I had a great experience from start to finish buying my new car here! Buying a car isn t always stress-free, but the whole team from the salesmen to managers definitely makes you feel comfortable as soon as you get there. Our salesman talked me through all of the process and made what I used to dread an actually enjoyable experience. I ll definitely be buying my next car here as well!

What an awesome experience buying my new Mitsubishi Outlander. Treated well by everyone from managers to salespeople and mechanics. Everything was taken care by them and it made buying a car stress free. Thank you everyone!!!!

I had a test drive scheduled with Ray at 6:30pm, I called at 5pm to confirm and to ask if I could come an hour earlier. I was told it was no problem and everything would be ready when I got there. I arrived at 5:30pm and was told the car had been "sold around lunchtime" that day, why they said otherwise only half an hour before is beyond me. On top of that, it is 24hrs later and the altima is still listed on their website with a red border and text prompting people to "Act Now!" Judging from other reviews it seems this isnt their first time lying to get people in the door. I would highly recommend going to a dealer who doesn't partake in scummy business practices.

I test drove several vehicles Different makes and models at several different dealerships in the areas around New Bedford. Massachusetts, before ending at mitsubishi of New Bedford mass on a Sunday, they were closed.But a salesman told me he would be there in a 1/2 hour. And in exactly a 1/2 an hour as a man of his word, joao arrived at the dealership. He spoke excellent English along with Portuguese. Which my wife speaks very well.He let us test drive a vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he bent over backwards. For us to give us the payment that we needed. And everything that we wanted. We couldn't be more happy with everything that the dealership did For us anyone that wants to purchase a mitsubishi or any vehicle for that matter. Needs to go here. You won't be disappointed. This is not the first timeme and my wife have purchased a new car but I would go here again. Everyone is friendly the place is excellent and the car is fantastic. Believe me, when I tell you you will not be disappointed. I looked at their reviews. And I've never seen a place that doesn't have one bad thing said about it. And now i know why want a great car and excellent service go to mitsubishi of New Bedford

New Bedford Mitsubishi is absolutely AMAZING! I have bought 2 vehicles from them and each time it was an excellent experience. John the Sales Man is wonderful! So easy to work with. No pressure. Roy the GM is also wonderful! He was able to lower my payment. The process was smooth, quick, and easy. And I was able to take my new car home the same day both times. I will never shop for a car anywhere else. I have had 2 Mitsubishi G4s and the Outlander Sport. And I have loved all of them. If you are looking for a new car New Bedford Mitsubishi is the way to go! Thank you so much John and Roy! You both are amazing!

Enjoyed working with Mark Jardin, he was very professional and took care of all our questions/concerns. Shout out to Joao Tavares in service as well as he went above and beyond. My go to without disappointment! I bring my car here for any maintenance and its the only place i will go for as long as Steve is working in the shop! I follow wherever he goes! He has been my mechanic for many years and has Always helped me out, always makes sure he explains in full detail pricing and parts and always gives you the visual not just words. I've also directed many friends and family to go see him for anything as well if they want good work by honest people and they've continued to stick with him too! I figured I've know his work for so many years and to share this will help someone else out if they are looking for solid honest work. Its five+ stars from me!

Highly recommend going to Mark and Roy at New Bedford Mitsubishi to anyone. 10/10 The best local dealership I ve ever came across. Not only is their aim to sell a car and make their profit but also make it a priority that their customers is truly happy in what their purchasing. Very caring and genuine salesman. Buyer Beware!!! I would not trust their service department. Bought a used car from them and taken for a financial ride with constant repairs that they were not up front about. If you re looking for a car or service for your car. Look elsewhere!! I d give zero starts if I could!

If you re looking to buy a car, this is the place. Just a week ago we bought a Mitsubishi outlander 2023 black edition and we could not be happier. Very much thanks to Jo�o Tavares, our sales consultant. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, explaining everything we needed to know in order to make this purchase a success. Definitely recommend! Happy customer here!

