The team did amazing job on my car. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for car detailing in the area. Left my sunroof open during a storm. Left a nasty damp smell in my car. Gray Brother Auto Detailing is the best shop in the area for hand washing, detailing and paint corrective services. I have been fortunate enough to have them clean and detail my vehicles for the last 3+ years. Their professionalism, knowledge and capability is World Class. After getting nearly 100 car washes with them and multiple full details I can attest that my cars (Audi S4 and Q7, Jeep Rubicon, Ford Edge, BMW M2) were always supremely cared for and I've never had one complaint.Tom and Ryan are always welcoming, gracious and informative. They are incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with and always give me a clear explanation of what they plan to do and how much it cost. The two of them and their employees have years of knowledge of their products and offer an excellent array of services at very reasonable prices. I have observed their attention to detail with my own and many other customers vehicles when I've been by the shop.I am a car enthusiast and do many of my own car projects on my own. No matter how many rinses, waxes, polishes, sponges, buckets, hoses or vacuum attachments I buy, they always manage to do a better job (in about 1/10th the time I take). They set a level expectation of what they can do and in my opinion always exceed my expectations. Never a drip, streak or spec of dust remains once they are done.They have the highest level of integrity and offer a great value on top of their expert skills. Often they will offer me guidance about which products are best and which services are necessary even when what I'm proposing would cost me more. It is rare in business today that a shop would only suggest what is needed and not take advantage to add more expensive, but unnecessary services.Recently they did a full paint correction to my 8 year old Audi S4. I bought the car CPO from a dealership after it completed a 3 year lease. Today the paint looks better than the day I bought it. I can honestly say that I am noticing details in the paint that I didn't know existed before. It looks brand new!! This level of restoration could only be accomplished by masters of their craft painstakingly attended to my car as if it were their own.I would highly recommend the Gray Brothers to anyone interested in hand wash, waxing, interior or exterior detailing and paint restoration. If your car needs to be cleaned up from daily use or it needs preparation for the Concours d'Elegance these are the guys that you need to see. They are always friendly, honest and extremely good at what they do!!

The Gray Brothers did an incredible job with my car. I dropped it off with 12 years worth of deep stains in the seats and ample sand and debris throughout the interior. I was embarrassed and worried that my car would always look as gross as it did. When I picked up my car just a few hours later, it was beautifully unrecognizable.The Gray Brothers were friendly and informative, as this was my first auto detailing experience. They were honest about their concerns with certain stains (and then successfully removed them). The cost was beyond reasonable for the quality of work delivered. Outstanding work! This is my second time working with them.The inside of my car was damaged by water. They did an amazing job of removing the water and the detailing the car inside and out. They made my 2014 Honda look brand new! Tom squeezed me into his busy schedule because he knew I was concerned about permanent water damage. Tom and his crew are second to none. Very reasonable prices and amazing value when you see what they can do with your car. I highly recommend Gray Brothers Detailing.

These guys worked an absolute miracle on my badly stained seats. I had tried home remedies and dealership detailing, but nothing moved these ancient dark stains s from my 16-year old car with light beige fabric. I had given up! But recently found Gray bros online and decided to see if these dedicated pros could make a difference. I left my car with them for the morning, got a text that it was ready at noon, but when I came back at 2pm they were *still* working on it. "I thought it was ready" I said, but (presumably) one of the Gray brothers told me "we weren't happy, still saw stains, so we kept going - do you mind leaving it with us a but longer?" 45 minutes later they were done, and the interior looked very nearly like new. And some of those stained areas were BLACK beforehand. Yes, a little scuffing on the fabric in one or two places was there from the scrubbing, but not much at all and totally understandable.Anyway, I was super impressed with the result, it totally exceeded expectations. More importantly, I was impressed with how dedicated they were to actually solving my stain problem, rather than just spend x hours doing work and stopping. Great work. Much to my surprise, I recently discovered Gary Brothers Auto Detailing. They are located on the back side of Home Designs Place (the building with the Verizon store) and are not visible from Needham Street. The Gary Brothers specialize in detailing interiors and hand washing exteriors of cars and light trucks.I looked over their website and found pricing to be very reasonable. They offer the traditional hand wash and wax and did not seem to be pushing the very high dollar ceramic or graphene coatings.Driving past, I could see three clean work bays and several clean looking cars parked outside.I was glad I found them because after the winter my car's interior could use a good detailing.

