Fantastic experience with Clay! Got hit by an Eversource vehicle and their insurance company tried to low ball the estimate - Clay auto body provided a much more accurate statement and was also really helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Nicole at the front was really helpful and the car was returned looking better than ever, including a detail which was a thoughtful touch. Can t say enough about how good our experience was. Thanks Clay Auto!

The man who helped me, I think his name was Sergio, was very Knowledgeable, kind and patient! He Gave me important information so I didn t get overcharged in the future. As a first time car owner I know very little and was so grateful for straightforward help with no nonsense! I will definitely be taking my business to Clays Auto body in the future!!

This shop took the time and energy to fix my car and have it be as good as new. Plus I appreciated the internal cleaning job they did, it was a welcomed bonus to have the car returned with the inside of it being immaculate. Nicole and Mark did a great job communicating with me throughout the repair process and the shop was very ethical in refunding me the same day my insurance notified them that they d be covering the entire bill. You can 100% trust this company with your car repair experience.

My car was rear ended and pushed into another car, I called the dealer and asked where to bring it and they said "Clay!" without any hesitation. Clay took care of everything, including dealing with an absolutely terrible insurance company, and the end result is a my car looks like brand new. While I certainly hope I never have to visit Clay Auto Body again I know exactly where I'll go if I need body work done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Car towing

I highly recommend Clay Auto Body to anyone in the Boston area looking for a professional, reliable repair shop. My car was involved in an accident, and due to an insurance dispute, it was awaiting repairs at Clay Auto Body for over four months and was then declared totaled by the insurer. Throughout the difficult process, Matt and Mark at Clay were unbelievably kind, responsive, and helpful. The estimate they gave me was reasonable, and they were honest about potential increases in the price of repairs as they worked on the car. They always returned my calls and e-mails, and they negotiated directly with the insurance company when needed. I anticipated the car would be repaired, so I didn t clean out my trunk before it was towed to the shop when it was determined the car would be salvaged, Clay kept my belongings safe until I could come pick them up. The ordeal didn t turn out as I d hoped, but everyone at Clay did the best they could to help make it as easy as possible. The service is more than worth making the drive (or tow) from Boston.Service: Body & Trim

I went over to Clay Auto Body to get a quote to touch up/repair the back quarter panel of my car after a dent/scrape in a parking lot. I explained that I did not want a full expensive repair, but just a touch up so it doesn't rust.I was immediately helped out and was provided touch up paint free of charge! Clay Auto helped me out and wasn't just looking for a quick buck. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be a customer in the future!

Clay is a Commerce/Mapfre EZ-Care program partner. Their service is excellent in every phase of the service. They addressed all my special requests. Have used them a couple of times already, and will continue.

A delivery truck side swipe my 2017 Honda CRV while I was at work. My boss recommend this place to me and decided to give them a phone call. They were really nice and completed the job in a timely matter.I booked an appointment to drop off the car, went to Clay and they came out and looked at my car. They highlighted all the damages and then we went inside and fill out the paperwork. After they called for the rental car to come pick me up to process the car rental. Clay also gave me a rough estimate time of when they will complete it. They also told me the process of what they going to do. They also help me process my insurance.Once it was complete, they gave me a call and I went to pick up the car. They did a awesome job and it doesn't look like it was damaged to it.Thank you Clay! Fantastic service, will never send my car anywhere else if the need arises again. They helped arrange towing and most importantly took my car immediately when other body shops in the area were telling me there would be a month-plus delay before I could get an appointment. They were helpful and communicative when my insurance company was being difficult about approving a supplemental estimate. They even helped me understand my rights under state law with regard to my insurance company, something they absolutely did not have to do and that helped me speed up the supplemental estimate approval by my insurance. They had my car back to me very quickly at a time when I know it can be hard to obtain parts, and they were always helpful and friendly when I called for updates. Finally the car looked great and drove perfectly. Would recommend to anyone!

