Thief, I left a rack on my work van, and we dealt to remove so we could use it in another work truck. I called several times to get it, and it was always an excuse. As he asked how much it would cost? I said we paid $4500, and then he stopped to answer my call. I went there to pick up my property, and he said it's sold.A con, disrespectful, dishonest.

Don't bring your car here for an inspection. The owner is running a shake down, he will fail you for wiper blades and immediately try to sell you wiper blades for 50 dollars. My cars wipers are brand new, are not torn and have nothing wrong with them. I got my car respected THE SAME DAY for another 35 dollars at different mechanic in town and the head mech said that the guys at south Natick is trying to run a racket and sell wipers. again, Don't go here.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN INSPECTION. As noted in the other reviews below, he will try to take advantage of you and charge $50 to replace your wipers, it seems this is especially likely to happen if you are a woman.My family and I have been coming here for 10+ years for inspection and we will never return. He failed me for my wipers on my car, the wipers were fine. I changed them myself and refused to pay for him to fix them. He seemed surprised by this. What a scam.My mother went a couple weeks before and he was going to fail her saying she needed new wipers but she fought it and he rollled his eyes and said fine . Then he fails me a week later for the same reason .Take your business somewhere honest.

A friend of mine introduced me to John the owner and boy am I glad he did. I own a BMW X5 and he specializes in foreign cars especially bmws. The repairs I got done would of cost me much much more at any other shop abs or at the dealership and it is done right. He is fair and walks you through everything , very transparent which I loved. I live about an hour away and still made the drive to them and I am very happy I did. Not only did I get great customer service but my car is running the best it ever has since I have had it Thanks to John and his team of mechanics. In conclusion if you are in the natick area or beyond go check this place out you won t be sorry! Thank you John for the hospitality and great fast and quality work.

I first brought my car to Mike 1 year ago and have not been to another shop since. Mike always has my best interests in mind and I trust him 100% with my vehicles. Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust, tint, and inspections these guys always take care of me. I would recommend Mike and his shop to anyone and have a few friends that now go to South Natick for all their vehicle needs. I m not a review writer in any capacity, but the work they do at South Natick Gulf is exceptional to the point that it s worth mentioning. Mike and the whole staff do everything in their power to help with whatever you need in regards to your vehicle and whatever its issue you re having. Very transparent pricing, very attentive to customer needs. Cannot recommend this place enough, super positive customer experience every time.

Mike and Johnathan have been handling all the work on my cars for a few years. I am 100% satisfied with all their work and highly recommend South Natick Foreign Motors. And they are always able to get your car in for quick state inspection throughout the day.

I used to love this place, but they made me pay $55 for new wipers to pass my state inspection! I liked my old ones better :( Don t get your state inspection done here!!

So the story goes like this... for the past 2 months my car had a smell I couldn't get rid of after cleaning inside and out. I am thinking... there has to be a dead animal in here ... make a long story short... it is a hot day (can't use A/C) and I am driving by SNFM and I stopped to get gas and while there, I thought why not see if a mechanic can help me out. Abe walked out, told him my story... then Mike walked out... took out my glove compartment... sure enough... a dead mouse! Well I am so thankful for Mike and Abe. They stopped what they were doing and spent a considerable amount of time to solve the problem (even cleaned out the mess the mouse created). I no way expected that. I thought I would ask a question and then have to make an appointment! Nope. They took care of me right that moment. That is service and done with kindness! I will be returning there for future car needs. Thanks!

I have been using SNFM now for several years and the service, reliability, timelines and honesty have been what keeps me going back. We have serviced our Range Rover, Porsche, Jeep and Silverado truck all at SNFM. We have always been pleased with the work for service and auto body repair. Recently, I had a problem with our Silverado that is out in Colorado with our son at college. The repairs that he was being quoted were outrageous so I called John and Mike for advice. John gave me step by step instructions on how to handle the problem. It is so comforting to know that you can call someone you trust for advice and to repair your vehicles. We have moved from the local area into the city, but will continue to take our cars to them for all of our service needs.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

$55 wipers to pass inspection for me too. Same wipers are $15 with bad reviews on amazon. I drove to the inspection in the pouring rain and my wipers were fine :-(

Had a nail stuck in my tire after work and came by at 5:30 at night. The guy there fixed it without hesitating and i was on my way in under 15 min. Gladly paid the cheap repair cost of $30 and could not be happier.

I had an excellent experience at S Natick Gulf.Bob, the mechanic, is very helpful in explanation and did a great job on fixing my car.The owners are very friendly and they charged me with a reasonable pricing.I'd definitely go back to this place!

Got brakes done rotors and brakes told me he replaced rotors and pads brought it to other garage the guy told me rotors never where replaced he threw pads on old rotors truck would shake hitting brakes now that I had to pay again for brakes shaking is gone.

I'd never thought that I would write a review on a gas station.My mom has a 20 year old clunker that recently broke down. The mechanic here was professional, knowledgeable and quoted my mom a great price for the replacement of her alterntor (I checked 2 other places and the quote was actually the lowest). They were very direct and played no games, ... drop off, problem identified, price quote, car ready ready to go by 5pm as promised. Before bringing it in, I predicted that they would find a million things wrong since the car is so old and we wouldn't know the difference, but they proved me wrong. It was just the alternator (and seriously they could have told us anything...we know nothing about cars). They gave us a ride back to our house when we dropped off the car and picked us up from my house when the repair was complete.Overall, a great experience considering that broken down cars and mechanics are usually stressful situations. Great service and very honest.

It is your typical self-service has station so why only 3 of 5 stars? The last time I was there I was told (not asked) by a mechanic to move my car because it was blocking in a car they were about to work on. Also their gas prices are astronomical. If you go into the tiny room, off the service bays, past 6pm you better speak Spanish because the very nice lady working there doesn't speak a lick of English. Her husband (also an employee) speaks English slightly better but has this I don't give a f*** attitude that might get under your skin. Overall don't avoid the place, just try to not go inside unless you need to. Lastly I will say that they do a quick state inspection. That is if you can get someone's attention immediately when you walk in.

I have gone here multiple years for state inspections. Friendly staff and fast turnaround when they are not queued up. Today took me less than 15 minutes in and out.

I loved this place. I was in a pinch to get an inspection on a Saturday. I called them up and they got me right in. Genuine friendly staff and old fashioned good service.
