An excellent experience I highly recommend for anyone who's had any accident. Alex is an amazing owner who goes out of his way to explain every detail of what needs to be done to your car, and genuinely makes sure you pay the least amount of money to get it done properly. My car came out looking better than it did prior to the accident. Thank you Alex and team. Highly recommended to anyone in need of body service to their vehicle.

Alex at West Side Collision goes above and beyond for his customers! I asked him to repair my front bumper, which had cracks and scrapes underneath, and polish scratches out of my clearcoat. When his team was finished it looked like I had a brand new car!I like to use West Side Collision because I am very picky about my car. I want everything to always be perfect. Alex treated by car like his own and for that I will always go to him for any future auto body needs.

Alex @ West Side Collision went above and beyond my expectation. I was in a car accident and not only did he repair my car to perfection, he polished my yellowed headlights as a courtesy! He also called the car rental place on my behalf and the car rental place treated me like a VIP after his phone call. He took very good care of me and I appreciate it during this stressful time. I highly recommend West Side Collision! A++

I had a very positive experience taking my car to West Side. I had damage to the rear bumper which required eliminating scratches and painting the bumper to match the rest of the vehicle. Alex is a hands on owner who aims to please his customers every day. I would highly recommend West Side Collision Center.

I had a great first experience with West side collision after my car was in an accident. They were very professional and kept me updated on the status of the car repair I also had a wonderful surprise when I went to pick the vehicle up. It was spotless clean from top to bottom. I definitely recommend them and will keep them in mind for the future

Alex (owner) was incredible. I was hit by a deer and the hood needed replacement on the Macan and it looks like new. Dealt with the insurance company directly too on some things he noted that adjuster didn t catch.

As soon as I walked in the door, the owner, Alex, was super welcoming, friendly. He was very knowledgeable in dealing with payment through the insurance company, calling them on my behalf and even getting me a good rental deal while my car was being repaired. He caught the insurance assessment giving me a bad deal, and negotiated fully new parts. When it was returned, it was buffed and the interior cleaned! Simply amazing and simple service. Would recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and quality service.Services: Body & Trim, Auto interior vacuuming

After less then 30 days with a new car (which Alex helped me get) I was side swiped and had to come to the shop. Alex was extremely efficient. I wasn't able to get a hold of insurance so he tried and while we waited to hear back he still got me a rental right away. As soon as he got in touch with insurance a claims adjuster came in to look at the car in person and figure out costs. Alex ordered all new parts and had my car ready in less then a week once the parts arrived. Alex was able to take a lot of stress off my shoulders with the way he handles business. They have good affordable prices, work efficiently and build a relationship with their customers. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.Service: Body & Trim

Exceptional! Outstanding! I cannot rate West Side Collision Center highly enough! Alex and his team of experts are terrific and make the entire process of insurance paid car repair smooth and painless.My family car was in need of repair. After calling other auto body shops, I called Alex. Not only was he able to take my car immediately, he also worked directly with the car rental company to have them pick me up from his auto body shop to maximize my convenience. He even had his folks move car seats out of my car and into the rental! He also worked directly with the insurance company and sorted out all the additional work needed to get my car back to perfect running condition. My car is as good as new!I cannot recommend Alex and West Side Collision Center highly enough. Alex, the shop owner, took care of me from the second I walked in the door. He worked on my new to me, Audi A8 that was passed on to me after my father s death. I explained to Alex that the car has sentimental value. I was also concerned about finding a shop that can work on aluminum panels and match metallic paint. Both bumpers were in fender benders and the rocker panels also had damage. The front fender was buckled from one of the accidents. Alex worked up a quote while l waited. He then showed me around his shop to show me where the work would be done and explained every step of the process. This is a man who takes pride in his shop and his work. The work was perfect! The car looks new! The fender work was exceptional and the color match was fantastic. I highly recommend This shop.Service: Body & Trim

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for taking my car to West Side Collision Center. I stupidly damaged my passenger side door (large dent and scratched paint). I spoke to Alex when I first arrived, and he took the time to explain my options. We agreed on a plan for the car and he offered me a very reasonable price to fix the damages. I was thoroughly impressed with his service and professionalism. Not to mention, my fiance picked up the car while I was away, and it looks like they cleaned the whole car too! As a new resident to Massachusetts, I was blown away with Alex and his team and the amazing job they did of taking care of my vehicle after an accident. I drive a Honda CRV-EX and they were able to quickly get brand new parts for the repairs and work effectively with the insurance companies in involved. They also work with enterprise directly, so I was able to leave my rental right there at the shop and drive home in my car in one go. I additional to all of this, the car looked amazing when I got it back, it actually worked better than before! The few things I noticed that weren't addressed I pointed out to Alex and he immediately provided solutions that will be resolved soon. And the cherry on top was coming into a clean car, they had cleaned the entire interior for me. Unfortunately my car was hit and needed auto body work. I stopped into West Side Collision as it was near my home. I talked with Alex. He set the whole process up for me which made the entire experience stress free including car rental. When I went to pick my car up ( earlier than expected) , not only did they do a great job but my car was spotless, cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend them. Thank you Alex!!