I can honestly say the service is impeccable! I had brought my vehicle to get painted due to an accident. Mark ( the owner ) was professional, friendly, kind, and made my entire experience go as smoothly as possible. I was always called with up dates, and when they told me anything they stuck to their word and delivered every time!The paint job was phenomenal and they cleaned my car from top to bottom when the job was complete. I had a great experience with Clay Auto Body on my CRV Honda 2019. Unfortunately, I was victim to a careless driver who hit my bumper. The folks at Clay set proper expectations with timing and did fantastic work to repair my damage. The reason you go to a body shop is never a good one. Clay Auto Body made it a great experience for me. They stand by their words that client satisfaction is their utmost goal. I am a demanding customer, I wanted my car to be like there was no accident ever. And they delivered! It took some time and iterations, but they did it. Their attitude is awesome. You find something that is not quite right and they fix it without questions asked. I found it to be so important when you already are in a stressful situation.The result of repairs is great. Everything is perfectly aligned and painted so that you can't see the difference between painted and original parts. You can't see that there was ever any damage done to the vehicle. Paperwork was also very easy - they handle it all for you, as they are participants of Car EZ.So my first ever accident experience in the US was a good one, mostly because of the team at Clay Auto Body. Thank you all so much and a separate thanks to Mark for caring about me so much :)

Mark and his team at Clay are awesome. Great communication and coordination with rental car company and took care of everything with the white glove treatment. Car came back looking better than new.

Highly recommend Clay Auto Body! Mark was wonderful to work with, and any team members I spoke to were kind and patient. The work was done within days of receiving an estimate, and they went above and beyond in the repair. As this was my first time seeking an auto repair myself, I really appreciated Mark s transparency in the estimate process, and the end result exceeded all expectations. Clay Auto Body repaired my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek after extensive damage to the right front door and under carriage from an accident.The door had to be replaced and painted. The Subaru was beautifully repaired and sparkly clean inside and out when I picked it up! They handled all the billing to insurance and the staff was always professional and friendly when i called for an update. I highly recommend this auto body shop! I found this place through Liberty Mutual while trying to handle the aftermath of an accident, and I'm so grateful I went with them. Throughout the process they were kind and helpful, even arranging a rental car for me that I could drive away at the same time as I dropped off my vehicle before work. The car came out beautifully and they even did a little extra work on it at no cost to me. I couldn't be more pleased and I'd definitely recommend Clay Auto Body.

A great place to go after a bad accident! My brother took his car there to get it fixed after an accident. He found that everyone in the office was extremely helpful and nice. Great customer service! Everyone in the office was very friendly Matt, Mark, John, and, Doug. They made the process as pleasant as it can be.

I had an excellent experience with Matt and the entire crew at Clay Auto Body. They go the extra mile for their customers including working with the insurance adjuster and managing the logistics of a rental car. Matt also answered endless questions and emails from me asking for updates expeditiously and professionally. Most important, they take great pride in their work--I cannot even tell where the damaged part of the car has been re-painted. I recommend Clay Auto Body without hesitation and thank all the guys who worked on our RAV4!

Professional, dealer-quality service. Clay's repaired my girlfriend's car door dents, and restored her vehicle to like-new condition. I even had some minor bumper damage on my car repaired for free! They're very reasonable about prices and turnaround. I would return here for any future car damage solutions in the future. Mark made our repair process swift and easy. 5/5

My car was here for repair after getting rear ended at slow speed. The major positive is that people here are super nice to interact with. They also cleaned my car to cleaner condition than it has been in years.The repair process take long, really long, more than 2 weeks. However, 1.5 weeks was for Progressive insurance being slow and difficult so can't blame Clay Auto on that too much.I'd give 5 stars but there is some weird darker spot on my bumper after the repair which I deduct one star for (quite difficult to notice in a picture but easily noticeable to bare eye). Second star goes because I was not offered a receipt of any kind for the repair which is weird the very least.

Recently had to bring my car in after an accident. The staff at Precise Autobody did a wonderful job, kept me updated as to the progress and the end result was like a new car again. (Great detailing on the interior as well!). The best part was how simple they made the process, with seamless interaction with the insurance company and arranging rental car as well. Very happy with the outcome, car came out great.

My vehicle was recently in an accident and I knew immediately who to call, Dwayne at Clay Auto Body. I had followed him from a previous employer and knew the high standards he had for professionalism, customer service and quality work at a fair price. Dwayne and the entire staff took very good care of me throughout the entire process. I was very happy with the finished product and highly recommend Clay Auto Body without reservation.

These guys are great. Very nice, professional, keep you updated on the status of your car with realistic timelines (excellent service), and also do a great job on the car itself. My experience was extremely positive and easy! They go above and beyond, and are grateful for patronage. Highly recommend this place!

Our Suburu Outback was damaged badly in a parked car accident in Dec 2019- Matt and the crew at Precise Auto did a tremendous job restoring the vehicle to factory status - we were very happy ---- well as things go our Outback was clobbered again in a parked car accident in April - so of course I called up Precise and sent my broken vehicle to them for repair... again they exceeded all expectations Matt kept me updated and the work was flawless.
