have been professional and hard-working to ensure a great experience. Never thought I would ever leave a glowing review for any car dealership, but McGovern truly earns it!