I bought a Mitsubishi Cross 2.5 yrs ago. I love it! This is what I wrote in my recent review that the parent company sends after a service appointment:Steve the service advisor is efficient, knowledgeable, committed to the customer and provides excellent customer service. When I recently picked up my car, I told him that he is an asset to NB Mitsubishi and the reason I would buy my next car there.. because of the excellent service he provides. I have recommended friends and family to NB Mitsubishi because of the service department. If he ever leaves your company to work at another dealership, I would follow him and purchase my next car there, solely because I trust that he is doing right by me. That s rare today. Hold onto him he s an asset to your company!

We have a local Mitsubishi dealership and decided to go to this location based off of the amazing reviews. We are glad we did. We have been car shopping for some time now. We aren't the type of consumers who jump into things. We ended up leaving that day with the perfect vehicle for my family and I I felt very comfortable, everything was very upfront. If you are looking for a honest dealership that will work with you Mitsubishi in New Bedford is the place to go.

Went to the New Bedford Mitsubishi, had a very small Tire Pressure. Right Front Tire needed air!!!! 3 time I filled it with air. Decided Togo to Mitsubishi and The Mechanic did a lousy job, didn't even look for the leak in the tire, and this a brand new Mitsubishi...... Tires were set at 36,we were totally Disgusted when Mechanic said that the tire didn't need air, but set the numbers at 36.Not Happy one bit, This Morning again tire needed air!!!!! Dissatisfied Customer!!!.

I've always owned Mitsubishi's. Long lasting cars as long as you give them what they need; maintenance! Steve and Ron over in service are great guys and great mechanics. Not just specific to Mitsubishi either.

Bought a new Mitsubishi Eclipse cross. Salesman offered to take the car for the weekend, had a minor issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it.My wife had cancer and this was her beating cancer gift. The delivery of the vechical was also very quick

I was in a car accident. In November. My 2013 Toyota Rav4 was totaled by the other driver running a stop sign. I initially started looking at used Toyotas at several dealerships, but they were way out of my price range. I was starting worry, I would not find another comparable car to the Rav4. I know, I wanted an SUV above all else. When I found the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Mitsubishi New Bedford, I knew right away that car was waiting for me. When I spoke John, about the car, he was more than accommodating. He held the car for me until Sunday to take a look at it. I was coming from the Cape and it would after 4:30. John reassured me he would be there and not to rush, even though they were planning to close at 5pm for the Company Christmas Party. Once I finally arrived at the Dealership, John was so helpful with the test drive and made plans to pick me up the next day to complete the purchase. Thanks to John, everything worked liked clockwork. I love my new car and I highly recommend working with John.

Steve and everyone in the service department are amazing and make sure they fix everything correctly and give you good information. I definitely trust them when they recommend any work on my suv and are not over priced! They are super honest and I will not take my car anywhere else to get my car serviced. If there is a day I get a new car I will be getting a Mitsubishi from New Bedford Mitsubishi.

I could not be happier with the experience I had at New Bedford Mitsubishi. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half with a brand new Outlander! Danny and Josh were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and I love my new SUV!!

I have hated buying cars and dealing with dealerships forever, I d get major anxiety any time I had to deal with anyone in any dealership until I went to Mitsubishi in New Bedford.It was the first time ever that I had no issues everything got done in ONE day & I had the most amazing experience I could ever have.Thank you to Josh Goncalves who first got me started with all my paperwork.Thank you to John who took amazing care of me & made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.& a big thank you to Roy who finalized everything and made sure everything was done correctly and effectively. I will never use another dealership other than this one. I will recommend all my family and friends to come here because they most certainly will not be disappointed. I am so grateful to have found New Bedford Mitsubishi and the sales team (specifically Joe Amaral) just when I was ready to pull my hair out. It was very much worth the drive from Boston. Joe was incredibly patient and dedicated in helping me find the PERFECT car for me that met all of my needs and request. New Bedford Mitsubishi did a great job with making the buying process as easy and smooth as possible. I will certainly return to New Bedford Mitsubishi for my next car. Thank you, Joe!! =)
