I'm not sure why the brake pads at this location are so hi priced.besides that the people at the counter know there business.its a busy store and seems to be well stocked.over all good experience.

I swear a bunch of zombies work here. You can hear a bunch of employees talking and having a wonderful time in the back area multiples times I ve gone here all the while customers wait to be serviced by the counter. This has happened many times. The manager and employees obviously need to be retrained because the way this store is run I don t think is the way corporate would want it run this way.

I'm visiting here from Pennsylvania. Tyson was extremely helpful today assisting me with a battery issue. Super friendly and knowledgeable too. This will the only place I go from now on when I'm here. A +.

We went in yesterday, 1/26 (around 6:30pm), I didn t think to get the names of the men that helped us. They exchanged wipers we had bought at a different autozone, for my daughters first car. The first store had given us the wrong ones. They exchanged the wipers at this store and also installed them for her. I also needed a gas treatment for my car, they were able to recommend. I give them 10/10

As expected! Helped us look up a part bought from them and supported it's lifetime warranty. Helped coordinate with another store to get it to us. Thank you Auto zone for your efficiency and consistency.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Jojo helped me put my wiper blades on in the poring rain. I didn t even have to ask he just offered. He was so kind.

THE HELP IS HONESTLY, UP AND DOWN, DAY TO DAY.... I USUALLY GET MY OWN PARTS AND LOOK UP..... BEEN GOING THERE, SINCE THEY OPENED, AND JUST GOT WORSE AND WORSE.... But, THERE IS A WORKER OR TWO, THAT DOES TRY AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, BUT, NOT TRULY UP TO AUTOZONE CORPORATE STANDARDS !!!! HONESTLY !!!!!

I had called AAA for a dead battery and they told me they couldn't take calls until 6 a.m.So I called them after I got out of work. They assured me someone would come with a battery. Well they sent a tow truck???? And he had no battery and no tools to help me. He said I needed to go to a mechanic????? I got a jump and went right over to autozone near me. The young man "Ben" was very knowledgeable and disconnected the cables and put in a new battery with ease!!!! He was very nice and smart, he should be working as a mechanic somewhere!!!!I will always go to autozone for help and parts for my car thanks to Ben at Autozone on Rockdale Ave. New Bedford.Ben changed my dead battery and took off my corroded cables with ease.

Just came from the store, big thank you to the staff working today. Needed a battery for our 2015 Buick. Usually I would swap out myself, not this time. Way to much stuff on top and did not want mess up the computer. The guys were super nice and made sure the battery was removed and installed without issue. Again thank you.

They don t listen! I went in with my deeply discharged yellow top Optima battery. I spoke with the manager and told her that I needed it charged and that there was a special way to charge it that was told to me by the Optima support agent. She totally didn t listen to me and plugged it into their charger then pointed out that it said Optima yellow top and that it would charge. I told her that it needed a special kind of charge and she said that the charger would take care of it. I called back a few hours later and they told me the battery was bad. I told the gentleman on the phone that I felt that the manager charged it in properly and asked him to do the same type of charge that I was told by the Optima support care specialist. He also didn t listen to me and I called back the next day and they told me the battery was bad. I then ordered the Optima battery charger, attached my battery. It was not a bad battery and it is now holding a charge perfectly well.

Service was terrible. 2 people walked out. B4 me. I almost did too but I needed the part. Waiting at the counter for 15 min while a male employee was in the back flirting with the female employee who jst came in... I Kno cause I could hear them... I said something bc of it

Same experience Joe takes my phone call tells me it's on hold I have my mother call to pay for the parts he says cant do it they close in 5 mins won't have time as I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for confirmation to go grab the items if it couldn't be done that way he should have told me because i would I've paid cash problem solved the most non professional place now my mom is stuck on side of road have to call a tow truck because Mr Joe cant be bothered to stay 1 minute passed close. Corporate is definitely the only way to get my point across. THANKS FOR MAKING LIFE HARDER FOR PEOPLE.

No phone call on the part i was waiting on. I showed up late monday and it was there. My mechanic was missing parts from the order that I picked up. I called before I went back to autozone. The part was there they just didnt give it to me. No one was apologetic. Now I have to pay again for the parts to be installed.

Clean store, Helpful staff, never a long wait & always know their products & recommendations. I got a free diagnosis & cost of parts to repair the issue. Can't ask for more than that.

They always have all the pots necessary for repairs. Call ahead they'll have the part stock at the counter waiting for you when you arrive. Free battery replacement testing.

Pulled up a minute before closing looking for an obviously out headlamp when we pulled to front. Door was locked, guy inside was at the counter and couldn't be bothered. Went to O'Reilly.

Went here for a check engine light. Went over the code with the staff members there. They recommend fuel injector cleaner and it worked! Thanks guys.
