I highly recommend Dewire Bros Auto Body for any of your auto body work needs. I am a very grateful happy customer. I have found them to be very honest, fair and excellent work. The staff at Dewire Bros. is wonderful! My car had damage to the entire passenger side from front to back. So much work went into this repair and my car looks better than ever.I highly recommend this shop for personalized attention, experienced craftsmanship, and professionalism. Kudos to the office personnel, the technicians, and the individuals who wash and clean the vehicles. It takes an efficient team to achieve excellence!Thank you!

Steve, Debbie, and everyone at Dewire do incredible work! My Soul Red CX-5 was rear ended earlier in the year. I had the car repaired by another body shop who just replaced the rear bumper. The color match was pretty bad, especially in overcast lighting conditions (check out my other review on my profile).I brought the car to Steve and he assured me they could do much better because they would blend the paint into the quarter panels and liftgate, as well as just generally get a better color match. They didn t disappoint, the car looks exactly or almost better than when I bought it. They did this all while negotiating with the insurance company to make sure they would pay for the blending because it was an expensive task.Soul Red and Machine Grey colors from Mazda are extraordinarily difficult to match because they are three and four stage colors (usually a color coat followed by a tinted clear, then finally the clear coat). To get the color to match properly, especially over large areas (like where the back fender meets the bumper) they usually must be blended to get the color transition right. Steve and his team are incredibly professional, do what they say they are going to do, and stand behind their work. You almost can t even see the transition point between the fender and the rear bumper. I can t thank them enough for the work they did.

Had a fantastic experience with Dewire Bros after my new car was hit and damaged. I just picked up my car from Dewire Brothers and it looks amazing they took out a rusted scratch / dent out and it looks like nothing ever happened. Car looks new and smells sooooo clean and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely be using them again if I have any auto body issues.

I originally went to Dewire Brothers Auto Body in Newton based on recommendations from a few of my friends who've had work done there. The prompt, professional and courteous service provided by Steve, John and Debbie cannot be beat.Working with them was hassle free! They emailed their estimate to our insurance co., ordered the parts, called me after ordering to let me know when all would be ready so we could schedule a day good for me.Since then I have used them on many occasions with our six company vehicles, and I would not take them anywhere else. The service and quality this place offers is top notch. I can see why my friends spoke so highly of this place. For anyone who needs body shop work this is the company to use.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This company is great. We have known them for almost 30 years. Our cars have gotten bumps and bruises over the years but these guys have always come through with a great job at a fair price. The most recent visit required a new door. After careful discussion we all decided a used one was the best option. The original door to this car had never exactly worked well from the day it was driven off the car lot. Dewire replaced this door as we had decided and the door works better than it ever has. Nice and tight, no creaking when opening, no clunky noises when opening the window. We do not often write reviews, but this recent experiencing where the car came back better than we brought it in, we just had to give them a big thumbs up. They fixed the car quickly and for the price estimated. We recommend this company highly for auto body needs.

Debbie was wonderful at setting my mind at ease when I brought my 2015 MINI in. I brought it in for body work on the left rear which had a gaping hole. After the work was complete a day early, my car looked like new. I would definitely recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The people employed here are heaven sent - from Debbie s cheerful greeting on the phone (or in person), to Steve s work ethic and knowledge of all things mechanical, and John s commitment to excellence his family began years ago. This place is the real deal - alongside quality expertise and service, you are greeted with kindness by genuine people who are proud to deliver genuine results every time. I am thankful for every minute working with Dewire Bros. and would never choose to take my car anywhere else.

AMAZING! The people who work here are amazing! So nice and accommodating with A+ customer service. I brought my car here after an accident because my boyfriend did 5 years ago and recommended it with his fantastic experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and try to help lessen any stress you may have. I would definitely come here again with my service. Thank you!!!

I could not have had a better experience. They delivered on all aspects of service efficient at providing an estimate; timely acquisition of the parts required; did the work in exactly the time they said they would and it is excellently done. In addition they cleaned my car inside and out just like new! AND they provided shuttle service between the shop snd Riverside T station. My daughter is a Brandeis University student she had an accident while at school. We were referred to DeWire Brothers to have her car repaired. She was very nervous taking her car for repairs. They were very reassuring to her, we got a prompt fair estimate, and they repaired the car faster than anticipated. Equally as important they treated my daughter with respect.Thank you to the team at DeWire Brothers.

Extremely helpful, professional, and quick! The office manager reached out to insurance when they needed a re-appraisal after initial and set up car and extension with the rental company. Easy to work with and made everything go smoothly.

Today is April 5; DeWire has had my car since March 8 -- and I only have a promise I'll get it back today. Everyone has been nice enough when I call or visit, but I can't believe they're taking so long.Latest thing: At almost the last minute they remembered (oops) that they need to go to a Toyota dealer to "reset the air bags." Shouldn't that automatically be the final step when you need to replace air bags?Plymouth Rock Assurance sez they'll stand behind DeWire, so I plan to notify them about the delays *once I finally get the car back!* Also: How does a typical driver judge the quality of body work? Lots of trust involved here.The only advantage -- not much of one -- is that this place is in my city, so I was able to visit the car as needed to pick up FastPass transponder, car phone recharger and so on.I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, I don't think I'd let this place touch it!
