I was new to the area and picked this shop because it was close to my home. Paulina was so welcoming right away and helped me throughout the entire process. I originally said I did not need a rental, but when it turned out that I did, Paulina set the whole thing up for me with my insurance and enterprise. She was a life saver. My car is completely fixed and the most beautiful it has been in years. Thank you so much everyone.

My black 2011 Audi A6 was damaged on the passenger side. Both doors needed to be replaced and repair on the bottom frame sills. They did an excellent job and the car looks new after they detailed it inside and out!Paulina, in the office was quick to reply to emails and the collision staff are great.

We brought our Kia Serento 2015 in for repairs and Wings was the best. They are thorough and professional. We highly recommend using them. Dan the manager is first class and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. We would definitely use again for any auto body work.

Mike and his team did an amazing job on my 09' Honda Accord !! My front and rear bumpers look great, and they returned my car washed and detailed, which I was not expecting that at all! but am so grateful for. I brought my SUV in for repairs for a minor accident. Wings was professional and pleasant and so easy to work with.They did a great job on my SUV. It was returned to me fully detailed in and out. My first call to them was professional courteous and knowledgeable. Paulina booked my car to be fixed and said a replacement vehicle would be waiting for me. Although the rental was late...no fault of Paulina all went well. My car was ready in less than a week. It looked brand new and the detailing was spotless. I took my car to them to do some work on the paint. Because a tow company tried opening my door because my son locked my keys in the car and the driver ruined paint. So when I took my car to wing's auto the staff was good. They did a awesome job fixing it. And they detailed my car for free. I got in it and I was like oh my God this is awesome. So yes I recommend wing's auto.

All I have to say is these people are the best with no short cuts and are very helpful with taking. are of rental and set it up for me and i am very happy with them. They will be my number one body shop for me now.

Recently had my Honda S2000 painted there, paint job came out excellent, a couple weeks down the road some defects showed up (rock chips, dents, cracks,) I went back for a touch up on only a few spots, They repaired everything and then some, no charge! Great service awesome people.

Don't have a single complaint about this place. Paulina the office manager has always been so friendly and courteous. She has been very patient with me and my questions/concerns and she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired correctly. I would highly recommend Wings Auto.

They did an oil change on my car after doing body work, they said they don t usually do oil changes but they would because my car was already there, they blew my engine and covered it up by saying I didn t get enough oil changes so my engine blew. Brand new car, oil change every 3000 miles, no way. Engine blew after driving it for less then 5 minutes on my way home from wings, they also said they can t do anything because I left the business already. Yes, this is true, wings in New Bedford. Beware.Service: Oil change

Met with the owner, he gave me a price quickly that was reasonable. They got the work done same day I dropped the car off and, of course, it looked better than when I brought it in.
