George and Ken s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn t satisfactory, they d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn t tell where the scrape had been and they refused to charge me!

Highly recommend if you need any auto body work (especially Tesla model) done there. Very professional and knowledgeable in the work they do. Had work done on the exterior of my car and they even cleaned and polished the inside of my car which was a nice surprise!

These folks are so nice and so helpful, and they did a great job. When I went for an estimate, they didn't just hand me a printout, they explained things and answered questions. They asked for partial payment in advance so they could be sure to have all the parts on hand for a quick repair. When they took the panels off, they found a broken part not previously seen, and they went out of their way to find a replacement to avoid delays. They completed the repair in just two days, and the car looks great. Not only is everything repaired to like-new, but they cleaned the car inside and out. I highly recommend this business.

I found George & Ken's looking for a Tesla-authorized body shop for damage to our Model X. Not only did George & Ken's estimate cost less than Tesla's own body shop estimate, they were able to fix it sooner than Tesla could see us (~2 week wait to get in with G&K--with 1 week to do the work--versus a two MONTH wait to get into Tesla, who told me the work would then take about 2 weeks).The car came back cleaned--inside and out!--with all damages fixed. In the process, it appeared that one of the side mirrors had been damaged. They offered to fix it free of charge - I just needed to wait for them to order the part (plastic snap-on piece that buffets the side mirrors) and return. Beyond the excellent service and price, the guys there are all friendly, polite and easy to deal with. As a woman, I especially appreciated not feeling like I was being fleeced or talked down to.Anyone who has had work done on their car has experienced the pain of things costing more than the estimate, and work taking longer than you were told. I recommend George & Ken's to avoid these issues, and for a great-looking car when all is said and done.Service: Body & Trim

Professional, expert, friendly, authorized Tesla collision service.This was the first time I needed body work on my beloved 2014 Model S. I already knew they had a great reputation, and was glad to get an appointment even though wait times have increased due to supply chain issues and labor shortages. These guys are fantastic! They are responsive, caring, and will make your car look and ride like new. I found them to be easy to communicate with, and the coordination with my insurance company was seamless. George and Ken's is the only place I'll go for bodywork now!Bonus for the fact that they are right around the corner from the Needham Junction commuter train station.

A cousin of mine told me about George and Ken's and I am glad he did. I took my used car in for a new bumper, and now it's the best looking part of my car!The service was prompt, and the communication was professional and consistent. Best Tesla body shop repair in the Boston area. We damaged our Tesla and they fixed it so well and also cleaned the inside & outside for us. It looks like it our car went to a detailing shop! They handled the insurance payment for us and the whole process was easy and hassle free. I'm rarely write reviews but George & Ken's was so awesome in their body work on my Tesla and in their customer service that I have to comment. We scheduled a date to leave my car for repair, they clearly explained what they needed to do and how they would deal with the insurance company, when I called with a question they promptly returned my call, car was ready for me to pickup when promised - and looks like new. I've never used them for work before, but if I ever need body work of any sort again I will definitely go to them.Service: Body & Trim

These guys absolutely crushed it. I had a scheduled minor repair on my MYLR. Day before the appointment I get hit and need a second minor repair. They handled both fixes and the car looks better than new. They also fixed two bad scratches on the tailgate I didn't even tell them about. The two months prior to bringing it in, I was backcountry skiing and hiking with two super muddy dogs. The inside of the car was filthy. Again, got it back looking better than new. Oh and they charged it for me too while they had it. Super professional at every interaction. I could not more highly recommend George and Ken's!

Great experience in getting my model 3 repaired. Good communication, dealt with my insurance company, did a great job and guaranteed their work. My car looks and drives like new! Highly recommended.

I was in a horrific accident and George and Ken's Collision is one of the few bodyshops in the area to service Teslas. They kept my Model S promising they would get to it (I'm a business owner - so I understand), but it turns out this was all a lie. Dan, one of the managers, promised me they would get to my vehicle in July (after having held onto it from the end of May) and I was just told that this never happened, they have no recollection, even though I have pages and pages of correspondence and notes. I never treat customers this way and I would've appreciated an honest answer from the beginning. If you're looking for a bodyshop you can trust, do not pick George and Ken's.

Needed a repaint of my bumper on my newlypurchase used 2016 90D Tesla due to rock chips. Dan did the entire front end at $1,500 less than the next closest certified Tesla shop. He did a great job and was constantly in contact with me regarding progress of the car. Would highly recommend him.

I would not take my car anywhere else. Dwayne was very helpful and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond my expectations. They really took care of my Tesla M3 gave it to me in the exact same condition I left it...nice and clean. They took care of all of my bodywork repairs. If you are a Tesla owner don t go anywhere else. They work very closely with Tesla Dedham so the approval process is seamless.

I just picked up my car at George and Ken's Collision in Needham. It was in a hit & run accident where the entire right side (from front bumper to back bumper) was damaged. The car looks as good as the day I bought it. Not only was the outside in perfect condition, it was also detailed on the inside. I cannot thank their team enough.

Super helpful and caring group of people. They helped my college age daughter, gave us great advice, and were our advocates all the way through the process. It s authorized Tesla repair facility but they are a big scamThe only reason people go there because it s use to be the only Tesla repair shop in area but there s plenty nowI m sure anyone who went there won t go back

Expect a three week leaf time before they can take your car. And expect a week or two for them to fix it. But when you get your car back, it will look amazing!
