Had an issue with my 2009 Mini Cooper JCW while I was working in Boston. I brought the car to Paul s who did some repairs. Then Joe and Paul recognized that then my main issue was actually still under an extended warranty and sent me off to the dealer for what could have been an almost 4k job which in the end was for free. I truly appreciated the honesty and the attention to detail. I will be working up in Boston for the foreseeable future and Paul s will be my go to shop from here on out. Outstanding experience!!!

I have been a customer of Paul's for years now after he was highly recommended by a member of my family. He's serviced a number of my family's cars and we have always received honest service handled in a very professional manner. We've trusted Paul and his team to work on a number of our cars. Most recently, my 2016 Mini Cooper after it received some water damage to the electrical system and would not start (caused by debris in the sunroof drain). Paul returned my call at 8pm on a Sunday and kindly opened the shop for AAA to drop the car off that night so it could begin to dry out and begin the repair process as quickly as possible. I cannot thank Paul and the team enough for always keeping my cars on the road and can confidently recommend his shop.

Paul is an extremely friendly guy that showed he cared me as a customer. Finding a reliable auto repair shop can be difficult. I have brought my car to Paul in the past where I went elsewhere for second opinions. Paul and one of his particular mechanics showed broke down what was going on with my car and why I did not need new struts, and spark plugs as the other repair shop advised. This place has a lot of integrity, and I recommend at least having a conversation with Paul. You will be able to tell he is a really good person with high character.

I have my 2012 Volvo S60 serviced there and they do an outstanding job. They may not have a state of the art waiting room with snacks and coffee and high def TV (guess who is paying for that) but the service is tremendous. They explain the issues in a way that you understand and I have found them to very respectful and courteous. Fortunately, I have not had any major issues with my vehicle but I would not hesitate to use Paul's for anything. I find the prices to be quite good, certainly less than dealers and other service shops.

It was my first time to leave the car to Paul and Team. I dropped by without an appointment. Discussed the issue and we spoke of the various level of the issue plus estimates to resolve. Dropped the car in at 8am the next day ..picked up at 3pm. It was super service and I will be back as a client.

Traveled from out of town and had my brake pad light on. Called Paul to see if they were open over the weekend. They weren t but he asked me what was going on. When I told him, he gave me good and honest advice vs pushing for business.

One of the best places to take my cars. I have a vintage rare VW, a 03 Toyota 4Runner and my wife has a 17 Toyota Camry. All serviced with a smile and .25% the price of bringing it to a dealer. Ordered parts, installed with perfection and even did a bit of body work. This is a full service station with a big smile. Love these guys and I will be a satisfied customer forever. Paul is as honest as the day is long and I trust him with all my toys.

Great guy and thorough. Told me what needed to be done and what could wait, then showed me the broken parts after they were removed. They were quick too. I trust Paul and his crew with my Volvo.

These guys were great. My car broke down on a Thursday on the freeway on the way to a really important job interview at about 5 o'clock. After getting my car towed there, and explaining how I had a job interview they assured me they would get it fixed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately there were no radiator fans for my car model in stock nearby, so I didn't get my car until Saturday. They called me every step of the way, informing me of exactly what was wrong, how much it was going to cost etc.I would highly reccomend this shop, they seem to really care.

I've been taking my well preserved high mileage 99 Volvo to Paul for about 5 years. He's taken great care of the car. He tells you what you need and then delivers it.

My wife and I have been going to Paul and his staff for years, both foreign and domestic cars, older and newer. He always get's the job done right and timely, gives helpful advice, and always reasonable price -- and a place to discuss the Red Sox!

I suspected brake service needed for my car. Googled online and chose this shop based on user reviews. They are located on the backside of Winchester street. They were courteous and quickly inspected the brakes and told me they were fine. I was fortunate to meet these honest people. Definitely will be back for future needs.

I have a very bad experience with Paul... I called for AC service and oil change but then I decided no to do the oil change just yet... he got upset and told me either both jobs or nothing... what kind of customer service is that? Trying to force me to do something just because I asked him for the price.... I left and went next door at Valvoline... excellent treatment by the way...

We've been entrusting Paul with our vehicles since the garage opened. Paul is a no nonsense kind of guy. You may not like what you hear about what needs to be done on your car, but unfortunately he is usually right.

Was on a trip and needed new brakes on the benz. Could not have asked for better customer service. The job was done with Zimmerman and mercedes parts. Even saved some money over the dealer.

I highly recommend Paul's Foreign Auto. Paul and Joe have always been helpful, honest and they are reasonably priced. They do excellent work, are very responsible and go out of their way to explain what is going on with your car.

Always fast and great work, John is a great guy and never overcharges and always fixes the problems, often does more than what you needed such a great guy he's often booked solid proof of that. Highly recommend.
