I bought a 2016 ford f150 from these guys. thats where the good stops. the truck looked great from the outside. i bought it during covid and i couldn t get it into a shop for them to take a good look over. I wish I did! i did a visual inspection myself and everything looked great no rust on the body tires had tread on them it drove fine. when i finally picked it up and drove it back to maine where i live. i encountered snow, no problem for a truck but i was sliding all over the road and did a complete 360 on the highway thats when i pulled over and went to a hotel for the night and had it tows to a shop to see why that happened. the shop noticed that it had bald tires. (which is illegal for them to sell me) i called Bruno Medina who basically told me it was my fault i didn t check but i did and i think they swapped them out. i bought new tires from them mistake again because they fitted passenger car tires to a truck so they wore less than a month. so i bought BF goodrich tires. then the mechanic saw the breaks were all worn out. went to replace them and the axle fell out. 2 sets of tires, 4 axles, rebuilt diff, 3 sets if breaks and rotors and a 14,000 dollar bill the truck was fixed. i let them know and they couldn t care less that i was having this problem. I highly recommend to not buy from this scam of a dealership. selling me a dangerous vehicle and not caring about it. sad. Look elsewhere and not at a second hand dealer. Bruno Medina you should be ashamed of yourself.

I recently purchased a Honda and I got the best service and feel comfortable talking with the staff especially Ramon, he did an awesome job and good listener and paid great attention to his customers!! I'll look forward to buy more car in the future!! Great job Ramon.

Bruno is awesome , this guy made sure everything was set with my new truck . There was an issue with registration ( I live in Connecticut but bought my truck in mass) he drove all the way down here (2 hour drive ) to meet me at the dmv to get my truck registered. The fact he was so willing and understanding is something I have never seen in any other dealership I ve done business with. It is more than safe to say I will be returning here for all my future vehicles . Bruno you rock man and thank you again for all you did for me !

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this dealership. We bought the vehicle which was supposed to be in all great conditions and it did not pass the inspection because of a safety aspect: AIR BAG LIGHT ON. Besides the front ligth bulb wasn t working and the rotors needed to be changed even after he said the car went to a mechanic to be handed to us after the purchase. He took the car back to fixed and yet wasn t going to pass the inspection if I wouldn t take money out of my pocked to fix what was needed it. I did this because I was already tired of dealing with their excuses. I don t recommend it.

We got what we wanted at the price we wanted. No-pressure salesmen, and they made the process so easy, Sales Manager Ramon , and everyone else, were awesome. I highly recommend shopping here for a car! Whole process was fast and easy!

I went to this dealership to purchase a used car that was reliable and that would not cause me any headaches. They helped me with everything and promised that the car I was purchasing was reliable. Ever since day one, I got the car at the dealership and the car was not good. I called the same day and Bruno answered. He told me to take the car back that he would fix it. I left the car there four times and they did not fix it. Now, almost two months later; the car is not fixed, Bruno told me to bring the car to Honda dealership, and that he will not give me my money back, nor exchange the car. DO NOT COME HERE. Very racist people, that think we don t know the law . They think we are ignorant because we are not fluent in English. Stay away from here!!!

It was a rainy cold Saturday and I was looking to buy a pick up truck and I'm very glad I went to United Auto Natick. They had a great selection of used trucks in great condition. Millena was excellent, she answer every question I had and was patient with me while I test drove a bunch of trucks. Bruno the sales manager was great and made sure i was comfortable with the terms of the deal. It was the best truck buying experience I've had to date.Joe L.

Exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond our expectations. Making sure the vehicle we purchased was in perfect condition. And personally met us at the bank for better financing option. I would recommend them in a second for buying a used car or truck. Truly a pleasurable buying experience.

I've bought 4 cars with this guys so far, and I'm pretty sure I'll buy the fifth one with them when I have to. They've been very helpful and informative with exceptional customer service and support. It's very good to go to a Dealership where you feel your satisfaction as a customer is more important than the sale itself. I appreciate the way they do Business.

Honestly the best car buying experience I've had thus far!!! Ark and Bruno were such lovely people to work with, very honest, hardworking, and definitely looking to make the customer happy. Ark was our salesman and the entire buying process was smooth sailing because of him...always making sure that we had everything we needed, responded to our concerns and answered EVERY SINGLE question I asked, kindly, respectfully, and honestly (and I ask a lot of questions )The whole experience was very personable and stress-free. They were both very kind, considerate, friendly and overall extremely easy to get along with and I couldn't be any happier to have purchased a car from them. Definitely would recommend them to my friends and family members.

I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership. Ak and Bruno were great from the start. I live in a different state and was unable to drive down just to look so I had to trust their word on the condition of the vehicle. When I saw it in person, it was exactly as they had described. Unlike other dealerships - there was no pressure to make a decision and they always available to answer any questions I had. In the end, I got a great car for my family and am a very happy customer!

I saw their add on the web and drove there to buy a car. They were amazing! These guys were friendly and professionals through out the whole process.They listen and try to satisfy their customers. Even though I've had the car for a few months now, I still call them for advice on how to operate stuff on it and they are always available to help me. Good job guys!

Traveled from NH to Natick because of the very competitive price on the exact car that I was looking for. This certain car was a car that I ve been dreaming about owning for a while. The entire staff was extremely helpful and did everything in their power to help get me in this car. It was a very pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend United auto to anyone.

Bruno and staff are AMAZING. They were totally dedicated to get the right fit, price, and service for their customers. We were there long after closing and despite the time it took to look at cars and test drive they never made us feel like we were wasting time. I would certainly recommend them again and again.

Too confused, had to go back and forth many times to fix the truck I bought and no solution at all. I had to take the car to a chevy dealer to finally get it done. More than a month to start use the car, also problem with the financial situation.

My family and I traveled many hours to see a truck at United Auto Natick that Bruno assured me was worth our time and met our needs. I didn t know Bruno or much about UAN.So we took a gamble and won, in many ways. The staff we met, Bruno,Millena,David and Ramen treated us just like family and catered to our every need. Our concerns were promptly addressed. It is rare to find this level of customer service. We highly recommend UAN for your next vehicle.

Santos and Bruno are so helpful from picking what type of car you want to financing especially if your "credit challenged",don't make you feel pressured ..I'm so glad I found United Auto..I'll definitely be getting my next car from them.

Straight to the point sales and service. These guys don't mess around and are extremely fair. I found the truck of my dreams, and gotta give props to my boy Archie for washing and waxing my truck in his work clothes. I've never seen anything like it. Sooo happy with my truck. Thank you guys!!