I was in a fender-bender and my bumper was practically hanging off. Alex at West Side Collision worked with my insurance and the appraiser on my behalf to make sure I got the best work for the best price. In addition to the work related to my accident, he offered to replace the long-damaged cover on my side mirror for a very low cost. He checked in with me at several points, was informative and helpful, and arranged for the pickup and return of a rental car while my car was being worked on. The finished work is better than new.Hopefully, I won't need to use them again (because who wants another accident) but if I have to, I won't hesitate. Alex and his team at West Side Collision did a terrific job on my suburban repairs. The repair was done in a matter of days with manufacturer parts (not after market) and they picked up and delivered my car. The repairs were reasonably priced and Westside Collision even cleaned and vacuumed my car. I will definitely be using them again.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

Alex is the owner of West Natick Collision Center and he took good care of me! I have never had an accident before that required repairs to the extent of which I needed. I am a busy mom and work full time at a Doctor's office in town. I was able to drop my vehicle off to Alex and pick up a rental at the same time. Alex took care of the rest with the insurance company and repaired all damages with no problems. I am so happy with the service he has provided and I recommend everyone to take their vehicle to West Natick Collision Center. Great work!Service: Body & Trim

Alex and his team at West Side Collision are fantastic! Nobody ever wants to go to an auto body shop, but when you have to, you want to feel like you are being taken care of and that the job will be done right, quickly and professionally. And that is what Alex and West Side are all about. I had a great experience working with Alex and he took care of everything. I ve brought my Scion TC to this shop twice now and they don t disappoint! Alex and his crew do a superb job getting my car fixed from accidents. His shop made my car look like it s brand new when I went to go pick it up from them, that s how well they take care of their customers. Not only they made sure the outside is fixed and making sure the quality of the body and paint are spot on, but they ve also cleaned up the interior for me as well. Alex and his crew are very welcoming people and they also made sure my car was all set and ready to go in less than a week! I came to West Side Collision Center after someone backed into my car. I had gone to another shop to get a quote and was not satisfied so I decided to stop here on the way home. Alex from West Side explained exactly what they would do to make the repairs and made sure I understood. He was great to work with and had exceptional communication throughout the whole process. The other shop I went to said the repairs would take 2-3 weeks but West Side was able to complete them in under a week. Their prices are totally fair and customer service is unparalleled. I cannot say enough good things about West Side.

Alex did a fabulous job repairing damage to the front end of our car. Another quote included a part he said we didn't need saving us almost $1000. I was surprised and pleased that he cleaned the inside of our car which was a bonus. I had two cars repaired by Westside and they did an exceptional job on both. Alex is service oriented and makes sure the job is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. He is also very good in dealing with insurance companies.

I have to say that I have NEVER been so impressed with a business like Westside Collision. Alex is professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things automotive!! He spent time with me and explained everything to me very clearly and thoroughly. My 2014 Range Rover was in a m accident and him and his repairmen did an utmost impeccable job and it only took 5 days. Not only were the repairs outstanding, but the interior and exterior were IMMACULATE when I picked it up! And the price??? Wow 70% cheaper than estimate I got from the Range Rover dealer. I hit a deer and my vehicle suffered significant damages. The folks at West Side Collision Center did an excellent job repairing the car took less than one week and at a reasonable price. Brought car in following a parking lot accident and Alex was very professional, helped dealing with insurance and took care of everything for us. Car was fixed in a few days and looks as good as new. I went to the shop with a minor bumper repair that I was hoping to do myself, but I didn't have the right tools. During my first visit, I met with Victor who quickly told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks later and the whole repair only took two hours, even though the shop was bustling with business. When my car was ready, Jose met with me and told me the repair was on the house! I was only met with great customer service and clarity throughout the whole process, and they still went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. I really recommend West Side Collision Center to anyone who needs any kind of work done on their car! They truly care about their customers. I am so grateful for their service!

Jose and his crew did a great job fixing some rear quarter rust on my '85 Corolla GT-S last year. Took great care of it, I mean above and beyond. Can't even tell there was a problem there anymore. Also fixed a couple dents for me cheap. They made me feel welcomed in a way that no one else that's done work on my car has, and they gave me the leftover touch up paint when all was said and done, no extra charge. They mix all their stuff in house, so it matches well.Now it's winter again, and that means the car is off the road for now and I'm doing improvements in the downtime. Of course I went back to West Side Collision when I needed some more touch up paint, and I was welcomed back just the same. Real friendly people there.They take good care of me AND my car there, and that's why they're my go to body shop.
