If you want to experience true customer service, have your oil changed here. Every one of these guys are great. They checked my tire pressure and changed a small bulb that was out in my headlight. I just love this place. Been comiing here for awhile and I always leave completly satisfied and with a smile. This kind of customer service is rare these days. Thank you JR's, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Even when asked said they checked fluids and did tires and I watched the whole operation ,and they didn t . Never again!

The men who work here are very professional true gentlemen. Most of the faces you see are long-time employees who take pride in their work. They aren t out to get you to spend money on things that aren t a necessity to the safety or efficiency of your vehicle and are very polite. I ve been a consistent customer here for 10+ years along with my immediate family members and we have had nothing but positive experiences every time. 10 of 10 would recommend to anyone, anytime. My family and I have had our oil changes serviced here under both the older and newer management. I have nothing but great things to say about our experiences. The convenience of having your oil changed in a fast and efficient manner, while being able to sit inside your car comfortably in a drive-thru fashion is awesome. All the gentleman I ve encountered have been courteous, professional, and thorough. They make sure to check my tire pressure and windshield wiper fluid too. They are super helpful. If you want a one stop shop to have your car serviced for an oil change...this is the spot!Service: Oil change

I've been coming here for years and am continually impressed by their level of service. They remember me and my car as soon as I pull up and it may sound silly but because of that I feel really valued as a customer, I will be back for years to come, I'm also biased because they gave my dog treats while we wait!

Go somewhere else. Didn't check anything and overweight man at front stands there doing nothing and chain smokes cigarettes even with customers who have kids in there vehicle. Terrible customer service

Long time customer. A new chapter begins for they are now under new management. The previous owners were a blessing but they sold the business. So far so good. Service technicians are helpful!

This is the location I always go to for my oil changes and they do a great job everytime. This last time they informed me that my air filter was a little dirty, and asked if I wanted them to clean it when I said no thanks that was the end of the discussion they didnt push me to get it done or just do it without asking. These guys really do a great job.

So far so good. No complaints. Usually 2 or 3 cars there when i go. I bring 4 different cars there. Guys in the garage are nice and polite.

It cost me 1,000 to repair the damage they did to my Volvo. Something with the oil filter . The day after the oil change check engine light came on . The car was totally misfiring . Went to Shell Rapid Lube Wed. 1pm. They offer Quaker State & Valvoline oil. This is a two bay shop, from street drive to back, lineup to a bay door. One car waiting, i took other bay waited 10 minutes. Great group of young men working here. A lot of chatter and laughing between them. You stay in your car, direct you over a service pit. Look at wall sign to pick oil/price service you want. I beleive standard oil change/filter $38. I always get Full Synthetic oil $71 plus disposal of old oil $2.50. I know it really is Valvoline full synthrtic because after 5 to 6k miles oil is not discolored like regular or blended oil. They also check/fill tires, radiator fluid, washer fluid, transmission and transaxle. I have honda accord ex with 5 speed manual trans. I can feel them removing torque filler bolts to check fluid levels. I check fluids when out, they definitely added to windshield, radiator. Never pushed to get any additional service probably because theet is always a car waiting.

Seems off the last few times I have been. New faces and less service. They had not checked the air in my last 3 visits. Broke my dipstick in my truck and never mentioned it. And when I asked for new wipers never got any.

Fast and friendly service. Has never tried to push unnecessary work or services. It's the only oil change place I go to.

Good spot to go if you want to get your oil changed within 15 minutes
