Had some dents removed from our trunk that the dealership wouldn t do. They were terrific. Fast and fair price. Excellent result. Can t tell anything ever happened.

A tree branch fell on my car and I ended up taking my car to Needham Collision for repairs. They were excellent to work with. First of all, they were very transparent - it was early November, they were very busy and had no openings till the Monday after Thanksgiving. But they would fix up my side mirror and help me drive my car while they waited for the parts to come in and a slot to open up. After Thanksgiving they took me in exactly as they had promised and I got my car back in two days. Everything was transparent, communication was great and the work is good. If you, like me, were always nervous about going to a body shop do not hesitate to use Needham Collision, they are the bestServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Illegally plowed snow down the road and made snowbanks in other neighboring businesses driveways. Super rude about it and won't stop or remove the snow when asked

Great experience with Needham Collision. I got an estimate on the spot in five minutes, came back a few days later to schedule the service. I dropped car off on Monday at 8 a.m., and got a call Tuesday morning that the car was ready. I showed up a few hours later to get the car and was amazed at the quality of work done in such a brief period of time and at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Great guys. Emailed Mike about the work and he got back to me promptly. He inspected the car and told me exactly what is needed and how long it will take to fix. We made an appointment the week after, dropped the car off, car fixed, shop called me exactly when they said it will be done. I enjoyed dealing with everyone I the office. Very nice and courteous and very competitive price. Great bodywork shop.

Mike and his team were extremely professional and finished the body work on my Cadillac ahead of schedule. The added bonus was they detailed my car before returning it to me. My car looked better than when I first picked it up at the dealership. The detailing work was such an added bonus, and a great way to take customer service to the next level! I highly recommend Needham collision to anyone who lives in or works in the Norfolk county area.

Mike of Needham Collision is absolutely amazing! On March 5th, 2021, I emailed a photo of my cracked front bumper at 12:54 pm. Mike responded same day at 1:06 pm, within 12 minutes. He emailed back at 5:35 pm letting me know the parts were in and to come in Friday. I dropped the car off after hours Thursday night and Mike called me at 11:43 am today, Friday 3/12/2021 telling me that the car was done and to pick it up. In addition to the work, Mike also took care of a scratch for no additional charge. The car looks like new. Absolutely Fantastic! A+ rating.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had the misfortune of being in need of body repair on my car. Since I have never been in an accident before, I was unsure of what the process was and what to expect. Gino and his staff at Needham Collision handled everything for me from the begnning with great care and skill. They negotiated everything with my insurance company with no difficulty, had the repairs completed earlier than expected, and did an EXCELLENT job on my car. I had to have my car reinspected by my insurance company after the repairs were completed, and their appraiser said that it was an excellent job and spoke highly of Needham Collision's reputation. I was also impressed with how clean, organized, professional, and friendly the shop and all the people were. Gino was patient, polite, and informative with my many questions and instilled great confidence for all my concerns. My car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I brought it in! I highly recommend Needham Collision to anyone in need of body work!

Needham Collision was so great to work with, super friendly and efficient! I walked in without an appointment to get an appraisal on a dent, and they did it immediately. I was out in ten minutes. I visited them several more times over the course of getting the dent fixed, and each time they were just so friendly and helpful. I never felt intimidated or confused talking with them (which I get a bit nervous about as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars). I was going out of town for a week and wanted to get the car fixed while I was away, and even though they didn't have an opening in their schedule to work on it until halfway through my trip, they let me drop it off before I left and kept it until I got back. There was even a massive snow storm while I was away, and when I picked up the car it was thoroughly cleaned, no snow or ice at all. If I need to go to a body shop again, I'll definitely go to Needham Collision.

Great customer service, really helped me out with the rental car which was ready for me at Needham Collision when I dropped off my car and and I was able to return it to them as well. Kept me updated through the whole process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Needham Collision has been repairing our fleet vehicles for years. Not only are they incredibly nice and professional, but their repair work is second to none. I would recommend Needham Collision very highly, even if you have to make a special trip to get your vehicle repaired there!

These folks are great, in addition to great work they are great communicators, they called me multiple times to give me updates on parts, timing, etc. It means a lot to be kept up to speed on progress on my car.