So the story about this place is that I wanted to treat my new car right. I first brought this to a "wash yourself" place and also a "touchless" car wash system.... Both left completely awful water stains on the car when it dried.I decided that a "soft brush" car wash was just fine, since it couldn't harm my car that much... I couldn't have been more wrong. It looked like someone just used a brillo pad all over the front of my car.Luckily Gray Brothers were willing and able to help me out with my car. I have to say it looks amazing and is very clean! They polished and waxed the car, and I think it was worth the correction.I think I've learned my lesson here, and will get hand washes from here going forward.Services: Scratch removal, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Had an outstanding experience getting three cars detailed here. 911 Turbo Cab, Range Rover ATB SVA, Infiniti QX80. All three came back better than my prior use of detailers. Typically get them done 2x per year so am in touch with the details which can be easily overlooked (individual slats of vents, deep door pockets etc). Highly recommend their work. Costs were very reasonable for work done and it is clear they are enthusiastic about their cars and work.Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing

They brought my Porsche Cayenne back to brand new. It was amazing. Dropped off in the morning and it was as nasty and messy as my kids could make it and by 3:30 it was literally a different car. I went for total package with wax and full interior and exterior wash and it was worth it. Highly recommend.

I was recently asked how I keep my cars in such impeccable condition and I can sum it up in four words Gray Brothers Auto Detailing. I have been following the Gray brothers around for over 25 years. The very first time they washed and detailed my car I was not only impressed I was hooked on them as they are by far the best in the industry in this area. They are extremely conscientious, use only the best products and have a trained eye and can see imperfections that are not on most people s radar. I have a 39-year old Mercedes SL that won best in its category both times it was entered into a competition at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum car show event and the car also came in second in a national competition a few years ago. Each time I showed the car Gray Brothers thoroughly detailed it before the event putting it in optimum condition and I could not have placed as well without them. I also own a Porsche Panamera that is now four years old and it looks like the day I bought it because Gray Brothers wash and detail it as needed. I was drawn to reading the review that gave them less than five stars as I couldn t imagine them deserving a lower rating. I didn t believe for one minute that Gray Brother s forgot to clean something as large as a trunk. Then the review steered the readers to a competitive business making me think someone aligned with the competitive business might have written the review because you can t get better than the Gray Brothers and certainly not way better by any stretch of the imagination. They do not have a group of teenagers cleaning cars and both Gray brothers Tom and Ryan are hands-on. There is nothing about the three-star review that rings true. If you want the best in the auto-detailing industry for all types and models of vehicles at a reasonable price don t hesitate to call Gray Brothers and see for yourself. I have sent numerous friends and clients to them over the years and I have only had great feedback. Tom and Ryan are also wonderful people and that makes the entire experience top-notch. In short, Gray Brothers Auto Detailing strives for excellence and you can t get any better than that.

I love this place. Everytime I go there I see exotic cars. The last time I was there I saw a GT3 Bentley one of 100 in the US. The 2 brothers are such nice guys, even though I drive a 2009 honda they treat me as nice as the guy with the Bentley. Fair prices and great service. Definitely recommend it.

Overpriced in comparison to other places. I took my car to this place and they failed to clean the headliners, the trunk was not addressed either and the price is way above the competition. I would not recommend, check for other places around. There is one in Auburndale by RiverSide that is great! I brought my car over there, and I was impressed! Way better than the dealership auto detailing and way better than this place by far. They have a group of teenagers cleaning the cars, while the two brothers are managing the teenager and collecting payment. Maybe it was good years ago when the two brother put their hands on the job. USD 230 for a sedan? Nope, thanks.

I have had the pleasure of both Tom and Ryan wash and detail my cars for the last couple of years. I am pretty OCD when it comes to my cars and they are as well. Whether it be just an exterior wash, they will dry the inside of the door sills and will blow out the excess water from the mirrors. Every 6 months I will have them wax my cars. They will painstakingly not only clay the car by hand, then hand wash and dry it but will then hand wax the car and will make sure that both the rubber and chrome get attention as well. Aside from their talent, they are honest and professional and I look forward to taking my car in again.

My Subaru is almost 7 years old and was starting to show it on the inside. I brought it in for a full interior detail and it came back looking like it just came off the lot. The salt and dirt that was caked into the rugs was no longer, the leather seats were like new. Amazing job fellas.

Amazing customer care, service and results ...Tom Gray and his detailing team are extraordinary!My 2018 Mercedes E300 AMG body was heavily damaged by a flock of geese-Gray Brothers restored the finish to mint show room condition. The work is truly impressive and I ll continue to have Gray Brothers hand wash on a regular basis.

I moved from NYC to Newton 4 years ago. I found the 2 brothers by mistake at the strip mall washing cars in a tent. Hands down the best car wash in Boston!! 2 brothers started from the tent and now have a fantastic hand wash and detail shop. Strongly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Gray Brothers is the best! My truck is used daily for my stump grinding business and it gets very dirty. They completed a full detail and the truck looks like I just picked it up from the dealership! They are the best around!!! A pleasure to do business with- Thanks Gray Brothers!!!!!
